Podcast 31 Mother's day coffee

Hello fellow coffee lover. This is Glenn Welcome back to now without coffee episode podcast 31 I know it's been a while and I want to apologize for that. Some things in life happened but moving forward, I'm gonna be more frequent. I want to bring you more value and quality. Each podcast episode. Let's start with today's topics. We're going to start with the spring coffee flavor. A great Mother's Day gift coming up. Also, I got a coffee hack. You know, I gotta have a coffee hack in there. A coffee hack involving egg shells. or Yes, you heard right egg shells. Believe it or not. Another thing we're going to talk about is a review on a coffee I recently had a new coffee flavor and it's not going to be a very good view. We're going to talk about a passion for coffee as well as we have.

The coffee hack of course, your coffee review the spring coffee flavor and a little extra added value I want to see to the end. A little question mark, but you know how we start our episodes. We're going to start with three deep inhale breaths. breathe through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. inhale one more time, the third time in through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. I hope your work week or week went well coffee lovers. We unite to discuss coffee, coffee related topics. Relaxation. We're not going to excite you hype you up. We want to mellow you down relax. Everything in this world is so fast paced nowadays. Who has time to unwind take time to sit down and just do nothing and sip coffee or coffee in a book which is my favorite thing to do with coffee. Stay tuned we got a lot to cover.

Hey fellow coffee lovers, let's go ahead and get started. First, let's start off with the great coffee hack I mentioned earlier, using eggshells, and this is a credible hack I just recently stumbled upon on Pinterest one of my favorite sources. It simply you after you're done with the egg shells you bought them. Basically you're kind of sanitizing the egg shells and washing the egg taste from the actual egg shells. And when you make your coffee, you simply stir some of the egg shells not all of them, just a couple of them into your coffee and of course you string the eggshells back out. Now simply what this does is it takes the bitterness out of the coffee kind of acts as a sponge, and soaks up the bitterness and leaving a more smoother roast I tried it it works. It is a great EQ. I recommend you trying it now. If you're allergic to ill eggs or anything of that nature. I wouldn't recommend it but it does make a difference. It does make a big big difference. I love it and also for the coffee lovers. As this podcast begins, it'll probably come out the week of Mother's Day. But I do want a special shout out to moms out there. We'd know where would the world be without moms. I think one of the greatest creations in the world is moms of all over. There's nothing more important than the love of a mom. And also the mom's love of coffee. Stay tuned I'm gonna give you the link to check out for a great coffee gift for your mother. This coffee gift is my link. It helps support the podcast. It helps me put out more quality resources research all for you. So I really appreciate you clicking on their link. Sending your mom for coffee, sending your mom some love and again where would we be without moms.

Hey, fellow coffee lovers, welcome back. Podcast episode number 30. The world of coffee. It's interesting because, as in the past talked about coffee history, coffee is not necessarily present, the future, or the world of coffee itself. The product alone literally has changed our world ever since. And from generations on, it's improved. Each generation would not necessarily improve but have sampled the world of coffee. With each podcast, thank you for listening. I want to welcome you back. And also we're about coffee and relaxing. Before we go further on today's topic, we have to get into our relaxation mode. Take one deep breath. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And the last and final relaxation is breathing, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. And, of course, we got our breathing out away. Now, we have to set the mood. I got a little musical melody I'm going to play for you. And I also have our favorites. You know, we got to have a coffee-scented candle. I mean, you can't go without that. We are relaxing. You either listen or relax. If you're driving, don't relax too much. I want you to stay focused on the road. But still, a chill mode is about to be set. I got the music about the started got this candle Cindy going here. This kind of flavor. It's a Carmel mocha latte candle. Remember the previous episode we talked about lattes? What I want to get is a latte candle fit. Try to set this well. It does have a sweet smell to it. Suppose you can smell the sweetness. Trust me, and it's there. Okay, brothers and sisters of the brew, we got that candle set going. Let's go ahead and get into our three deep breaths into that relaxed or Chill Zone. Let's start with the inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. One more time. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Some powerful breathing is going on. I can hear it right all over the mic as we speak. We are in our relaxed zone check. We got a three-deep breath to check. Get the candle thing going at the review. Oh, and here's the music as we speak. Here's a nice soft piece. Let me know what you think about this number here. And we also got a good cup of hot coffee going. Of course, I got my Jamaica Blue Mountain, one of my favorites. I only have two favorites, Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Hawaiian canola—great coffees. Let's get started. Now, with that being said, we were talking. I want to go over the world of coffee as we know it. I mean, it's so vast and extensive, and how it has affected our world. Like nature said, " Hey, I know you live in a stressful world. Here's my way to help you relax just a little bit. And by giving us coffee, coming from his humble beginnings, being found by a goat herder to the present day where it's only second to water well worldwide, and it's interesting enough it is composed of water, the second most traded commodity worldwide. Coffee has come a long way. And let's go over a few more ways coffee has generally affected our lives. All right, brothers and sisters, out of the blue. Let's go ahead and get right into it. Let's talk about the world of coffee. I have some coffee facts I want to review with you. In my previous episodes, I always liked to throw in coffee facts. When I go into a deep dive into the world of coffee, one crazy point you may not have known about light-roasted coffee is that it has more caffeine than dark-roasted coffee. We've always believed that the darker brew had a more caffeine effect. The darker brew your coffee is roasted, the less caffeine it has. This is because as the coffee is roasted longer, the caffeine is also slowly being roasted. So the longer you roast your coffee, the less tap, the less caffeine you have. The hovered darker coffee tends to pack a bigger punch in terms of the strength of traditional coffee flavor. So, if the dark roast flavor wakes you up, dark coffee is the way to go. Hey, what do you choose? I prefer the dark person. Another quick coffee fact is in us. Only two areas go to two states that grow coffee, California and Hawaii, Hawaii being the canola brand of coffee, one of my favorites. But it's also costly—almost $1,200 per ounce. And also now Puerto Rico growth coffee, but it's more of a tour of US territory. In our short but impactful journey, we'll cover three key aspects of coffee: its origins, the brewing process, and the art of tasting. So sit back, relax, and let your coffee curiosity run wild.

First, let's travel back in time and explore the origins of coffee. Legend has it that in the 9th century, an Ethiopian goat herder discovered the stimulating effects of coffee berries after noticing how energized his goats became when they consumed them. Fast forward to the 15th century, and coffee started spreading from the Arabian Peninsula to the rest of the world, fueling conversations, trade, and creativity across diverse cultures.

Now that we've explored where coffee comes from let's dive into the brewing process. There's a brewing method for every taste, from traditional methods like the French press and espresso to modern gadgets like pod machines and cold brew systems. We'll discuss the key factors that affect coffee extraction, such as grind size, water temperature, and steeping time. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or a casual drinker, understanding these principles can help you create a perfect cup of joe tailored to your preferences.

Finally, we'll indulge our senses and explore the art of coffee tasting. Just like a fine wine, coffee has intricate flavor profiles waiting to be discovered. We'll discuss the different taste characteristics found in coffee, including acidity, body, aroma, and flavor notes. Learn how professional coffee tasters, known as cuppers, evaluate and grade coffee based on these sensory experiences. By honing your tasting skills, you'll be able to appreciate and detect the nuances in your daily cup of coffee.

Before we wrap up our coffee adventure, I'll leave you with a few quick tips on how to store and choose coffee beans wisely, explore specialty coffee shops, and even try some exciting coffee recipes you can make at home.

Remember, coffee isn't just a beverage; it's a cultural phenomenon that brings people together, sparks creativity, and gives us that much-needed kickstart. So, embrace your love for coffee with a renewed appreciation for its history, brewing, and tasting techniques.

That marks the end of our 15-minute journey through the aromatic world of coffee! I hope you enjoyed this episode of 'Coffee Break' with Nova. Until next time, sip, savor, and keep the caffeine flowing. Happy brewing!"

