I hate to end such a great conversation. Get Out of the Way has definitely been one of my favorite conversations. Sonya the Big Hug lady always come through with wisdom. I've been very intentional about living a purpose driven  life, but if I am keeping it one hundred, I have to learn to stay out of the way of God. I remind myself that He is in control, but sometimes I still stop to ask am I doing everything I'm supposed to on my end. These past 3 years have been rough and I know that I've been in the way of God.  For some reason, I think God need me to step in.  I had been trying to figure things out on my own, while telling God that I had given Him all access. I'm learning to stay still. It hasn't been easy, but I'm intentional on letting go.
In each episode, I learn something new and I started to notice how much I've grown over the years. I love getting the opportunity to share these moments with you-complete transparency. I'm not perfect. I don't have all the answers. And I'm not ashamed to say that I don't. I'm not ashamed to say that I've messed up.

Have you ever felt like you were in the way of your progress? Girl get out of the way and allow life to happen. Sometimes people don't believe me when I say, "you cant fix everything". Some things doesn't need to be fixed it just needs to happen. I had to learn to stop tampering with things that God already know is in motion. He sees He knows and He is able.
Once I learned to get out of my own head and out of God's way, I started to let go and let God. I know you've heard that before, but have you done it? Have you truly let go and let God do what He set out to do in your life. You may have remember my friend Sonya, the BiGHuG Lady. She had time to join me for a conversation and I'm going to tell you it is always nice catching up with her. I've had some good days and I've had some bad days. When I look around and think things over, I realize that I have no reason to complain. One day as I was scrolling on social media, I came across a post by @iambrendaj. She shared how she was addicted to sex at the age of 8, how she was molested by family members, and even once she got through that she contracted HIV from her husband. Brenda j's wrote a book sharing her testimony, Bruised But Not Broken. She didn't allow everything that she's gone through to hold her back. She has 3 beautiful children and is not remarried and living life to the fullest. She may have been bruised, but she is definitely not broken. Her message is powerful and you don't want to miss it so press play and Let's Talk About It.

You've probably heard me talk about exiting 2022 and having no joy. I had been crying out to God about not having joy for quite some time and he literary sent me Joy. Joy Green is the author of "Stuck Is Not Your Story" and let me tell you something I was definitely feeling stuck. I feel like God sent a message for me. It is no coincident that during my struggles I found joy and she walked into my life to give me joy and hope. There are so many inspiring people in the world and I'm so lucky to be able to have a conversation with people who are out there trusting God just like me.

A lot of times, people see what you're doing, but don't understand the weight that comes along with it. I was feeling stuck and I cried out to God asking Him why so many nights. Everything happens for a reason and I'm not alone.

Talking with Joy helped me so much. She is inspiring, resilient, and pressing into God. She has overcame so many obstacles and is telling her story and living in her truth. She is an amazing woman of God and I'm blessed to have found Joy! God has a reason for every season in our lives and as you hear Joy's story you will see that God never took His hands off of her and won't take His hands off of you. I don't want to give away our talk. So click the link and join the talk! Let's Talk About It. Yeah Let's Talk About It.

Have you ever felt like you ran out of juice and couldn't go any further. Towards the end of 2022, I felt like I had nothing else to give. They say, "you should die empty." I don't think it was my time just yet, but I had nothing Nothing NOTHING left in me! I got to a point where I had lost my joy. I didn't think I could move forward. I struggled walking into the new year. I felt like life knocked the wind out of me and I couldn't pick myself back up. I had become weary and tired.
Listen, I know you want to throw every scripture you could think of at me, but it won't change how I felt in that moment. I was no longer looking for my due season, I was wondering about my when season. When would this burden life off of me?

Life has been challenging for so many people, including myself. I was taught to keep going no matter what, but during that time in my life I had been going for quite some time. I no longer desired to go any further. I finally decided to stop and process what I was feeling and how it made me feel. I had to decide what was and wasn't working. I had to learn to pause and pace myself. Life doesn't always go as planned, the key is to accept it and embrace what you are feeling in the moment.
I found myself asking Why so many times, but I kept reminding myself that all things are working for my good.
While pausing for a break, I had a chance to catch up with Chanelle Monae. I was able to openly share my struggles and hear all about hers. This podcast is like a glass, I see you and you can see me. I like to be open and honest because it is exactly what we all need. I don't want to give away our talk. So click the link and join the talk! Let's Talk About It. Yeah Let's Talk About It.

