Cup of Bro! is a sports talk show live on KCOU 88.1 FM. The show is hosted by Chase Matteson and Luke Magnante. On each episode, we talk coffee and various sports talk! We also have the "bro segment" featuring things off the court, field, pitch, diamond, and ice. Basically, anything in the sports world that's not sports!
The show is part of KCOU Sports at the University of Missouri student radio station KCOU 88.1 FM.
Cup of Bro is back with a very special episode. Chase and Luke interview and chat it up with Luke's Dad former MLB relief pitcher Mike Magnante. There is a whole of baseball talk and a few questions about "Mags" and moneyball. The current MLB season is discussed and a few early predictions are made about this seasons playoffs. The boys also ask about what cities were best to play in off and on the mound as an MLB player. On the backend of the show, the Masters are previewed including Chase's 10 golfers. The sports talk consists of a lot of NBA All Star weekend discussions and they debate what is worth it. In the Bro segment, the show brings on Kenny Van Doren who is an Astros beat writer and fellow friend of the show. They talk about the MLB lockout and Spring training. Chase solo hosting welcomes on Jack McGrath to the show. McGrath is the Sports Director for KCOU 88.1 FM and a Chicago sports fan. We discuss the NFL and make predictions on the season. Additionally, in the Bro segment, we talk about Ja'Marr Chase's catching antics.