We are a podcast on coffee-related topics and relaxing with our cup of coffee. No drama, stress, politics, arguing, just relaxing with a cup of coffee. And, of course, listening to yours truly. We can't forget that. I'm going to help you relax. My name is Glenn, spelled with two ends, not one. Today's topic is if coffee is relaxing. Help you unwind. Does it stimulate the chill-out mode? And before we get started, you know we got to sit that mood. We got to set the atmosphere.
We do that every episode with three deep inhales and exhales. Let's get started—breath number one. Inhale through exhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Breath number two, inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And the final one, we always try to do three in, inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And before I get into the topics, let's get in our zone. Our relaxed zone. Where's your sipping a cup of coffee relaxing? I know your feet propped up. I got the music coming on pretty soon. And this episode's coffee-scented candle is a mocha latte candle.
There is a lovely smell to it. I recommend it. It's a good smell. I got this one from Aldi, so I highly recommend trying it. It's not a thank Smithley, so can I put it in a bold typeset, sound, and strong too? And let's get into the topics. We got a great fall coffee flavor. And if you remember my last episode, I got a lot of feedback on a coffee brand I mentioned. I'm going to repeat it. I will add some more benefits that may go in hand with it. Something was trending in coffee. I got an exciting story about coffee—kind of interesting and a little on the bizarre side. And as always, I will include a bonus at the end of each episode. So stay tuned to the very end. I Got a special treat for you. Now let me get the music going. Let me check all the areas candle check. Feet propped up a review. All Devices have the one you are listening to me off. Check. Got that smooth, relaxing voice that will be me check, let's get started.
Coffee lovers, I got an exciting few topics that I want to go over. The first one is, of course, in the title. How would you rate your passion for coffee? I got an email the other day that that guy was looted coffee thing is just brown or black water. What's the big deal with coffee? Well, there are several big deals that I can go over with them. But I want to hear what is your passion for coffee. How do you feel about coffee? On a scale of one to 1010 being the greatest? How would you write your love? How would you rate your passion for coffee? Another thing also we're going to go over is when to go over great fall flavor. It falls in the United States, where we started getting our cold weather, and what better way to relax in the cold than with a heater and a nice cup of hot coffee, or Mocha or latte, whichever your flavor is? Got to fall flavor going to go over something interesting. And to my kind of teeters on the side of bizarre dealing with coffee. I got another excellent coffee gadget for you. Of course, we got the music started. We got to get into that relaxation. We've already done our breath. We got our candle going. We're going to sit in that mood, and we are going to chill. Are you laid out? Are you taking you're done your three deep breaths? Don't chill too much if you're driving because I want you to be aware of your surroundings and the road. But let's go ahead and get started with that great.
The tremendous first question was, how would you rate your passion? Do me a favor if you can or if you'd like to email me. You can reach me at www not without coffee.com. Please give me your comments. Your opinions matter. So on a scale of one to 1010 being the greatest, I know that I give coffee. I mean me, I drink two cups a day. I don't overdo it, but I still have two cups. And tell me, how many cups Do you drink a day? How would you rate your passion for coffee? We're going to go over that for flavor now.
Hey, fellow coffee lovers. Let's go on now to the fall coffee flavor. Fall is a great season leaf and cold, calm, or cool weather. Where I'm in Texas, it's cold weather in the fall. With Thanksgiving coming up next week, what would be an excellent coffee for Thanksgiving or anytime during the fall? This recipe comes from Pinterest love that place for good coffee recipes and ideas. And this one is called caramelized apple cider latte. I mean, that name alone screams sounding good. This would be the perfect drink to go along with Thanksgiving dinner. Apple pie dessert, or a pumpkin or sweet potato pie. Dessert. With any dessert, this would be perfect with it. Let's start with how the ingredients call for eight ounces of apple cider vinegar, apple cider, six ounces of milk, two ounces of robust hot coffee or espresso, and caramel sauce.
Of course, you want some apples cut up on the side. And to start with, you want to start this by simmering apple cyder, you know, on the stove at low reduced heat for about 20 to 30 minutes until it reduces by three quarters that wants to cider half dissolve. You want to add a quarter of the original amount turned up to heat to roll to a rolling boil and stir for about three minutes to the caramelized to caramelize sugars. It should be a thick syrup when it's done. You can do this step ahead of time and store the syrup in the fridge for up to two weeks, by the way. You won't heat and froth your milk and make your hot coffee or espresso, whichever you choose. Add the apple cider syrup sauce and coffee to your coffee mug and stir until it all combines. Top that off with froth milk and serve with a drizzle of karma self-desires. Also, you can. This is optional. Cut up Apple wedges and put them into a drink before you top it off with the caramel sauce.
I will review this dessert and a new coffee in my next podcast. Now I have yet to try this, but it sounds excellent. A unique fall coffee flavor. Gives this a try, or even tell me your opinion. Again, you know my website is coffee.com. You can email me your opinion on this. Even if it's not on this particular topic, tell me, say hey Glen, I want to hear something about this type of coffee or whichever coffee you want. But tell me, how does this make you feel? Does it sound delicious? It's something to think about that, for sure.
Hey coffee lover. Let's move on to the unusual or bizarre thing I've just found with coffee. Have you ever heard of coffee? Playdough Yeah, that's right, coffee playdough is made with coffee. You can play with it yourself. You can give it to your kids. Make sure they don't eat it, and they have four simple ingredients in it. Very easy to make. I've tried it. A great stress reliever if you're by yourself, so you don't want to drink coffee, but you want to smell it. It's a great way to have fun with old coffee grounds that you won't use anymore. Make sure you store it in an airtight container like regular playdough, so it will likely last you for months, maybe a year. I mean weeks, not years, but it will last a great time. It makes the room smells great. Like I said before, good use of old coffee grinds. I'm going to go over the ingredients. They're effortless, like I said, with four accessible elements, which involve flour, coffee grinds, a little salt, and cold old coffee that you're not going to use anymore. Pretty simple, huh? And the only thing you'll need is a mixing bowl and a little hand whisk. Now in a large mixing bowl, you want to combine all the dry ingredients, add a coffee grind and then mix. Will slowly add in the wet coffee and mix until the dough, you know, comes together to concede what you want. Now, if you add too much, oh, the old coffee, you get a little more flour. If more is needed, add more aged wet coffee. Now turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. You want to need it for a few minutes until it gets a good consistency. It's going to look like a sandy-type texture. But it's impeccable to play with, maybe a thrift ball, even a place to put where you want to place smell suitable. It's an excellent way to freshen in any room.
Worth trying. As I said, this is new to me if you've heard this before, unlike your opinion on it. Like I said before, you email me and the website. My email addresses are there. Be happy to hear from you. And give me your thoughts on that. Particular one. Sounds interesting—coffee playdough. I don't recommend eating and ensuring your kids don't eat, but I like regular play. It's good to play with, and it smells great. a Gadget that I want to go over with you.
Hey coffee lovers, I got an excellent coffee gadget for you. Now check this out. I found it recently. I got it on order. And I will give my review when I give it, but it's a temperature meter, heat-sensitive coffee mug, or any cold drinks or hot drinks. And it's interesting because the way it works is on the side of it a, it looks like a gas tank going from E to F meter. It's a meter on the side. And when you fill it up and put your coffee, it tells you the level of the coffee and how full it is. Now it's got a gauge that goes from red to black when it's perfectly hot. And I'm going to give this a try, and I'm going to share my recommendation in the next two podcast episodes. So stay tuned for that. Again, it's called a temperature meter.
The heat-sensitive mug is suitable for coffee teas, cold drinks, and hot drinks. It tells you the temperature, which is the perfect temperature to drink it out. Are parts of it not necessary to drink, but the temperature that is the ideal heat for it? Please drink hot, scalding coffee. Trust me. I wouldn't. I wouldn't want that for myself. Again coffee lovers. Thank you for tuning in. Great episode. Always great to have you back, and I will keep you informed. Remember to relax. Stay tuned. Sharing is caring, and download and subscribe. We love our coffee, and we are all about our coffee and relaxing. Take care.

How serious are you with your coffee?
Hey, fellow coffee lover, Welcome back. How are you doing? How did your work week go? I hope all went well. For the newcomers, of course, welcome to not without coffee. This is a podcast on all the things with coffee, coffee, Hacks, snacks, and coffee topics, and we also are about relaxing. Now in this particular episode, I got a great one. This is podcast 26. We are going to go over it. Do you know how serious coffee is to you in particular? For me, I give it about a nine out of 10. I must have my coffee, one or two cups a day, and I'm good, but I don't overdo it. Also, I'm serious about my relaxing and distressing, and I got to go over a coffee, a fall coffee flavor that I thought it is savory hadn't seen it, but I want to get your opinion on that flavor. I'm going to mention it to you. And I kind of said it in the previous episode, but I will go over it again in detail, and I want you to email me your opinion on this particular coffee flavor. And we're going to go over what's trending and coffee. Of course, we're going to set our music going. We're going to get the coffee candle scent going. I will mention that and start the music up later in this podcast. So relax, get our chill on. And let's go ahead and get started, shall we? Of course, you know, we got to do three deep breaths. Before we get started, we got to get in our relaxing mode. Do you know that? I got the camera going.
We're going to start the music up. Let's begin our breathing. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Inhale one more time through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And the last third and final but much needed. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Now we are about coffee and of course relaxing. Now with me, I like to drink my coffee and read a book. Now with you in particular, what do you want to do while drinking coffee? Of course, I know that number one is listening to me. I know that's a given, but I want to know what's number two with you.
Brothers and Sisters of the brewed coffee that is. I have a great fall flavor for you. Now I have recently tried it, and I do like it. I didn't think the flavors would work, but they worked perfectly. The taste is excellent. I recommend it is called Apple Criss coffee. Now I'm going to leave a link on the website so you can check it out if you want to buy it. But I recommend it. With it being fall season in the US? A little cold breeze starting to come in the leaves are beginning to fall. What a great way to enjoy coffee wrapped in a blanket, read a great book, or listen to me. Of course, you know that's always a plus. And a fall-flavored coffee, it's not also the one good thing about it not being flooded with a lot of sugar. It's up to you how you want to be sweet with me. I add a little cream, and that's it. But this particular coffee flavor is apple crisp coffee. I give it an eight out of 10. It's just that good. I recommend it. I got a great coffee flavor that I want to go over with you. And don't be like my wife and give me that yoke face. I want to get your opinion on this.
Do you know how to get the pumpkin spice or cream spice latte? Why don't they have the sweet potato yam latte or the sweet potato cream? Latte? Think about that for a minute. I mean, I'm from the south with yams and sweet potatoes. But same thing. They run things down here. I mean, if we can have pumpkin spice. Why can't we have a sweet potato spice latte? I mean, what are some good? I mean, it sounds edible. It's not as it doesn't have as a posh taste as pumpkin spice does. It's more of a milder flavor it, and it's moved to, I mean, think about it. Now you heard it first for me. The pumpkin, the I'm sorry, the sweet potato spice latte, not the pumpkin. And I think that will do good. I mean, imagine a sweet potato pie latte.
I mean, think about that for a second. Could you give me your opinion on it? Please email me at night without coffee.com My email addresses there on a scale of one to 10. How would you consider it ten the greatest How would you rate that? And, of course, also I have a great fall flavor. The crisp apple ice. I love that when I tried it, it had a little cream and tasted good. Yes, the apple and the coffee. The sweetness with the low acidity works together. Something to think about: I got a bonus, so they stay tuned to the end.

I believe it is a unique flavor. Now, I'm not a pumpkin fan. I'm not too fond of pumpkin pie. Just not my thing. They have to come up with a sweet potato latte. Or a sweet potato mocha.
Maybe a sweet potato cream mocha or tell me what you think about that there's something think on. And this just in with coffee. Related news. I do have a coffee joke for you. Did you hear about the guy who got his coffee stolen? Yeah, yeah, he got mugged. I also have a new coffee gadget I want to mention. I am still learning and trying to put out quality content for you. How do you start your day and help finish it? That's right, not without coffee. Share, subscribe and take care.

