I don’t know your story but I know we are universally connected through our common threads of humanity. We all feel, we experience pain, we crave love, and sometimes, we just need someone to tell us the things we don’t want to admit.

Welcome to Heart to Heart with Jiemin, where I will be diving into self-development, heart work, emotions and everything in between - lessons I’ve compiled on my journey.

I was laying in bed last night thinking of all of the choices that have led to this happpppppy moment in time. Choosing to go to law school was one of them, even if it feels like the opposite most times. I summarised four lessons that I took away from law school: Facing rejections; Picking the game you want to play; How you do one thing is how you do everything; Life is war, not a single battle.

Hope you enjoy :) Take care, ta!

" Your new life is going to cost you your old one. It’s going to cost you your comfort zone and your sense of direction. It’s going to cost you some relationships and friends. It’s going to cost you being liked and understood. Because the people who are meant for you are going to come through and be on the other side. And you’re going to build a new comfort zone around the things that actually move you forward. And instead of liked you’re going to be loved. Instead of understood you’re going to be seen." - Brianna Wiest All you’re going to lose is what was built for the person you no longer are.