Life has a way of teaching us lessons at the worst time and when that happens we have to learn to balance it all. I've had to adjust my life and learn to find balance through some very tough moments and even though I thought I wouldn't make it to the other side, I had to learn to trust God in a way that I've never trust Him before. What helped me to the other side of it all, was holding on to God's promise.
Recently, I had a chance to speak with Naima Akida to talk about her new business venture and what she doing to help business owners grow their business. What I took away from our conversation is, sometimes when we're trying to balance our lives,  we have to pivot or shift along the way. We may start out with an agenda, but  God may have something else planned. Check out my conversation with Naima she shared so much wisdom.  I don't want to give away her story.  So click the link and join the talk! Let's Talk About It.  Yeah Let's Talk About It.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! We are in the second month of the year and things are moving fast. Some days I can hardly catch my breath. Sometimes life can happen so quickly, we have to learn how to respond and trust God that our response will make a difference. I recently had a conversation with a friend, Chantae. I was so eager to catch up with her, to hear all about her new business- Mochinut. To my surprise, I got more than just the business. Before jumping into the talk, Chantae shared a heartfelt moment that she experienced with a young toddler that was in danger, luckily God allowed her love to shine bright to capture him in her arms. Chantae has a beautiful spirit; she is filled with patience and love. In that moment, she had to act quick and to her surprise she was exactly what that little boy needed. Instead of focusing on what she had planned for the day, she focused on what was in front of her. She was where God needed her to be.

While conversing with Chantae, she shared her story about the process to opening her new business. If you know me, you know I love all things business and I love to hear people's story. Things didn't go as planned, but it definitely went according to God's plan. I don't want to give away her story. So click the link and join the talk! Let's Talk About It. Yeah Let's Talk About It.

Sometimes when I feel like I am doing all that I can and nothing happens, it can be exhausting. There were many times when I wanted to throw in the towel and say God this isn't for me. I've also questioned God many times to make sure I was on the right path. Sometimes, the outcome didn't look like what I expected, but for me giving up is never an option. I've learned to trust God and the process because all things will work for my good.

Gillian Malone, is a licensed attorney who didn't allow her bumps in the road to keep her away from doing what she knew God chose her to do. Let's just say, she understood the assignment. She kept pressing through the pandemic and didn’t allow anything to stop her.
Gillian didn’t have a traditional law school experience, she had to maneuver through difficult times and keep her eyes focused on the promise.

Did you know that only 5% of lawyers are AA and only 2% of ALL lawyers are AA women? Think about it for a minute.

I'm proud of Gillian she kept pushing to be a part of change. (We can...... do ANYTHING! ) When I read Gillian's testimony, I wanted to connect with her because during that time, I was increasing my faith believing that I would get through my bumps in the road. If I'm being honest, I had grown weary. I had become exhausted and I was losing hope. I believe that God will show us that we are not alone and hearing other's testimony will give us something to hold on to.

Everyday, I'm realizing that we are not alone on our journey. We are surrounded by people. Good people. I'm so glad I reached out to Gillian to be my help during my storm. Her story uplifted me and I think you will find comfort while listening.

It's not always easy doing anything alone. That is why I always stand for doing what's right and helping others. I'm an advocate and I allow my voice to be heard. Sometimes, I may even rock the boat in the process. In the end, I know it is worth it. It is always good to have someone in your corner that can fight along with you. You are not alone! We are meant to do life together. We are a community and we stand with each other.

Jerry Green is the Black Student Advocate. He is a voice in his community and is making noise around the country looking to expand his organization so that more students would have representation in the school system. Often, decisions are made before parents enter the room and aren't even given an opportunity to plead their child(ren) case-that's not fair. Mr. Green isn't giving up on our students, but he isn't giving in to wrong-doing either. He works the system and does it without bias. He will let students and parents know when they are in the wrong. It is better to correct bad behavior now than later. Mr. Green shared so much insight on how he got started as an advocate and how we we can become a voice for someone else. It's a great conversation and worth listening to. Mr. Green is looking for more voices to advocate for students. It could be you. Press play and join the talk! You won't regret it.

Aj Gladney is a financial advisor. He has an eye for business, but he also has a desire to bring people together as a community.  Aj is showing people that we are better together and his First Tuesday events are bringing professional out for a night of fun while they support other small businesses.
I remember while in college my professor telling me that networking would be something I could look forward to in business. I was  afraid of the word networking.
Some may not believe this, but I am not a social butterfly. I do love meeting people, but one person at a time. That's how I network. LOL

Sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and find your niche. I think when we do,  we will find that we are so much more alike than different. There are a lot of good people out there in the world and Aj's social (networking) events are helping so many people establish friendships and bonds. He is building a community and creating fellowship.