Podcast 24 What is coffee history?
Hey, brothers and sisters of the coffee brew, welcome back. I have another podcast for you. I hope all went well. How did your work week go? Glenn here with a new episode on coffee history. Coffee has a fantastic past. From its discovery to its present-day, there's so much information. Hey, fellow coffee lover with the past of coffee. I've covered this before in a past episode, but the past alone, not including the present or the future, but the past of coffee. The history of coffee is so vast and enormous. I could probably do a whole podcast on just the history of coffee for maybe 10 to 20 years and still not scratch the surface. Coffee is just that prominent or essential. It has a history that large. I mean, to cover it would be 30 lifetimes to take and not even come to the present or its future. You know, with the end, each generation brings new coffee lovers and their new coffee ideas coming up every day as we speak. A couple of episodes ago, I mentioned coffee-flavored mocha latte Oreo cookies and that several others have come out since then. Since that last episode, several items have come out related to coffee. And that's just how fast the coffee covers. But I'm going to go over just a segment of a past section and coffees past there's really relevant and very important, especially to the current coffee drinkers, because it affects us. And it still happened in the past, but it is still very suitable today. And it affects us today. And it's crucial today. As I said, we are about our coffee. And with this particular segment, I'm going to cover. I hope you find it interesting. I'm going to do my best to make it enjoyable. And it seems to me very interesting. Hey, fellow coffee lovers, we need to get into a relaxing mode. You know where each episode, we start by taking three deep breaths. Breathe into the nose, and exhale through the mouth. Breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth—last one. Let'sLet's breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
We also need to set the mood because we are about our coffee. And I am relaxing while enjoying our coffee while listening to my podcast. So do you have your candle set going? I have an espresso Cafe your cafe set going on right now. It's got a great scent to it. It'sIt's kind of mild but I enjoy it. I got it from Aldis, a matter of fact. They have good candles there, by the way. And also, are your feet propped up? Are you listening to great music? I got you covered there if you like, and let's get started with we're going to start with this podcast. We'llWe'll go back in history coffees history. I got a new coffee gadget for you. And I got something strange and unusual with coffee, the bonus. So stay tuned to the end. And relax. I know you had a rough work week, but this is our time to chill out.
Let's talk about coffee's vast history, not all of it, just a few facts about it. Here we're going to follow coffee on its journey, from its humble yet still interesting beginnings in Ethiopia to how it became a beverage of the world, grown in over 70 countries, and drunk in every single country on the planet. It's fascinating how we come to turn a small, bright red coffee cherry into a drink consumed over 2 billion times every day. Coffee dates back to 800 AD. Coffee beans are a seed and can be replanted. In the U.S, only two states grow coffee. They are Hawaii and Puerto Rico. By the turn of the 15th century, coffee was produced in the Yemen region of Arabia, and by the 16th century, it was known in Persia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey. Coffee was drunk at home and in numerous public coffee shops.

Hey, fellow coffee lovers. Welcome back. This is not without coffee, podcast number 23. It's always great to have you back. It's always good to be back. And in today's episode, I'm going to go over a coffee flavor. That's rarely talked about. I got a new coffee gadget for you. And I also got the news in the coffee. So stay tuned, and also a bonus at the very end. So stay tuned to the very end. So you can hear everything and be informed. All that is about coffee: first off, as I said before, welcome back. Always good to have you back. We are about a coffee. We only talk coffee, coffee, and relaxation, Of course. And you know, so let's get into that relaxing mode. I start each podcast with three deep breaths, and hopefully, you're not doing this while driving or operating heavy equipment. But you are relaxing and maybe listening to some smooth sounds or a piece of soft music. Like that's covered there in a few minutes, so let's start with the breath.

Number one. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale one last time through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Now we got our coffee-scented candles going with me. I have one called the coffee shop. It is incredible. It smells like you walk into a barista, coffee shop, or Starbucks. It stinks that good. I got my relaxing music on we got our feet propped up. The kids are out, and we have no disturbance—just pure relaxation. So coffee lover, let's go and get started. First off, an exciting thing happened to me recently. I went into a coffee shop. It was a mom-and-pop coffee shop. It was about four or five people ahead of me. And the gentleman ahead of me was an older guy, and the people ahead of him. They were millennials and Gen Y's and had little specific coffee flavor. Several names I could even mention. I didn't even remember those flavors that they said. But I did remember the guy ahead of me and what he ordered. He ordered, and I got this plain coffee.

Yeah, yeah, no plain coffee. And they looked at him like he said a foreign language and couldn't understand. I mean, they were ready to whip up a concoction of coffee, you know, lattes, or what have you. But no, he looked at him and said, I said plain coffee, and they still had that stunned deer in headlights look, and I thought he was going to go into that—Dr. Seuss book. I don't want it on a train. I'm not insane. I want it plain. Now you should have seen the expression and the looks on their face. They had almost deer in headlights look. It was as if he was speaking a foreign language. He was getting frustrated repeating himself. I want a sizeable plain coffee. And eventually, they got to make it. But coffee lovers. Let me ask you something. Who out there? I'm talking to my baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, and millennials. He drinks pain, plain coffee.

Sometimes, it can be tedious, but I know it's me. I gotta at least have a little cream in it. But playing all my playing coffee drinkers, let me hear from you. Please email me at www. Not without coffee.com. My email addresses at the website. You can contact me there. It's attractive to prep black coffee for drinking instead of the fancy drinks lattes. You know they require the cream, milk, sugar, and measuring it out. Plain black coffee involves none of this is just simply coffee beans mixed with boiling water and then rinsed off the sediment for a smooth brew. And nothing more. I mean, nothing more added to that. You don't get any plainer than that. Do you find it boring? Is that your cup of choice? Or is there something you would prefer other than that? Or is that your go-to drink? Do you yell the plain boss, the plain? Only baby boomers and gen Xers know where that came from. Plain coffee is the most ordered of all coffee flavors. It makes up to 54% of all coffee orders to be exact. Coffee lovers, we want options. They want to be able to customize their hot drink according to their taste preferences. Making the most popular clarifiers, sweeteners, and flavorings available makes your store the desirable beverage destination consumers want, even if it's just plain coffee.

My current coffee maker gets mad at me when I wake her up. I wonder if this can be right by my bedside. I found a great coffee gadget. This Barisieur Coffee Brewing Alarm Clock ($445) will brew the perfect cup of coffee right as you wake up.

Snapchilled is trending more for the money. It gives the nitro brewed coffee a run for its money. Unlike cold coffee, chilled coffee brews much faster, which changes the brew's, natural sweetness. In addition, with this method, less coffee waste is wasted. Another benefit of Snapchilled is the taste. It is not diluted by the process or ice usually added to iced coffee. While this is a relatively new trend in iced coffee, we expect it to catch on this year. Snapchill Coffee is the best-tasting iced coffee you've ever had - delivered right to your doorstep. Patented Snapchill™ coffee brewing technology preserves all the flavor and aroma you want by brewing your coffee hot and cooling it instantly.

Since you stayed to the end, I have a bonus just for you. As of this recording, August is a national coffee month. I am giving away five boxes of my favorite coffee on the go to the first five people who can tell me what I said was trending with coffee in the last podcast. You email me your answer at my website www.notwithoutcoffee.com.

Brothers and sisters of the brew, remember to share our hangout, download so I can add more value in your future, and take care. That's right, not without coffee. How do you start your day and help finish the day?

Hey, fellow coffee lovers. Welcome back to, not without coffee. Com. This is the 22nd episode. We have an excellent podcast about coffee. I know it's been a while since I've done the last one. And I sincerely want to apologize. I have health issues and am still not out of the woods yet, but we're working on it. I will do my best to try and bring you quality and value on each podcast episode. Not without coffee. We're about our coffee, relaxing, coffee-related topics, and nothing else. I want to help you reduce stress, not necessarily pump you up, but to help you relax and mellow down. In this podcast episode, we'll go over it being summertime. How do you feel about cold brew? I mean, we all heard of it before we maybe tried it. I'm located in Texas, which now gets over 100 degrees daily. We're in our summer season, And it is sweltering. One refreshing way to cool or chill down. It is with a cold brew of cold coffee. Now, we're going to go over what I got a recipe for you. And, of course, we got our coffee trending news and a great coffee hack for you. I also have a cold summer brew coffee Recipe. I'm going to give you that all in this particular episode. Fellow coffee lovers, before we start, we always start with three deep, relaxing breaths. And let's get started, shall we? Let's breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth—one more breath. Breathe into the nose, and exhale through the mouth. The final one, breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. And let me also start by pouring you a cup of coffee, and here's my cup. Can you smell that fresh aroma of one of my favorite coffees of all time, Hawaiian canola coffee? It's a Great Cup of coffee, a bit pricey, but trust me, this is worth every penny. It is so smooth. And let's get started. Also, whoa, let me put on our soft relaxing music here. I can't forget that. And let's get started on a cold brew coffee. Well, is it summertime? Do you switch over to cold brew by chance? Do you prefer hot or cold and are with me in the summer where I am in Texas? We get to 100. I do like a cold or sometimes even a cold nitro brew. Cold brew coffee is coffee with ice cubes. But I particularly like freezing coffee in an ice tray so that the coffee doesn't lose its strength. If you want, go to www.notwithcoffee.com and email me your preference. Do you like hot coffee or cold brew in the summertime?
I have a great recipe for excellent cold brew coffee. It's my absolute favorite way to wake up — there's something so refreshing about a tall, tall glass of lightly sweetened iced coffee, but the same thing can get boring, so I'm here to break you out of your routine so you can try some new spins, everyone favorite summer drink.
I firmly believe that iced coffee is better than hot coffee because it's like dessert in a glass: add your ice, your coffee, a splash of flavored syrup, and your choice of milk (or non-dairy). It's a fantastic combo worth trying and so easy to recreate at home! Prepare iced coffee (step by step)

Here's how to make iced coffee at home. I've broken it down into easy-to-follow steps:

Make your simple syrup and let it cool for about an hour. Skip this step if using store-bought syrups.
Prepare your espresso or coffee. Again, I recommend espresso because it cools faster when mixed with ice — you need to chill the brewed coffee for about an hour before you can use it for iced coffee.
Pour your coffee of choice over a large amount of ice in a tall glass mug.
Mix 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup and as much milk as possible. Enjoy!
Now it's time for what's trending with coffee. I mention oreo double stuff mocha latte cookies in a few podcast episodes. I found them online, and I have a review on them just for you. One side is a layer with a mocha latte, and the other is caramel. They are to die for. Excellent for dunking in your coffee. They are not at my grocery store, but I found them online and left a link on the website.
I have found an elegant gadget you might want to try for your cold brew coffee. It's frozen metal cubes. The cubes don't dissolve, so they last longer, and you can refreeze them for later use. They cool your drinks faster, and it doesn't water down the flavor of your beverage. I love this gadget. I left a link on my website www.notwithoutcoffee.com

Podcast 21 Mother's day tribute from notwithoutcoffee, top 10 things to do while drinking your coffee, and a bonus.

