In 1777 the newly formed Nation of "The United States" (Article I of the Articles of Confederation) was founded. After a war of the revolution, it was proposed to create a different form of a Republic. For two years, the debate heated up, and finally birthed in Philidelphia in 1787, we see the new Constitution. With the assurance of the Bill of Rights promised, 9 of the 13 states ratified it. September 15th of, 1789 founded the end of the first civil war of the United States of America. Was the new document better than the first? Some think not. In this episode, I go over why I think we are better off after the 5000-year leap that occurred in the summer of 1787.

Chapter 7 Facsim and Chapter 8 Nazism:
An informed and interesting first-hand view by Von Mises on what Facism and Nazism is. they are not really synonymous. Though the NAZI party promoted fascism, that was more of a compromise. They were devote Socialists. And as we described earlier in CHapter three, those are the same.

In chapter six we look at "The Liberation of the Demons"
This clicks baitish title talks about the source of Communism. I will not give away any spoilers here but understand that Von Mises proposes an unexpected source. And to be honest I found his conclusions disturbing. The roots in Bismark's Germany were astounding.

Welcome to the Liberty Mindset, today we will be reading Planned Chaos by Ludwig von Mises. Mr. von Mises is one of the premier economists of the 20th century. He was a heavy influence on Friedrich Hayek. And a product of the Austrian School of Economics in the early 20th Century.
Planned Chaos was published in 1947, and revised in 1949, after the Marshall Plan was instigated. He mentions the Tennessee Valley Authority, this is a project federalizing land use, power grid development and resource management form Mississippi, North Carolina to Tennessee. It was established in 1930’s. It was part of Franklin Roosevelt’s “New Deal.”

On August 8th, 2022 the FBI served a “no-knock” warrant on Mar-a-Lago the home and business of Donald Trump. The 45th President of the United States. For three months in 2021, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) copied 4000+ records of firearm transfers. This is in direct violation of the ATF rules of conduct. The FBI Has charged the 4 officers with vague infractions based on the Breonna Taylor Shooting on March 13th, 2020.