I appreciate my conversation with Aj because he is transparent and real. He sheds so much life on various topics. And he loves to NETWORK! He created a safe space where people can learn more about each other and not feel intimidated. That's my kind of space.

I remember going to the doctor and getting test results that I didn’t agree with.    I respect doctors and medicine, but prefer to do additional research to see what I could do to change my situation. There has to be other alternatives available.

Tracey Rookard is someone that I admire. When I first met Tracey a few years back I was in awe with her story. Her story is very intriguing.  And you know I love a good story especially about someone creating anything. Tracey went to see her dermatologist looking for answers and left on a mission to create a cure. Problems need solutions and the world needs more people looking to help others find organic solutions. We have to better serve each other with safe remedies. Tracey is the founder of The Naked Face. She wanted to provide a product that was organic, she wanted to know exactly what she was using and know that it would bring healing. I’m sure you are curious about Tracey’s visit to see her dermatologist, I wasn’t going to give it away, press play and let’s talk about it. I've always believed that I'm assigned to others and that there are people assigned to my life to give me what I need to move forward with my purpose. There is so much beauty in connections. The right people will come at the right time, I've found this to be true because God has given us divine connections. There is a time and season for everything.
Shante Saulsberry had first-hand experience of domestic violence and mental abuse, growing up in the foster care system and experiencing domestic violence as a young teen and feeling alone after becoming a teen mom. As a survivor of a series of rather unfortunate experiences, she channels her resources to help people go through similar ordeals.  Shante didn't allow her experiences define her, she decided to seek God's will for her life.  She knew God had a greater plan. Shante's life events inspired her decision to start Janice’s Women’s Center; a center for homeless women and women suffering from domestic violence. The story behind the name Janice's Women's Center is so heartfelt, the love Shante has for these women is phenomenal. Being in the spotlight may seem glamourous, but there is so much that comes along with it. As I was speaking with my brother Kevin John Peters who has experience being in the eyes of the public, he shared how you become open for criticism. He helped me to understand that you have to find balance when being in the spotlight. People are going to voice their opinion and stick their nose where it doesn't belong, but it's the nature of the world we live in.
Kevin shared insight on how  to rise above the noise and keep going. People are always going to judge someone else, but you have to be strong enough to know that it comes with the territory. Learning to accept the fruits of life along with the spoils is a part of the game. Everything we grow through helps us to build character.

Don't allow the negativity of the world to keep you from your spotlight. Allow the light of God and love to continue to shine on you. To hear more of our talk, press play. If you would like to be a part of the podcast, send me an email at info@twindlellc.com and Let's Talk About It.

I've been a fan of Ebony English for quite some time. The first time I read a post about her sobriety, I have been cheering her on. I'm an advocate for women, especially courageous women. It's not easy kicking addictions, but Ebony managed to let go and never look back. She has many years under her belt being sober  and has managed to become a role model by sharing her story with others.  I know from experience that letting go of anything isn't easy. I have a hard enough time saying no to cake.

Ebony knew she owed it to herself and her son to be the best she could. After seeing  herself in the mirror she decided that enough is enough and she was determined to change her story. Ebony chose sobriety after deciding that her son’s child hood memories would not consist of having an alcohol abusing mother and she wasn’t going to leave him responsible for carrying the emotional baggage that she failed to unpack…
Talk about finding your WHY

Ebony is a woman that found her strength and her voice. She has transitioned from substance abuse to a woman of substance and has committed her life to it.  I don't want to give up too much information, so press play and Let's Talk About It. It took me a while to understand what makes me happy. And I made a promise to myself that I would focus my life on doing things that kept me in that space.
I remember in college one of my professors said to me, "do what you love and the money will come". I didn't listen. I followed a path to money that I created for myself and I paid a price for it. A miserable price.  As my values and goals shifted, I decided to take the advice that I was told and so far it is working for me.  That's it, that's the secret to my happiness. I'm creating a life that brings me joy. I found clarity figuring out who I am and focusing on the things that I'm passionate about. This had changed my life drastically.