Hey fellow coffee lovers, Welcome back to not with our coffee the 21st Episode. I am excited to have you back because this is the 21st Episode, and this is May 4, 2022, Which means this upcoming weekend is Mother's Day weekend. Now with each Episode, this is we start with breathing techniques. We'll start with the first one; we breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth. Let's get started, shall we? One more time, breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth. And a third time, breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth. And we are in our zone. We are in a relaxed zone for the newcomers. To net without coffee. We like to relax in a Zen-type, peaceful, restful type zone.
We're not about hype but about lowering down, relaxing, and unwinding for a chill week. Maybe have a candle going. Maybe some soft music going. I'll take care of that in a moment. But welcome to the new people and those who have been with me on this journey, the 21st podcast episode I mentioned before Mother's Day weekend is coming up, and I'm going to do a special shout-out to all the mothers out there. Where would the world be without mothers? I think when the world needed love, mothers were created. You are working 24 hours, wiping your nose and butts nonstop. And you don't ever complain you don't get paid overtime. And yet you steady carry forward for you. It is a labor of love.
To start with the show. I'm going to go over the topics. We will go over five great Mother's Day gifts, especially since your mother is a coffee lover. And then I'm going to go over the top 10 things to do while drinking your coffee. These are my favorite things, and maybe one or two might be yours. And another topic I want to cover is an excellent coffee heck, and stay to the end. Stay tuned to the end.
I got a great bonus for you. Now let's get started, shall we? Let's get back to Mother. What can we say about Mother's Day? Like I said before, no overtime pay? No extra hours pay hardly any vacation time. And yet you don't complain, and you do it for you. This is a labor of love. Coming at number five, a great Mother's Day gift for the mother who loves coffee and coffee-scented candles. I mean, they are great if your mother loves candles. The thing about them is they last longer than flowers. And you can always buy a set of them.
There's a coffee shop which is my favorite. It's going right now as we speak. And going in at number four, the number four gift for mothers who love coffee is a treat with a pack of new coffee. One of my favorites is the quinoa coffee, Hawaiian. Or another good one is the Jamaican Blue Mountain. For mom, a great mom. That's an excellent smooth taste. Now I'm not getting any compensation for promoting these coffees. It's just my recommendation for moms out there. Coming in at number three. A great dinner. Take your mom out for a great dinner with coffee. Good conversation and relaxing music. Maybe Italian. I'll have gotten props. But that's coming in at number three and number two.
How about my mom's favorite gift is just money. And that's it. Really? Oh, wait, we forgot number one. Coming at number one. The number one great gift for a mom who loves coffee is to tell her you love her and give her all four of the previous gifts. Give her The candle, coffee, money, and dinner. Give all four. That would make a significant number one. Trust me; your mom won't complain. And a shout out to the moms and the moms who lost their mom. I'm sure they know that. In heaven, she still loves you. It's always great. Appreciate moms

And with that said, Now let's segment into our next topic, the top 10 things to do while drinking coffee. Now, these are my favorite things to do. And I bet on this list, one or two are yours. Let's start with drinking coffee while at while working out. Did you know that coffee makes a perfect energy drink? It's all-natural. As long as you don't overdo it with all the sugar and the green, but with me, it's just plain black coffee. In my little canister, while workout and coming in at number nine, drinking coffee while having a relaxing bubble bath is nothing so relaxing and soothing than your coffee next to you while you're just killing time relaxing, don't be like me and accidentally spilled a coffee on you while unit up. That doesn't feel good, trust me. And on to number eight.

Glenn Mathis
6:21
Coming in at number seven, drinking coffee while reading a good book. This probably should be bumped up even higher because this is one of my favorite things to do. I love to read, and I love to drink coffee. Put those two together, and you have a fantastic time coming. Unfortunately, you can't use most libraries that won't let you bring your coffee in it, but you can do it in your library in your living room. It's an excellent place to start. Six. Okay. Correct Number five, drinking coffee while enjoying nature. Maybe you're taking a walk walking your dog. You're at a beach relaxing. Or perhaps you're enjoying a view of a lake or a lovely park. Whichever way, enjoy nature and coffee. We're meant to go together.

Glenn Mathis
8:01
and coming in at number three, drinking coffee while you're citing if you're discovering a new city, touring a new town, perhaps even in a museum, a great place to have coffee with you. Coming in at number two, drinking coffee while you're trying to solve a complex problem. Now coffee creates endorphins which help you focus better. Not me saying, but scientists have said it. And I try it, and it works for me. That doesn't always work. But it does open up and clears my focus for me. And folks, we are at number one. The number one thing to do while drinking coffee. You already know what it is, and that is listening to my podcast. Come on, you already know you probably answered it before me. That's right. The number one thing you could do while drinking coffee is listening to a podcast on coffee. Now let's get into a great coffee hack. A couple of paths a couple of podcasts ago. I mentioned a new coffee trend, a coffee product coming out this particular month, and that is coffee mocha latte Oreo cookies. I haven't seen them in my grocery stores, but I'm still looking. I'm still waiting for the if you check in your grocery stores, and you have found him, email me at www. without coffee.com My email addresses there, and I want to hear your opinion on how you liked them? Did it taste good? Another thing that's trending in coffee is coffee, Coca-Cola. Or could you say Coca-Cola coffee? Either way, it's trending. I have seen both online for sale. Now. I'm not a giant Coca-Cola fan, but I am a big coffee fan. So if you have tried this, give me your review on it. And maybe I'll post it and give your opinion on it. If you have something new that's coffee-related. Please email me at my website, www not coffee, not without coffee.com. I want to do a review of it. Or if there's a review you want to hear about, email me there as well. And finally, coming to the very end. That bonus I promised you earlier. Now the last podcast was my 20th Episode, A significant anniversary source spoke, but unfortunately, no one answered the question of God correctly. The question was, I mentioned in a past podcast my favorite coffee drink, emailed me at my address on the website, not without coffee.com, and I will send you a free box on me of the coffee that I supplied to me every day. This coffee has a little a lot more added value to it. And I want to get your opinion on it. Again, the question was, what is my favorite coffee? Well, coffee lovers, I want to thank you for tuning in. Tell somebody if you know a friend, and be sure to download this podcast episode. If there's something you want to hear about, email me on it. I love having you go over it with me and discuss it. How do you start today? How do you help finish your day? That's right now without coffee. Take care.

Hey, fellow coffee lover, welcome back. I am your host, Glenn. This is the twenty podcast episode. That is Glenn with two "n"s, by the way. It's always good to have you back. We are in our spring season here in the U.S, which is an incredible time for coffee lovers. We are all about our coffee and relaxing. Let's get started with our three deep breaths. First, breathe through the mouth and exhale out the nose. Second one breath in through the mouth and out the nose. One final time breathes in and exhales out. It is spring, so be careful of the allergies. Are you in your me time zone for coffee and relaxing? Have some light music playing and a great candle scent going. My candle that's going, I'll tell you later cause it's a coffee hack. Let me start the relaxing music here. Awww, that hits the spot. That sends off the coffee shop vibes.

Today's podcast is about a new spring flavor, two new coffee hacks, what's trending in coffee, and a fantastic bonus, so stay tuned.

This perfect spring flavored coffee is called lavender honey latte. I found it on Pinterest, and it turned out perfect. To start, we are going to make a simple lavender syrup. All you need for this is one cup of water, one cup of sugar, and tbsp lavender buds. Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Turn on medium-high heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat just as the mixture starts to boil. Put the lavender buds in a pint-size jar. Carefully pour the simple syrup over the buds and screw on a lid. Let steep four hours to overnight. Strain the infused simple syrup into a new jar. This is also great with tea, lemon aid, and, you know, coffee. Now for the coffee ingredients.

Condiments

  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Lavender syrup

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar

Dairy

  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Frozen

  • 1 Ice

Liquids

  • 1/3 cup Water

This does take some time , but it's worth it. You can store the syrup in the frig for later use.

Now the first hack is what I mentioned earlier about the candle scents. You put vanilla-scented tea lights in a jar or bowl of coffee beans. When the candle heats the beans, your place will smell like french vanilla coffee. The Second also has to do with smell. It's a simple way to make the whole house smell like coffee cake. It would help you relax and unwind with a house of coffee cake scented. All you need is two cinnamon sticks, a cup of leftover coffee grinds,2 tsp of villa extract, and a pot of water. Mixed it all and let it simmer.

Thanks for staying to the end. Remember that bonus I mentioned earlier? With this being my 20th podcast, I wanted to do a giveaway. The first person who emails my favorite coffee flavor that I mentioned in another podcast gets a free box of coffee from my website.

Hey, Coffee brew crew, welcome back. I have another great podcast episode just for you. It's always happy to have you tune in. Fellow coffee lovers, are you in your quiet zone. Ready to relax and unwind. As of this recording, it is the first of spring. Let's welcome the season with a coffee flavor perfect for spring. Before we do, let's take our three deep breaths. Breath number inhale and exhale through the mouth. Do you have your feet propped up? The second one breathes in and exhales all the stress out. Finally, one breathe in and exhale through the mouth.

