Success is seemingly "objective" in nature but very very subjective depending on when you define it. If you ask two different people what success means to them you get two very different answers... If you ask yourself what success means at two different points in your life, you'd give two different answers. The best part about that hypothetical conversation is the next question. "How did you get there and if you're not there yet, what's holding you back?" Those two questions discussed and healthily debated will bring value to almost anyone in any situation. So that's what I'm going to do, share the good, the bad, and the great with you so you can learn how to reach the next step of whatever the ladder of success looks like for YOU. Character is defined but Success is debatable.
I can admit it... I've lost a lot of influence, time, and money by not having systems to support growth.Hopefully taking the time to define some of the terms that are helping me better self reflect and start to grow your business. Hope enjoy listening and this inspires you to be better and more successful!
Stay Awesome, Jordan.

"Sometimes I just need a nap bro". I've pushed so hard that I nearly lost my family. Healthy boundaries and an understanding of your limits are good. It doesn't mean lazy, it means balanced and in touch with the world around you.
Have you ever felt burnt out but embarrassed to admit it...? Don't worry, I'm there now, and it's ok to tap out. You can have a balance between life, business, and growth. You don't have to feel the pressure of pursuing belongings or status to impress people that don't actually care about you. You are in this game for you, your family and your sphere of influence... and if the captain of the ship goes down, the voyage stops. You need to be healthy, whole and happy. If hustle culture takes that away from you, stop hustling and start working smarter. Here is part one of three with Katie as we talk it out!
In this episode I hope to help you conquer Imposter Syndrome and learn to love the little things that actually matter on your journey to success. One of the perks of working for a church for so long was getting to see and hear some amazing speakers. One of those speakers was at a conference years ago and he was challenged by someone who spoke about his success saying, "I can't wait to make it to the big times so I can where shoes that look like those...". He responds with, when you've walked through the hell I've walked through, I'll give you the shoes.
The point? Stop judging others success from an incorrect perspective. It forces you to judge yourself unfairly, or pull others down when you're not ready to push yourself to be your best. Let's talk about it and fix it together!
This is the place to start... I briefly discuss why I made this show and the value I hope to provide to you by listening! I'm so excited for this journey with you 🙏
