Asking for help can be scary, especially when you've burned bridges and wrong people and done things to hurt those around you, especially when you don't feel very good about yourself in the first place. But there's this funny thing that happens when you get honest with yourself and start asking for help. And when you get honest with yourself and start taking steps in the right direction, people are willing to help you. People want to help you when you're helping yourself.