Brew crew, I have a great spring coffee flavor that is a must-try. I have a new coffee hack. I also have a great surprise bonus at the end, so stay tuned in.

First off is this excellent spring coffee flavor. It's called banana milk coffee. It's also called a Banana milk latte. Yes, there is such a thing. I have never heard of it until recently. I found the recipe on Pinterest, by the way. I tried it, and I love it. It's a great way to welcome the new spring season. I have tried it, and the flavors mixed quite well. I thought coffee and banana wouldn't work, but surprisingly it did. The ingredients include:

  • Half a cup of water.
  • Half a cup of milk or milk alternative.
  • One banana.
  • Half a tablespoon of maple syrup.
  • A quarter cup of espresso.
  • Ice.
  • Whipped cream.
  • Now you can buy banana milk Korean on amazon. To make the banana milk, blend water, milk, or I used almond milk and one ripe banana.
  • Making it in a French press or store-bought for the espresso is ok.
  • Next, add the banana milk to the espresso and top it with whip cream. Adding a whole banana is optional. If you try this, please email your opinion at www.notwithoutcoffee.com. I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
  • Now I have a new excellent coffee hack. Those who love a sweet-tasting coffee but try to cut back on sugar use cinnamon instead. It will sweeten the taste without the calories side effects of sugar.
  • For those of you who stayed with me till the end, I have a bonus just for you. I mentioned earlier replacing sugar with cinnamon. There are healthier replacements as well. Some are cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Make sure you are allergic to these replacements. Even stevia is an option—also, Something trending with coffee. Oreo is coming out with a coffee-flavored cookie in April 2022.

The second is a great winter coffee flavor and a bonus at the end.
Fellow coffee lover with birthdays, valentine's day, and anniversaries coming up, I have a couple of terrific gifts just for us. This first one is the Ember temperature control smart mug. Please tell me what you think of them. I have one, and I love it. You can reheat your coffee and control it with your cell coffee. It's pricy but worth every penny. I always keep this in stock. The quality and flavors are so soothing.

The ingredients are 1 tsp of ginger, half cup of molasses , 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup of ground cinnamon, milk, and coffee. Mix it all well and cream on the top. Podcast 17 Coffee is the trend that never ends and a winter flavor.
Coffee lovers all over, how are you doing? How is your year going so far? I hope all is going well. If not, I want to offer you a relaxing, calming, and stress-free in your life, even at just a few minutes a week. In the world today, there is no shortage of drama or stress. Sometimes you don't even have to leave your house for it. Like we start all podcasts by getting into our relaxed mode. I have a great candle scent going. It's called a coffee shop. It's a perfect scent and strong throw radius. Also, to help you wind down, use some soft music. I have you covered later on.
Today, we will cover a winter coffee flavor, a winter scented coffee candle, and a great bonus at the end. Let's get started with three deep breaths. Inhale the fresh roast aroma and exhale out the mouth. Again inhale the fresh brew and exhale it out. Last time inhale through the nose and out through the mouth. Also, let me get the music going. In the U.S, we are in our winter season. This is by far the best season for hot coffee. I have a great hot winter flavor coffee just for you. It's called winter spice latte. I've recently made it, and I can't get enough of it. I got this from Pinterest. The ingredients are 8ounces of strong coffee, a quarter cup of steamed milk, and one ounce of Winter Spice Syrup. For the winter spice syrup, you need 1 cup brown sugar, one cup of water, one teaspoon of whole cloves, one whole nutmeg, and the zest of an orange. Mix them all, simmer, and stir for 20 mins. Strain and store in the refrigerator. Top with steamed milk or whipped cream. It's really good.
Now for my favorite winter scented candle. I mentioned it earlier in this podcast as it's a coffee shop. We are all about our coffee, and this candle has a great smell. It's the ultimate mood setter.
I have a great coffee bonus coffee hack for you. To get rid of bitter-tasting coffee, add some salt to it. It will kill the bitterness and improve its overall taste of it. Just add a pinch of salt. Thanks for staying till the end. How do you start your day? How do you help finish out the day? That's right, not without coffee.

Going into the new year with last year's drama, we could all use something relaxing and positive. Let's start the new year off right. Add this to your new year's resolution to listen to this podcast. How about having a new year's resolution to relax and unwind more? Now, this should be one of the easiest ones to keep. Like all of my podcasts, let's start with three deep breaths. Breath in through the nose and exhale out the mouth. Another one breathes in and exhales out. Last one, breath in and exhale out. The topic we will go over is Starbucks versus Dutch Brothers. This is my review of both cafes. Now I'm in Texas and Dutch bros are very new here. Starbucks is all over Texas. I have been to a few coffee shops, and Starbucks has a mom-and-pop feel. The Dutch Brothers near me didn't have a dine-in area. Starbucks had the better menu options because they had great sides to go with your coffee. They also have a breakfast sandwich menu. I have to go with team Starbucks as far as menu options are concerned. Now fellow coffee lover, let's talk quality. The food quality of Starbucks was good, but the flavor was somewhat bland to me.

On the other hand, Dutch brothers had three muffin choices. They were fresh and flavorful. Both are great in this category. They both were excellent. I have to go with team Dutch Brothers with the quality of the food and flavor. Starbucks does have more food options. As far as cleanliness goes. Overall, I have to go with team Starbucks only because I have known them longer. Fellow coffee lovers, whose is your favorite? Please email me your favorite coffee shop at www.notwithoutcoffee.com. If you like you can contact me there.

I always want to include a bonus at the end. Freshly Ground Coffee Takes Out Odors Have you ever gotten into your car after driving home some particularly stinky takeout and noticed that even the next day, it still smelled like Monday night dinner? A full cup of freshly ground coffee will absorb the wonderful smell! Instead of baking soda, it also works in the refrigerator to absorb unwanted food odors. You can also eliminate the ever-present wet dog (or even dry dog!) smell by placing a cup of freshly brewed coffee in a skillet over low heat and heating them until the coffee smell is gone. Releases - these are the oils that are released. Move the pot out of harm's way in the room that needs to be deodorized, and when the coffee cools, the room should have less dog smell

Hey coffee lover, we are on the 15th podcast of not withoutcoffee.com. It's always good to have you back. Suppose you are new to this channel, welcome. Here we talk only about coffee and coffee-related topics. It's also about unwinding and relaxing with coffee in hand. Today is December 21, 20201, the first day of winter. This has to be by far the most incredible season for hot coffee. One great way to warm up is to have a fresh roasted hot coffee cup. In this podcast, I will go over how coffee is made, a great winter coffee candle, and a great coffee hack. We need to get into our relaxing zone, as with all my podcasts. We start with three deep breaths. Inhale and exhale through the mouth. Again let's inhale and exhale. One last time let's inhale and exhale.
This podcast will describe how coffee goes from harvest to a hot brew in your cup. I also have a great new coffee hack and a bonus. As of this recording, it's December 22. It is the first day of winter. Winter is the perfect season for coffee. I want to wish you happy holidays and a happy new year.
The coffee beans are the seeds you would plant. Now coffee is produced during the rainy season because rainy softens the soil for easy planting and the roots to spread quickly. It is only grown in tropical areas because of the amount of water it takes to succeed. The plant grows cherries withs seeds in them. The seed is the actual coffee bean. They come two to one cherry. The cherries are usually hand-picked, but some machines also pick them. The cherries are seeded, and the seeds are sorted. Fellow java lover, have you ever seen a coffee grove before. I did on a trip to Jamacia once. The coffee plant has a life span of seven to 20 years. The actual coffee bean goes through a process called fermentation. This involves storing in a large, either wooden or cement tank. It takes hours, sometimes even days. This is done to break down the sugar for the bean to absorb. Afterward, they washed and dried by the sun for days. The beans are turned hourly. Often the whole coffee cherry is dry in the sun for weeks to create a more intense taste. A machine hulls the seeds from the cherries. The seeds are bagged and shipped around the world. Brazil is the largest supplier at 2.6 million tons each year. The stores or cafe shops roast them and ground them up, and it's ready for your cup.
Have you ever run out of coffee filters? This amazing coffee hack I found on Pinterest. You can use a paper towel or a napkin in place of a filter. I have tried this, and it works really well. It's an incredible hack you should try.
Now for a bonus. Coffee makes a great pre-workout drink. Instead of sugar, use cinnamon to sweeten it. It's designed to be better than energy drinks as long as you don't over-sweeten it. I drink coffee before all of my workouts. Give it a try and email me your opinion.

Fellow java lover, welcome back. Let's talk coffee. I hope your work week went well and your day is going great for all the newcomers. I'm glad to have you here, where we talk all about coffee-related topics. Here we are only about coffee and relaxing with a cup of coffee. We begin each podcast with three deep and relaxing breaths of freshly brewed coffee of your choice. I'm out of my Jamaican blue mountain, but I have a strong, dark Colombian roasted. Do you have your cup in hand? Good, let's start with a deep inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Again let's breathe in the fresh aroma and exhale out the mouth. One last time breathe in and exhale out.
On this particular podcast, we will take a different look at coffee and go over some coffee hacks and some crazy coffee facts. So let's get started, shall we?
Fellow coffee lover, I mention quite a few interesting things about coffee. I have never mentioned what coffee actually is. Yes, we know it as light or dark brown water, but what is coffee. Coffee is a fruit and is called a cherry. You can eat the coffee cherry. The seeds of the cherry are the coffee bean. The coffee seed or beans contain caffeine.
Now we know coffee as a drink. I mean, we fill our cup, drink it down and repeat. What if we looked at coffee as a whole different way of life. There are hundreds of uses for coffee. There's coffee jelly. Would you please email me if you have ever tried this at www. notwithoutcoffee.com? I would like to know your opinion on how this tase. There are hundreds of uses for coffee. I'm going to cover a few in the upcoming podcasts.
The drink we love, called coffee, has its pros and cons as long as you don't overdo it or add tons of sugar. Too much of anything can be bad for you. I was in a coffee shop once, and a guy ahead of me was pouring sugar into his coffee while talking to me. You could see a sugar mound coming up out of his coffee. He kept right on pouring and talking until it overflowed. Another time a young woman had a creamer cup and added her coffee. It's very interesting to see how some people drink their coffee.
I have an exciting coffee hack for you. I recently found this coffee item, and I had to order this item immediately. Have you ever heard of bulletproof coffee gummies? That's right—gummies made from bulletproof coffee. You can take them anywhere and everywhere. I am going to give you a full review when it comes in. I have never even heard of those kinds of gummies. Let's take a quick coffee sip.
Finally, a fun coffee fact that you might like. You know I can't go a podcast without mentioning one. I hope this will perk your day up. The actual word coffee means wine in Arabic. The Dutch called it koffie, and that's where we get the English word from.

