So sorry this isn't much today. You know when your week gets turned on its head and you just can't person right... that's how this weeks been for me so I apologise haha!
Couple of little updates on this one and a little bit about what I did plan for today but didn't manage, so I will do it next time, gives you chance to have a look into it.

Hey everyone!
This episode I discuss the book the 5 love languages by Gary Chapman.
I love this book, its given me a lot of insight into myself, my past relationships and how I can bring this into future relationships, also how I can use this information with future coaching clients too.
Also... I am going to VEGAS! woohoooo!! (albeit for work!)
I am still having a few tech issues, but hopefully soon I will get this down and be able to record with no issues haha! you gotta laugh!

Firstly I would like to apologise for the short episode and also the sound towards the end too, still getting to grips with the tech and I am not sure what went wrong at the end. Hope you can still enjoy this one.
In this episode I talk a little about self love, something I think we all struggle with from time to time, its not a very talked about subject so I am familiarising myself with it and hopefully encourage you to do the same.
