Eddie's journey begins in Owensboro, Kentucky, where despite a loving Christian upbringing, he veered into substance abuse at age 15. What followed was a 23-year descent through addiction, wasted opportunities, and escalating legal troubles. By age 38, Eddie found himself in an Atlanta jail cell facing a potential 10-year sentence for methamphetamine possession. It was here, at his lowest point, that something unexpected happened—he reconnected with faith through a fellow inmate who knew the Bible intimately.
While Eddie studied Scripture behind bars, his mother began having recurring dreams that her son would someday lead a faith-based recovery program—visions that seemed impossible given his circumstances. Then came what Eddie can only describe as divine intervention: three days before Christmas 2006, through an unexpected act of mercy from a retiring district attorney, Eddie was released directly to a rehab facility in Destin, Florida. Michael Simon with John G Lake ministries shares his personal testimony as he was miraculously healed after his arm was severely burned from a fire and major explosion. The doctors and nurses could not explain his healing and told him it was a true miracle.
Michael's sister became ill and he set out to learn everything he could on God's teaching for healing. He discovered John G Lake's ministry and has spent years learning and teaching others about Gods teaching for healing. Michael has seen many miracles of God's healing including his sister who is doing well today.
Michael shares the key to healing is exercising the authority of Jesus Christ and our Lords desire for everyone to be healed. Michael also oversees several small groups throughout the Gulf region learning the biblical teachings for healing.

Brian was born deaf and blind and has received cochlear implants which have greatly improved his hearing. We are still believing for a complete miracle of healing for Brian and while we are waiting on the Lord, Brian is positive and sharing his love for Christ and others everyday.