Speaking of clarity, I had an opportunity to converse with Cierra Wiles, who is the founder of Career Corp.  Cierra is a Career Matcher and Consultant. That sounds fancy right- Career Matcher! With so many people in the world unsure about their career path and struggling trying to find what makes them happy, we all could use some match making in our careers. Cierra, has so much to offer and we had a great conversation. I don't want to give up too much information, so press play and Let's Talk About It. Dr. Radisha is a best-selling author of Girl Get Off The Couch and is known as America’s #1 Breakup Therapist. Dr. Radisha shared her story about letting go of her marriage and what that process looked like. She talked about being glued to the couch and eating fry chicken everyday for comfort. How many of us can relate to this story? Food does bring comfort.

Everyone deals with break ups differently and I could relate to her pain. Instead of eating for comfort, I would bury myself in work until I buried the pain enough to move on. Life has challenges and we're going to face some ups and downs. There will be turbulence, but that doesn't mean we should give up. I came to a point in my life that I had to decide to face those challenges head on, no matter. That is exactly what Dr. Radisha did, once she put down the chicken. Listen!!!! Sis got off the couch and snatched her life back. She knew in order for her to heal and move on, she had to do the work. I have to be honest, Sis made me hungry. Dr. Radisha dropped so many positive gems. Her new book Girl Get Off The Couch, created a a hunger in me to continue to press forward and go after my purpose. Radisha touched on some things that I had experienced and I thank God for counseling because I no longer felt the pain she spoke about anymore. Listen I don't want to spoil this for you, but press play and join the conversation. You won't be disappointed.

Can you show up for yourself even if you don't feel like you obtain the confidence to do what you're called to do?
I want to show up in my life with confidence. Confidence knowing that I'm not perfect and it's absolutely ok. Confidence knowing that I'm on the right path and that I'm equipped for my assignment. Sometimes I feel like Moses, and if you know his story in the bible, Moses lacked confidence in himself, thinking he couldn't do what God called him to do. Moses didn't think he was that dude. Sometimes, when I make mistakes or an error I feel like I'm not called for my assignment, but God always reassures me that I'm that one. I'm exactly who He has chosen for the job and that He has confidence in me.
Giovonna Geathers' and I had time to chat and she dropped bombs on me. Giovanna showed up with passion and confidence knowing that she understands her assignment, but it didn't start off that way. Giovanna shared that sometimes you may have an idea of where you think you are headed, but there may be a shift ahead of you and you have to be ready to take it. By moving in the direction that God had predestined for her she was able to accomplish so many things that she never imagined. By following God's lead, Giovanna knows that greater things are ahead of her. While talking with Giovanna I learned that letting go of my fear- wait what fear..... Yes, I had to let go of something that I was holding on to. It was time for me to let go and let God. I don't want to give you all of the details, so you have to listen for yourself to find out more press play. .

It's always love when I see other women (especially black women) living their dreams and not afraid to expand their territory. I did an interview a few years back with Kelley Williams the founder of Cursalve. Kelley is mom that is not afraid to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. She is an attorney that advocates for kids in the system and for babies at home.

A few years back when I first interviewed Kelley, I was so intrigued by her story on how she created an organic skin cream for diaper rash. When Kelley became a mom, her daughter was experiencing skin sensitivity so the usage of products with fragrances was not an option. That became an issue because there are not many organic products available, and she was not having luck finding the right cure. Kelley had tried many different reputable brands that has been around for over 30 years, but those brands only caused her daughters diaper rash to worsen. Like so many other mothers, Kelley shopped around looking for a safe product, with safe ingredients, that would give her daughter relief; but also give her peace of mind knowing she could trust what she was putting on her daughter was safe. After trying many different products that did not work, Kelley set out on a mission to educate herself on the ingredients that were placed in the off the shelf brands. She decided that she would not only do something to protect her baby, but babies around the globe.

I don't want to spoil the interview, but Kelley has recently expanded her line and is creating so much more for our babies. To hear Kelley's amazing story and where she is now press play. If you would like to find out more about how it all begin, check out this article I wrote on Kelley a few years ago with Sheen Magazine. I've always been fascinated with a good story and Terrell Lawrence's story by far is one of my favorites.
I try to live a life of faith and taking a risk has always been my thing. There are times when I feel like moving, but I've been too invested in creating life my own way, but not anymore. Replaying Terrell's story has given me confirmation to let go of holding on and to live freely.

