Crimsen is all about emotion. His story lies at the intersection of music and colour. As a producer and an artist, Crimsen knows how to take people on a journey through his range of chill beats to energetic dance tracks. This goal is exemplified in both his live performances, and recorded sets. Crimsen’s ability to curate his music around feeling and experience is what opens him up to audiences across every genre of music. His productions show a mastery of dynamics with high energy peaks and luscious breakdowns. His bass lines are undeniable. His productions are full, lively and sexy. He’s a producer that knows the studio and knows the dance floor. Crimsen takes inspiration from artists like Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82, and Simon Doty, and strives to make music that his audience can listen to in a club or at home.
Born in India, raised in Qatar and Kuwait, Crimsen now calls Toronto home. He has conducted the dance floors of CODA, Electric Island, Amsterdam Dance Event, Burning Man, and Circus in Montreal. His records have been released by 8bit, Nurvous, HMWL, Smiley Fingers, and many others. With his recent series of releases, “Grey Skies”, garnering almost 700k streams on Spotify, it is clear that Crimsen's sound is as undeniable as his story.
Regardless of what his listeners are feeling or experiencing, Crimsen’s music can carry them through that journey.

In the start, it's calm and understanding where I get to spend time exploring the new introverted side of me. But then it evolves into frustration which fuels anger. Finally a glimpse of hope and excitement for a better future

‘Club Paradise’ is a summery groove full of feelgood vibes and pianos. Building up from the opening house beat, melodics and distant vocals add texture. Thunderous bass joins the party adding a tougher tone. Pads and sonics take things into overdrive in the main drop. ‘Want U’ is a dirtier cousin of the A side, with overdriven kicks and a sweet vocal taking the lead. Deep keys and a groovy energy adds dancefloor appeal.

I just made a tech house version of a track that was inspired by the SEGA game "Streets Of Rage" that came out in the 90s. I loved the boss theme song of this game, so I decided to make a version of this but only more evil and heavier.