Crew of the brew welcome back. Here we are, lovers, of one of nature's most popular drinks. It's on second to water. We are the crew of coffee. Nature created a drink to help us deal with the stress and annoyance of the daily grind. I like to call it nature's tranquility drink. It's also been called the nectar of the gods. It helps us face the day and helps of finish the workday. Do you have your cup of freshly roasted java? If so, let's rase it and make a silent toast to the brew and the goat and goat herder who discovered coffee. Now get started with three deep breaths. Breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Again let's breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Are you in your quiet spot? One last time breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Now let's grab a quick sip. Fellow coffee lovers, we didn't choose the mug life. The mug life chooses us.
Now I will go over a new Fall coffee flavor, fall coffee scented candles, coffee hack, and a fun coffee fact.
Let me help set the mood. Would you please tell me what you think? I hope you like it.
The fall coffee flavor for this podcast is maple pecan latte cold coffee. How does that sound on a cool fall morning? The ingredients are 2 cups of dairy-free milk frozen, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup pecans halves, 1/2 cup almond coffee creamer, and two cups of coffee refrigerated. Go easy with this drink. It's heavy on the waistline. Also, if you are allergic to nuts, avoid this drink. Fellow coffee lovers, tell me if you have tried this drink. Would you please tell me if you like it? I've had it at a coffee shop once and loved it so much that I had a second cup. With that thought in mind, let's grab a sip.
Now on to great coffee-scented candles. It helps to get into that calming and relaxing zone to use good scented candles. The scent is a hazelnut coffee-scented candle. I like this candle because I love hazelnut, and it's a great way to perk up a day. No pun intended. Coffee smells have been known to help you get alert and relaxed. Now, this candle has scents of cream, vanilla, and maple. It's very rich and nutty. Like my wife without the rich part. Another candle I recently heard about is called "Give me Coffee." It's an espresso scent. I love the name.
Next up, I have a great coffee hack for you. There are so many different ways you can use coffee grinds. One, in particular, is as a deodorizer. Use as a deodorizer. Place new grounds in an open jar (or a jar that has a slotted lid or lid with holes) and pop into your fridge, laundry room, or any other stinky place to absorb odors. You can place it in your car, a diaper room, and a laundry room.
Thanks for listening to the end. I want to add a bonus. In the bonus, I will go over my top 5 things that pair great with coffee. Starting at number five is everyone's favorite donuts. Now we all love donuts. So are dunkers, and some are sip and biters. At number four is chocolate cake. Any cake will do right. Next up at three is a muffin. Preferable banana nut. Coming in at a strong number two is pancakes. Do I have your mouth watering? Finally, number one is my all-time favorite, and I can't get my wife to understand pairing with coffee is total silence. Maybe one of these days, she might.
Bothers and sisters of the brew, I want to again thank you for listening. We are the crew of the brew or the java lovers. Take care and keep brewing.

Great to have you back crew of the brew, coffee that is. This podcast of coffee-related topics and relaxing. It's always good to have you back. For the first-timers, welcome to the podcast. We start each podcast with three deep breaths of a cup of freshly roasted coffee in hand. I have my favorite Jamaican blue mountain. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Are you in your quiet zone? With your coffee in hand, let's breathe in and exhale through the mouth. Again a deep breath in the nose and out the mouth. We need to awaken the senses and the relaxation mood. How did your week go? I hope it went well. I have another fall coffee flavor on this podcast; a fall scented coffee candle, a coffee hack, and a fun coffee fact. Here we all about our love for coffee and relaxation. Now let's get started.
This Fall coffee flavor is peppermint mocha latte. The ingredients are peppermint syrup, chocolate syrup, coffee, topped with peppermint flavored whipped cream. For me, I love all things peppermint. Can you imagine doing the three deep inhales of peppermint-scented coffee? Now that would diffidently help get to you to a relaxing zone. Also, you would need heavy cream and strong coffee. Think about that, and let me hear you say mmmmmm, good. This coffee drink is a slow savory sipper. You want to really enjoy every sip of this coffee.
Next to help us relax and wind down from the workweek is a good fall and a coffee-scented candle. I have a great one for you. It's called coffee cream roasted chocolate. Anything chocolate scented is a superb mood-setter. I love a great candle with a substantial throwing scent radius. Would you mind emailing me your opinion on chocolate and coffee scents a www.notwithoutcoffee.com? I would love to know how you feel about them. Do you have a great candle scent you want to share? I would love to hear it.
Now for your coffee hack. I found this idea on Pinterest. You can roast your coffee beans with a popcorn popper. Yes, you heard right. Use popcorn popper to roast your beans. One of the best ways to better get to know the craft coffee experience is to roast them at home. There is nothing more exciting than watching green coffee pop and crackle during the roasting process. Popcorn makers are designed and work on similar principles as large batch coffee roasters by rotating the beans and heating them entirely to develop rich flavors.
Next up is the fun fact about coffee. Have you ever heard someone say expresso coffee when they mean espresso? Espresso is Italian for expressed or pressed out. This is done by forcing hot water under high pressure out through finely-ground coffee beans. Does that give you something to think about?

Fellow coffee lover, it's always good to have you back if this is your first time listening. Welcome to the podcast on all coffee and relaxing-related topics. Now recently, I saw a video on the power of being alone. It was a great video on what I'm trying to say in my podcasts. The video was on how being ok with being alone is a superpower. Now it's not saying that you should just leave and abandon everyone. It's telling that you should have some alone time to gather your thoughts or unwind and relax a little. Being by yourself with a cup of fresh coffee, of course, can be healing and rejuvenating, with so many motivational speakers and gurus really building you up and raising your spirits. Now I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with that. I just want to add a way of calming you down and relaxing you. I Have a different Fall flavored coffee, a new fall scented, and a really interesting coffee fact.
Now before we get started, let's get into our relaxing zone. Grab your cup of fresh brew and breath in the lovely aroma, and exhale. Breath in the freshness and exhale. I do this on all the podcasts to set a relaxing state of mind.
This fall-flavored coffee is caramel Brulee coffee. That name alone makes it sound so good. The ingredients are warm milk, caramel sauce, brown sugar, coffee, and whipped cream. Does it make your mouth water? For me, it's not my favorite fall flavor, but it comes so close. Would you try this on a cool fall morning while relaxing on your sofa? I bet you would. I know I would. Can you just imagine slow sipping this Fall flavor? Also would eat a side dish with this drink. I'm going to talk about desserts that go great with coffee in future podcasts. Be sure to go easy with this brew. It can add to the waistline.
Let's talk fall coffee-scented candles. A great way to add to the relaxing mood is to add a few coffee-scented candles. They really help you calm your nerves. I have a great one for you. The last podcast scent was the coffee shop, and now this one is called coconut coffee scented candle. I have it going now, and it smells so good. I think you might like this one. This candle had a strong throwing smell throughout the room. What a great combination of coconut and coffee. Also, on a side note, as I was looking at fall candles. I came across two with very funny names. One was witch better have my money, and momma needs coffee. You have to love those names.
Now for the coffee fun fact. There is a coffee made from cat poop. I don't think I would be willing to try this. Would you? It's called Kopi Luwak coffee. I hope I'm not grossing you out, but this is the most expensive coffee in the world. It cost about 25 to 100 dollars per cup or 600 per pound. It comes from the Indonesian palm civet, which is a cat. The cat eats the coffee bean and then poops it out. They remove the outer shell and completely clean it before roasting it. Would you try this brand? I'm not sure I would. I mean, what if just one shell was missed. That would leave a bad taste in your mouth, don't you think.
On that note, I want to thank you for listening. I to keep them short and to the point. I really value your time.

Hey, the brew crew, I am glad to have you back for another podcast episode. Welcome back. This is the 10th podcast of not without coffee, where we talk all about coffee-related topics and relax with a coffee. Here's where I want to inform you on coffee topics and help you unwind from your workweek at the best quality possible. Before we begin, let's get into that relax zone. Do you have a cup full of coffee? Breath in the fresh aroma and exhale. One more time, breathe in the fresh brew and exhale. Are you in your quiet zone for relaxation? If so, good to hear. Now on this podcast, I'm going to go over the Fall flavored, the Fall candle scent, and a bonus, I'm going to go over a type of coffee most people have never even heard of. Be sure to stay tuned to the end.

We are still in the Fall season, and that means great Fall flavors. I have a great coffee flavor for you, and it's maple cinnamon coffee. Nothing says Fall like maple and cinnamon. Can you see yourself relaxing on the sofa with a hot cup of this coffee? Personally, I have never tried this, but I will soon. How do these ingredients sound to you? It starts a Melozio capsule, 4oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of sweet maple syrup, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, and one tbs of brown sugar. The whipped cream on top is optional. This one will wake your taste buds up in a hurry. Fellow coffee lover, I will defiantly have this one before the next podcast. Be sure to go easy with this one. Too much can be bad on the waistline. For each podcast, I'm going to add a new and different Fall flavor.