I don't want to spoil his story, but I'll tell you why you want to listen. When Terrell graduated from college he decided he would go out west and become a writer in Hollywood. You heard me right, he wanted to write sitcoms and movies. Terrell started networking beforehand and made contacts with people before setting out on his journey. He was adamant about going after his dream, but not everyone understood what he was doing. He didn't let that stop him, because the people that loved him supported him and that is all that mattered . Terrell didn't have a solid plan, only a vision and determination. ( that sounds like motivation to me. )

I can't spoil the details, but I'll leave you with this.... He opened up and shared the good, the bad and the ugly, but most importantly what it took for him to live his dreams. During his hardship, he still knew that God was with him and never wavered in faith. He openly shared how a homeless man blessed him. You heard me right, someone who had less than him was determined to help him. God's love for us is amazing!

I was blessed to hear Terrell's story; it allowed me to see that I wasn't alone in my push to purpose. His story is beautiful and I promise you don't want to miss it.

Some times we may think we have our lives mapped out and then along comes God with a plot twist and shifts everything.
I don't know about you, but I've planned so many things that didn't work out. I have even tried to fix things because I believed faith without work is dead. That is what i've been taught and that is what I was living by.  Well, the reality of it is, my plans doesn't always work.

I was talking with the BIG HUG LADY, Sonya Lewis, and I was so amazed by how she had her life mapped out and God shifted her out of her comfort zone into another country. Yes you heard me right another country. She didn't have a job or a plan, just directions. Sometimes you have to be obedient when we are shifted by God.

Do you remember that old church song, "Send Me I'll Go."

I remember singing that song as a kid, but sometimes when God sent me I  was  hesitant to go. I allowed fear to set in because I wasn't sure how it would work.  I remember when God told me I was changing career paths and I was starting over from scratch. I was obedient and went, but there were scary days ahead of me. I continued to trust God and you should too even when there is a change of plans.

Did you know that your plans can shift at any moment? I know mines have. I've found myself planning my own life (again) and immediately God shifted me into a new season that I was not ready for. I wasn't ready because it required something different from me- change. Change is good, but it can also be painful. Don't let that deter you because pain is an indicator that something needs to be worked on.  I've been preparing myself while putting in the work. Letting go will cost you something, but in the end it is worth it.

Everything in life can be looked at as a stepping stone. Sometimes it doesn't work out as you planned , but it prepares you for that next season. Charelle Monae and I had an opportunity to openly talk about allowing God to get us to that next level in life. Just to be clear, getting to that next level requires letting go of the old in order to walk into the new. Are you willing to let go in order to move forward? I don't want to give you all the deets, so press play so you can join the talk.

I often compare my gifts to others. Don't look at me sideways, tell me you've never wish you could do something like someone else?
What I've learned is I have everything I need in me to master my assignment and I don't need what others have because we are all a small piece to a big puzzle. I look forward to becoming the best version of me.
On this episode, I had the opportunity to catch up with a friend and someone I call my brother, Al Thomas. Al is a licensed counselor and he is helping others become the best version of themselves. Choosing the right therapist isn't always easy nor is knowing when to say farewell. I openly shared my fears of saying goodbye to weekly sessions because I"m afraid. To be honest, it's become a safe space for me to heal without judgement and to know that I"m not alone. I know that I've been equipped with everything that I need to move forward and that I could always come back if needed, but there is just something about letting go. Have you ever felt that way? Letting go isn't always easy, but it is necessary.  I don't want to give you all the deets, so press play and listen as we talk about it. We have so much to share.

Sometimes, we lose ourselves in relationships or by putting others first.  I totally get it, I've done it most of my life. I've worn so many different hats and took care of others, but didn't know how to take care of myself.  The truth is I let myself go. I placed myself on the sideline. When I realized that I was important and that I was enough, I decided to become my biggest cheerleader.  I HAD TO PUT MYSELF FIRST.  It was challenging, but I decided I could do it because I'm worth it.  You know who else decide that she is worth change, Emma Gibson???

Emma Gibson is a certified Master Life & Empowerment Coach who had the courage to take control of her own life and reinvent herself. She decided to take charge of her life during the pandemic by putting herself first and starting over.  Emma went through a divorce at the beginning of the pandemic, that was a huge shift. She was determined to become her best and while becoming her best she has been able to help others on their journey. This conversation is powerful and there is so much to unpack. Take a listen and Let's Talk About It. . .  To be featured on Let's Talk About It  as a guest co-host or if you would like to share your story for advice email info@twindlellc.com

When it comes to dating, how ready are you? Have You put yourself out there? Is dating a priority?
Dating isn't easy especially during these times.  There are many voices out there sharing what to do and what to look for when it comes to dating. You have to find what works for you and not what works for others. I haven't had a lot of success when it comes to dating, but while I wait on the one to find me, I've decided to focus more on what I need, but that doesn't have to be your story.

