"Coffee Watch" serves as an international non profit and watchdog organization that has eyes all over the globe. Executive Director Etelle Higonnet joins the podcast to discuss how they're protecting workers throughout the coffee industry and ensure companies aren't utilizing slave labor or child labor.

The international watchdog group also focuses on putting a stop to worldwide deforestation.

Coffee is one of the top six drivers of worldwide deforestation as some of the coffee capitals in the world include countries with dense forests such as Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam and Ethiopia.

Worker exploitation is also a MAJOR issue in coffee producing countries. Some major coffee giants such as Starbucks, Nestle, Dunkin, and McDonald’s get their beans from these countries that in many cases involve slave labor and a gross use of human exploitation.

Coffee Watch is the #1 coffee industry watchdog organization in the world overseeing a 223 billion dollar a year industry involving over 100 million farm workers worldwide. Take a listen!

If you've watched the documentary, tips are INDEED going to the top. What I didn't know is just how bad the scale actually is.

Wow.

I can't think of another example of worker exploitation currently happening in the country right now with a dollar figure that exceeds $220,000,000 a year. Money being taken directly from the lowest earners in the city all by the highest earners in the city, right in front of us. If you've dined in a restaurant in Miami, you unfortunately and unknowingly become a part of this.

I list only a fraction of these insane examples in this episode with much much more to come. This is just an update.

Elected officials need to know about this, restaurant guests need to know about this, service workers need to know about this and a few of these restaurants might need lawsuits that take action and have class....TAKE A LISTEN

Attorney Jordan Richards, owner and founder of USA Employment Lawyers, joins the podcast today. Jordan specializes in collective and class action litigation across the country but is based down here in South Florida and has recovered over 10 million dollars in unpaid wages for workers. Jordan’s also a former prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County Florida. We focus on Miami restaurants taking upwards of 9% of the "service charge" aka what most people, even service workers, consider to be the TIP (yes it actually does go back to the restaurant owners). We also talk about Jordan's experience with class action lawsuits against restaurants across the country, along with highlighting my upcoming documentary "TIPS FOR THE TOP" which will provide a deeper insight into a lot of these unknown business practices.

Sex and Intimacy Expert Olivia Dydyna joins the podcast to breakdown our sex and intimacy survey we've conducted to better understand the changes in intimacy over the course of a relationship. What's healthy? What works? How do you keep things feeling "fresh" when you've been together for so long?

Six questions, and tons of anonymous answers from followers from all across the country. Olivia and I go through each answer to the questions below.....enjoy!

02:27 Question 1: What is your gender?

04:50 Question 2: Describe your relationship with your partner using only 1 word.

10:03 Question 3: On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, what level of intimacy would you consider you currently have with your partner?

18:03 Question 4: On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, how important is intimacy to you in your relationship?

26:05 Question 5: Using 2 sentences or less, what do you believe would help increase your level of intimacy with your partner?

41:08 What is Tantra?

1:01:06 Question 6: What is one question that you have for Olivia?

1:13:35 During seasons when physical intimacy is less frequent (ex. Having a newborn/having self image issues)?

1:21:08 How do you find time for sex when you’re a married couple??

1:24:04 What’s a good way to get out of a rut? (sexually speaking)

1:26:50 “How do you get over the lulls in a relationship (we feel more like roommates than romantic partners)..HELP”

1:31:05 Olivia, my partner and I cannot be more happy intimately, but when I look deeper into us, our whole relationship is built on our emotional and physical intimacy. Is this healthy? Can a relationship last if its 99% built around mind blowing sex? Because the only room we don’t fight in is inside the bedroom.

1:39:26 When you start to get into a routine how do you get out of it?

1:44:50 What does a healthy intimate relationship look like? Why do a lot of couples stop having sex after having kids?

1:50:03 So many couples warn young couples not to have children but to cherish their sex life because you won’t have one after you have them. How do you continue to have intimacy after having children?