I am keeping with the Fall theme and coffee relater topic. Let's talk about Fall and coffee-scented candles. They do exist and can set a calming and relaxing mood. Now I just recently bought this scent, and I love it. It"s called a coffee shop. It smells like you work in a coffee shop? I have one that's a little expensive because I want the smell to throw out more and not fade away so quickly. This helps me to relax and calm down from the day. Crew of the brew, you should really try this scent. I will add more scents throughout the fall season on a future podcast. Remember never to leave a lite candle unattended. Do you have a favorite coffee candle?

Next, I mentioned earlier a type of coffee that very few people have ever heard about. Can you guess it? To be honest, I have recently found out about it myself. It's called peaberry coffee. That's right, peaberry coffee. A peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. Typically coffee beans grow two to a fruit, flat against each other like halves of a peanut, but sometimes on a rare occasion in about 5% of the world's coffee, and a bean is born an only child. This one bean is very rounded and shaped like a pea hence its name. I have never had this type of coffee. Still, serval reviews have said that those who have tried peaberry coffee say it's worth the cost and find it to be sweeter and more flavorful than typical coffee. . One of the reasons why peaberry coffees may taste better is because their rounder shape allows them to roast more evenly and to absorb heat better, for a smoother overall taste. Since it's so rare and has a unique flavor, it is way more costly than plain coffee beans. The peaberry coffee is hand-selected and averages about 20 dollars per pound. I have been to 10 different coffee shops and have not ever heard of peaberry coffee. It's a must-try for me.

Finally, crew, I want to thank you for listening in. Be sure to download this so that you don't miss any upcoming podcasts. I try to keep them short and to the point. I know that your time is precious. Would you please email me your comments or ideas at www.notwithoutcoffee.com? Take care.

Hey, brothers and sisters of the brew, welcome back. I have another excellent coffee podcast episode for you. Let me ask you something. How did your past week go? I hope it went great. Let's get into that zone. Do you have your cup of fresh brew? Let's take a deep breath of the fresh brew and exhale. One more time, breathe in and exhale out. One good way to help you relax is to light some coffee-scented candles. I have one going right now, and it smells so good. Also, if you are a music lover, you can have it playing softly if you like and, with this being the fall season in the U.S. I want to continue that theme. The previous two podcasts were on fall flavors. I'm just going to include one fall flavor in this one and a few coffee hacks related to the fall season. Let's get started.
The fall coffee flavor of this podcast is butterscotch coffee. I have had the taste, and I love it. Now imagine being bundled up on a lovely sofa with a nice warm cup of butterscotch coffee. I bet you have those thick fresh out of the dryer wool socks on. The ingredients include 4oz Butterscotch sauce or syrup, 2oz heavy cream, and 12 oz of coffee or espresso. It's optional, but you could add whipped cream on top and drizzle some butterscotch syrup over the top. This helps create the ultimate relax or chill zone. Fellow coffee lover, while you are sipping this cup on your cozy sofa, and it's cool out. The phone is on the table away from you. Do you get up and answer it even though you don't recognize the number? Remember how hard you worked to create that chill zone. Let me know at www.notwithoutcoffee.com. That's something to think about, right. Be sure to go easy with this coffee. It's very rich and not so good on the waistline.
One of my favorite Fall hacks, which I mentioned earlier in the podcast, is Fall scented candles. One great way to set up your chill zone is Fall scented candles or even coffee scented candles. I love candles for relaxing and unwinding. Yes, there is a pumpkin spice coffee-scented candle. I'm not going to go into all of them. I'm just going to name a few of my favorite coffee candles and maybe a few in a later podcast. One perfect Fall candle is coffee soy scented. To me, this one has a very soothing scent. Just make sure you get one that throws an excellent strong smell in your relaxing zone. Cheap is not the way to go here. Here are a few more coffee candles, espresso, mocha latte, white coffee, sugared coffee cake, and hundreds more. I will mention more in the upcoming podcast cause there are so many out there. Please be safe, and don't leave lit candles unattended. That can be very dangerous.
Now that you got your candle going, relaxing music playing, and a hot cup of Fall flavored coffee in hand. It's time to have a final hack. The last hack is more a Fall snack that goes great with coffee. This is optional if you like. One of my favorites is carrot cake or any cake of your choosing. Doughnuts are always a good choice. Again becare of that waistline. In the future podcast, I will mention other great snacks that go with coffee.
Coffee brew crew, I want to thank you for listening; remember so that you don't miss another relaxing podcast to be sure and subscribe and commit to the website at www.notwithoutcoffee.com.

In continuing from the last podcast on the theme of Fall coffee flavors. There are so many mouth-watering flavors that can awaken your taste buds its had to choose just one. There are so many of them That I could cover the whole fall season with just the flavors. Let's get started.
The first of this podcast is gingerbread spice coffee with ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and sugar. It's very good but also very fattening. Your taste buds will thank but go easy on it cause your waistline won't thank you. I wonder if this is like putting a gingerbread cookie in your coffee?
The next flavor is cinnamon maple latte. Don't you think maple screens out Fall flavor? When you need something sweet? The flavor would hit the spot. This drink can really be kicked up by adding a cinnamon stick to it. Also, be careful. It also adds to the waistline.
Next up is Nutella latte. I have never tried this one, but the reviews on it were all positive. Nutella lovers, this flavor was made for you. Just the sound of coffee with Nutella and whipped cream makes my mouth water.
The next following Fall flavor is red velvet latte. As for me, I love red velvet cake. Also for this flavor has the best visual appeal of them all. You have to see this drink. The tase s just as good as it looks. Again watch out for the waistline. Another great is apple pie frappe. A guy ahead of me at a Starbucks called frappe. Can you imagine drinking warm apple pie whipped cream on a cool morning? Let me hear you say mmmmmmm, good.

Now, this particular Fall flavor is my most favorite of them all. It's peppermint mocha coffee. I sometimes stir this with a candy cane. I love all things peppermint, and this, by far, is one of the best for me. Do I need to say watch your waistline on this one? Here are the ingredients for this one, peppermint syrup, Cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, coffee, and milk. This is so flavorful.

The many coffee flavors of Fall

Welcome back, brothers and sisters of the brew. I have another awesome podcast I want to share with you. Before we get started, let's Get into our relaxing zone and calming mode. Remember the zen is in my friend. Now let us begin. Take a deep breath of the fresh aroma and exhale through the mouth. One more time, breathe in through the nose exhale through the mouth. That coffee aroma smells so good. I hear you out there, so let's take one more deep breath and exhale through the mouth. The crew of the brew I live in the U.S, and it's fall season here. It's where the leaves are changing colors and falling. At night a nice breeze comes in. The topic is the coffee flavors of Fall. Now I'm going to go over a few Fall flavors and not all of them.

The first is caramel apple coffee. That name alone sounds good, don't you think. Throughout the Fall season, we in the U.S have lots of Fall festivals and carnivals. One of the most important items at those events is caramel apples on a stick. We have all grew up eating these things. What's incredible is that it comes in a coffee flavor. Whoever thought of this idea, thank you so much. Can you imagine slow sipping warm caramel apple coffee on a cool Fall morning? That kind of makes you want to get out of bed. Also, imagine sleeping in a friendly, soft bed on a cool Fall morning, thinking I'm never getting up. Then all of a sudden, a faint sweet smell of caramel apples and warm coffee kiss you on the face as you sleep. I bet you are going to try that now. I know that I am.

The following Fall flavor is cinnamon coffee roll. I have had this flavor, and I just loved it. I still ended up dunking my cinnamon roll in it. This flavor awakens your taste buds. This flavor was made just for Fall, maybe winter. Have you tried this yet? I can taste the buttercream icing in this coffee. I believe that nothing says Fall like the spice of cinnamon. It's in most of the Fall flavored coffees.

Next is a very famous Fall flavor. Its probably the most famous of them all. Can you gues this flavor? Come on you know it. Pumpkin Spice were you gonna say that one. Nothing says welcome to Fall like pumpkin spice with whipped cream. This my favorite Fall flavor. What's yours?

Now I'm going to end it with flavor but future podcast will others in it. A great coffee hack that will taste like fall in a cup uses cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

By the way oct 1st in the U.S national coffee day. Today as I am recording is sep 30th but happy coffee day.

Hey fellow coffee, welcome back. We made another work. How did it go this week? Was it a good work week or a bad week? Ready to unwind and relax for a few. Tell me, who got on your last nerve this week? Was it a boss, a coworker, or the morning traffic? Did you have a great week? You were off and on vacation or caught up on some me-time. Let's get started. Are you in that relaxing zone? You know your quiet place. Take a deep breath of the fresh brew through the nose and exhale through the mouth. One more time, breathe in the fresh aroma and exhale through the mouth. I felt that awww from your on the last exhale. Studies show that freshly brewed coffee can wake you up. I did my test was as my wife set a cup of fresh coffee on my nightstand while I was sleeping one morning. It diffidently worked on me. That leads into this podcast topic which is eight benefits of coffee that you probably never heard about.
The first one is the mood. Depression was lowered by 20 % in women who drank 4 cups a day. Does it help set the mood for you at the beginning of the day? To me, coffee has a calming effect. Studies have shown that coffee releases serotonin and dopamine. These are chemicals the brain release to help set the mood and a feel-good sensation. How does it make you feel? I bet it sets the mood for you and enables you to get your day started.
Another benefit I bet you didn't know is coffee helps with headaches. Caffeine ads in pain relief. I didn't see this one either. Are you going to remember this one next time you have a headache? Did you know that pain relievers such as Anacin and Excedrin have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee? I'm going to try this out myself. I probably will forget this on my next headache. Would you mind telling me the next time you get a headache if coffee worked for you?
The third and surprising benefit is that coffee can help you lose weight. Caffeine is found in most fat-burning supplements. Coffee Studies have shown it can increase fat burning by as much as 10%. From now on, I'm going to start my workouts with a cup of coffee. Every little bit helps, right. It's like a natural energy drink without the sugar and fake sweeteners. I drink coffee with a teaspoon of butter every day before a workout. Try it out for yourself and see if it works for you. In these studies, I want to mention that the right amount of coffee was used, right at 3 to 4 cups per day.
The fourth benefit is the large number of antioxidants coffee provides. They fight and protect you from free radicals in your body.
Benefit number five is that coffee can help protect your brain. Studies have also soon that coffee enables you to focus and stay alert.
Also, high caffeine in your blood reduces Alzheimer's disease and lowers the risk of dementia.
Coffee may help lower the risk of type 2 diabetes by reducing your insulin sensitivity and help with glucose tolerance.
It also has been found to help lower your risk of strokes.
Coffee helps reduces the risk of Parkinson's disease.
Certain types of cancers have shown reductions with 4 cups of coffee per day—cancers such as prostate in men, endometrial cancer in women, and even some skin cancers. Now I'm not saying this is a cure, but it may help reduce these cancer types.
Now all these studies were done with individuals drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day. Too much coffee can be toxic and have a negative effect. I'm am not making any medical cures, just sharing info that I have found.