I was able to talk with Dating & Relationship Coach Navee Sparkle all the way from the UK and she dives deep into the conversation about dating and finding your special someone.
If you are like myself and waiting on that special someone, tune in and listen as Navee  Sparkle shares her journey and what has worked for her. Email info@twindlellc.com to be featured as a guest co-host or if you would like to share your story for advice.

There is never enough preparation for life.  You will have to take a leap of faith and navigate the best way that you can. At least that is what I've learned. I spoke with Libre Timmons, a friend I met some years ago, and we had a moment to catch up on life and motherhood. Libre is a mom of 3 boys and let's be honest it is scary right now.  As a mom you want to protect your babies- yes I said babies because we all know to a mom her kids will always be her baby.

So much has shifted over the years especially during the pandemic and I think it is safe to say life has been interesting for all of us.  Things have been changing, but you know what I think- change is good. I found myself making decisions that I would have never imagine. When the doors of the church closed due to covid-19, I decided that I needed to take a step back and use this time to find out who I was and develop a different relationship with God. I was curious to learn God for myself.  I wanted to grow my faith and my trust in Him. A lot has changed in the world, and a lot has changed within me.  Tune in to hear more about those changes.

When life happens, you have to embrace change. No one knows what's next and sometimes we have to pivot. Grab your wine or hot tea and get ready to laugh as Twanja Windley & Takio Evans talk about navigating through life and trying to figure it out. No one ever has it all together and we are all still learning. You don't have to be perfect, you just have to show up.
Sometimes while showing up you carry a lot of pain because it isn't always easy letting go of the things you've endured "while showing up" .
Takio takes lead by sharing her journey being a mom and going after her career and the obstacles that women face in the workplace. While Twanja opened up by pushing passed not being qualified for a job position because she's a black female.
You never know what obstacles life will bring, but you have to be able to keep going. As we continue to push forward through life, we still need to talk about it.  Email info@twindlellc.com to be featured as a guest co-host or if you would like to share your story for advice

Don't allow fear to hold you back from living in your truth.
Living with Alopecia for so many years had taken a toll on me. I had become afraid and ashamed.  I've heard people dismiss hair loss as if it was not a big deal. Oh it's just Alopecia people would say. It's never JUST anything. My entire life was tied to my hair, at least that is how I felt. I spent so many years trying to figure out what to do with my hair until I started having nightmares wondering if I died in my sleep what would happen next. I wanted to be okay, but I didn't know how. I felt like no one understood what I was feeling.

One day I decided to sit down and have a conversation with my photographer Stacey Gardin and for the first time I opened up about my true feelings living with Alopecia and what that looked like for me. It was a hard conversation and you know what happened after that, I decided to live in my truth  and accept that this was my story and that I had to embrace it. I have alopecia and I'm finally ok!  Take a listen to Stacey Gardin and I as we talk about our journey living in our truth.  I don't want to give everything away. So click the link and join the talk! No matter how many times I've stood before an audience or created new projects I didn't always have confidence. I know it's hard to believe that I don't have it all got it together. The truth is, I'm still working on becoming.  Being confidence was something that I had to work on internally.  I was holding myself back because I couldn't see myself as greatness.
I met Meshia Green online and I loved her vibes. Sometimes when life happens we won't  always know what's next. Not everyone has a plan B.
Meshia didn't allow life to stop her.  She birth something new in the mist of her pain. She picked herself up and created something positive that would serve others, Goals AF.  I don't want to give away her story.  So click the link and join the talk! Let's Talk About It.  Yeah Le'ts Talk About It.

In life we may find ourselves at a standstill trying to figure out where we should go next. I've been there and as I continue to seek God for guidance, I'm reminded that there will always be "a next" and I have to continue to pivot.  Coach Shalida Gray showed up and shared her venture from corporate to becoming her own boss. She shares life as a mom and the owner of multiple businesses. She is phenomenal and she goes after what she wants.  She is a reminder of when life knocks you down, you have to get back up and apply more pressure. The limitations are off ladies and we can have it all. Just look around you, women are on the rise. Be inspired, I know I am!
