Mailani has founded several companies throughout her career and now she’s the CEO of Kana Systems — a data analytics company based in Nebraska that’s helping to modernize decision making for the United States Air Force and other organizations.

Out of eight small businesses recently chosen to take part in a brand new accelerator program to update the technologies used by the Air Force, Kana Systems was the only one to not be from the East or West Coasts.