Hello and welcome, fellow coffee lover. How was your past week? Did you get any time to relax or unwind? Did you have a stressful work week? Are you ready to calm down and relax for a few min? Have reached your Relax and calming zone. Let's get started. With your coffee in hand, breath in the fresh aroma and exhale through the mouth. One more time, breathe in the fresh-roasted scent and exhale out the mouth. You know something is missing. I think I got it but tell me what you think—a little soft jazz to help you relax. I hope you like it. Today's topic is the business of coffee.
With 45% of Americans drinking coffee, it has a significant following. I'm sure we drink enough to cover the 55% of Americans who don't drink coffee. Nearly70 billion is spent on coffee outside the home. The coffee industry is a steady, gradual boom. Even in hard times, coffee has held its own. It seems always to be trending. Just one cup has up to a 90% mark up. Starbucks made it socially acceptable to pay 5 dollars for a cup of black coffee. Lots of us have fallen for the nectar of the gods. The brew has swept us off our feet. We need it in the morning and the evening.
Another name is nature's calming brew—just one second. (takes a sip) www. A crazy coffee business fact is that a coffee cart, not the actual shop in the correct location of high foot traffic, can bring you 1,000 to 5000 per day. That's ruffly 260,000 per year with the low cost of inventory and the high makeup rate. The coffee cart business has around 300 to 500 customers a day. I'm not recommending this as a business. Can you Imagine being downtown early morning, near a college campus, and even a civic center event? I would probably drink up most of my inventory and miss my customers cause I'm in the restroom from drinking my inventory. I am just that bad with coffee. Again I do not recommend this as a business. The idea of a coffee van or truck. Your way more moble than a coffee cart. Shopping malls on the weekend. You have beaches, little league games, offices, entrances, and so much more. Coffee pretty much has its own economy. With a creative mindset, the sky is the limit. The consumer demand is so strong that it created over 1.7 million jobs in just the U.S alone. A few ideas are Coffee shop owner, coffee truck, coffee cart, a mobile barista for hire, coffee branding, flavoring, sweetener, e-commerce store, and a coffee media company.
In some cases, you don't have to serve coffee. Coffee accessories is a huge industry. Over 173 million Americans who used creamer in their coffee make it a huge market to help. Can you imagine coming up with a unique flavoring or sweetener? Even Starbucks has its coffee flavoring syrups. Some estimates sales of 50 billion in just coffee syrups sales alone. Coffee mugs and coffee shirts are a billion-dollar business. Now I'm not saying start a coffee, but I am showing the coffee economy and how it works. Can you come up with coffee business ideas?
Fellow coffee lover, I'm going to close this with a question. What ideas do you have? Share them with me at www.notwithoutcoffee.com?

Hello and welcome to not without coffee: Brothers and sisters of the brew. This is the fourth podcast for coffee lovers all over. We are the crew of nature's brew. This is our relaxed and calming zone. Here we talk about our love for coffee and all related coffee topics. How did your work week go? Are you in your relaxed zone? Ready to get started? Breath in the fresh aroma and exhale. One more time, breathe in and exhale. Is it just me. Do you feel the fresh scent is very stress relieving?
Today's topic is the difference in types of coffee. There are only two types of coffee. One is Arabic, and the other is Robusta. Even though there are only two types, the difference is between them is like night and day. In this episode, I'm going to cover them both.
Now 70 percent of the world's coffee drinkers drink Arabic. It has a smooth and soothing taste. The flavors can range from a hint of chocolate to, fruity and sugary berry blend. Arabic is more of a soft morning kiss, whereas Robusta is a wake-up slap in the face. Arabic has less than half the caffeine of Robusta. The actual bean of Arabic is long and thin. It's grown in high climates and comes at a more expensive cost. Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, and my favorite Jamaican blue mountains make the best Arabic coffee. Hawaii makes a great coffee known as Kona. The majority of the restaurants and coffee shops use Arabic. Now Robusta is more of grainy, gritty taste, and peanut taste. It's grown at lower altitudes than the Arabic. It's way less expensive but has twice the caffeine of Arabic. Arabic has two types called Typica and Bourbon.
In comparison, Robusta has just the kind called Canephora. They are the same plant, But the Difference is the bean and flavor quality. Robusta has a way higher level of acidity than Arabic. Some companies cut their cost by blending the two. Have you ever tried both of them? Are you team Arabic or team Robusta? Let me know at www.notwithoutcoffe.com. Arabic is more of a soft, gentle morning kiss. At the same time, Robusta is a morning slap to the face. Do you prefer flavor or a high caffeine jolt? Does cost come into mind on your choice? I love the smoothness of the Arabic.
Can we place a price on quality? Robust also has been compared to taste like burnt rubber or burnt tires. The more potent caffeine mainly causes it in Robusta. : About 75% of the world's coffee production is Arabica, about 25% being Robusta. Brazil is the most significant Arabica producer, and Vietnam produces the most Robusta. If you were, you could taste the difference blindfolded. I know a few coffee drinks who like to mix and grind them both up. That is something I need to try. Robusta is mainly used in instant coffee, espresso, and as a filler in some blends. Robusta grows in low altitudes around 200 to 600 meters. Arabic grows around 600 to 2000 meters. Also, the Robusta plant gives a higher yield and lower sugar content than the Arabic plant. The two plants look very similar, but the Robusta plant takes 10-11 months for the flower to cherry, and the Arabic takes only nine months.
Fellow coffee lover, the difference goes on forever. What team do you side with, team Arabic or team Robusta? Have you tried both types, by the way? Have you blended the two? Please share your thoughts on them at www.notwithoutcoffee.com. Now we've gone over the types of coffee and in the upcoming podcast. I am going to share my favorite and all of its glory. Remember, caring is sharing, so tell all our fellow coffee drinks about the new hangout.

How important is coffee?
Welcome back to the third podcast of not without coffee. Before we get started, let's get in our relaxed zone. Do you smell the freshly brewed cup ready? Let's take a big inhale of the freshly made coffee and exhale. One more inhale through the nose and exhale out. It smells excellent.
How important is coffee? I mean, some folks say, what's the big deal? Other's are like; I can't go a day without my coffee. I need to walk around like an IV drip of coffee like those people in a hospital. I have a crazy story to share on how important coffee is to people later in the episode. It's the second most drink beverage worldwide, just behind water. Remember the title I gave it from the first episode, " Nature"s tranquility drink." Some have called it the nectar of the gods. It helps you start the day and finish the day. How do you feel about coffee? Is it your number one drink of choice? How many times a day do you drink it? For me, it's 2 to 3 times a day. I must have my coffee fix daily.
Coffee is so prominent in the U.S that it has its day, which is September 9th. In Japan, some spas have swimming pools filled with coffee, which is on my bucket list, by the way. Can you imagine swimming in a cooled pool of coffee? You know that's going to be refreshing. It's the second most traded commodity in the world. It's second only to oil.
For me, I work the late shift, and I get off at 530am. On my way home, I drive by five coffee shops, And the lines are out in the road with no less than ten cars in the drive-through. I go by three dunking doughnuts shops, and they have changed their logo from a doughnut to a coffee cup, with coffee being this important and very big. I think it's still growing at a slow but steady pace. Each generation adds to its growth and popularity. Fellow coffee lover, how vital is coffee to you? I used to work with a guy who drank ten cups a day. I thought my three cups a day was a lot.
Remember that wild story I promised earlier. You see, I work overnight in a factory. A few years backs, one month, we ran out of paper towels. No one real complained but a few pointed it out. A few months later, we ran out of toilet paper—a few complaints but nothing major. Guess what happened the last month. Yes, we ran out of coffee for just two days. People lost their minds. What no coffee? I can't work like this. Some left work for coffee and showed back later. Many complained all day. Others left and called in sick. Hundreds call the next day to see if work had coffee ready. Managers and supervisors collected all their change together to buy coffee and have it run out in minutes. We never ran out of coffee again. It was that serious on a scale from one to ten. Ten being the highest. How serious are you with your coffee? Can you go days without it? For me, it's a seven. I love it, but it's not life-threatening. Would you please email me your opinion at www.notwithoutcoffee.com? I want to know your thoughts on it.
I am coming up with a future podcast. I will bring more ideas and hacks with coffee to show you how coffee is essential and make a difference in our lives. I am also going to add tons of health benefits from drinking coffee. Another thing about how important coffee is. How is bring people together in a social setting? How many couples have to meet over a morning cup of coffee at the cafe shop?? How about significant ideas bought up with coffee in hand. I lived in Florida, and I remember seeing the sun rising out of the Atlantic ocean with a cup in hand. Have you ever had a fantastic morning view, and a great cup of coffee help made it the perfect day. Where it's directly or indirectly, coffee has made an important impact in our lives. Even if you just took a day off from work and kicked back and drank coffee all day. A cup of coffee, a great view with peace makes for a great day. What's your perfect setting with a cup of hot java? Is it a cold morning with coffee in hand?
Fellow coffee, I want to thank you again for listening and tuning in to this podcast. Remember to share with your friends about your new hangout and check out the website at www.notwithoutcoffee.com. Keep grinding and take care.
