In this episode, I sit down with the incredibly insightful Aleasha Bahr to tackle "Simple Sales" via the "Black Sheep Sales Method."

Together, we delve into Aleasha's transition from the corporate grind to forging her own path as an entrepreneur and sales strategist. She gives us an intimate look into the creation of her podcast "Sales is Not a Dirty Word,” and the birth of her signature Black Sheep Sales Method.
Through our conversation, you'll discover how to approach sales with sincerity, tailor solutions to client needs, and the significance of steering clear of the glossed-over portrayals we so often see on social media.

This episode is perfect for entrepreneurs, service providers, and anyone keen on crafting meaningful connections – both in business and in life. I'm profoundly inspired by Aleasha's dedication to authenticity and her rejection of one-size-fits-all sales tactics, and I believe you will be too.

So, tune in to this episode to be motivated by Aleasha's candidness and my reflections on the value of genuine guidance in today's business landscape.

Connect with us afterwards by sharing your thoughts within my Creating 🎙️Connections community, and don't hesitate to reach out to Aleasha Bahr on LinkedIn.

Hey there! I'm thrilled to invite you to join me for a new season - or shall we say "Era" of this podcast as we pivot to "Creating Connections".

In this first episode, I share my recent journey of self-discovery and growth while attending impactful events from one coast to another (and being away from home and my family for 12 days!). I reflect on the power of honesty in leadership and the impact of finding the right community.

As I share my experiences, I hope to inspire and encourage you in your own journey of personal and professional development. Join me as I delve into the significance of authentic connections and self-awareness, and let's create meaningful connections together. 💙

I used to think helping others was the movement to be a part of. It was what I said regularly, that I "want to help others with..." But the other night, I got to thinking about how every time I said it, it didn't feel right. It felt as though I'm saying the people I'm helping are in a place of need and I'm supposed to be the hero. The term empowerment felt good and after looking up the specific definitions of both, I knew I had found a new way to communicate how I'm taking ownership of what I'm doing.

Today on the Inspired Love, Life and Business podcast, I share my experience with previous pregnancies, why I haven't officially announced my current pregnancy and what's been holding me back.

I also share three things I would do differently if I had the chance. Don't miss this inspiring episode! I've never really fully understood myself or my relationships. I was in my early twenties when I got pregnant with my first child and I was in a tumultuous relationship. I was elated about being pregnant, but I was also ashamed. I was afraid to share the news with my family or celebrate the pregnancy the way it deserved to be celebrated. I didn't take pictures or share the news with anyone. A few years later, I was in a much brighter relationship when I got pregnant with my second child, but we were not married. Again, I was ashamed and I didn't celebrate the pregnancy. After a few years, we were ready to have another child and I was struggling with whether or not this was the right thing to do. I experienced a miscarriage at eight weeks.

In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. How my relationships were strained due to not fully understanding myself.
2. My experience with miscarrying a child and the physical pain I experienced.
3. The different ways in which I have coped with not fully celebrating my pregnancies.

You know what I wish I'd learned earlier about mindset and how you show up? The fact that you can improve your energy in the space you're stepping into simply by having the right tools! I've discovered and have been using a few if not all of these 5 things to thrive in any environment. I'm sharing all the details on what you need to know to feel good about any new thing or place you're headed!

"The more that we have things that we're in alignment with, things that bring us joy, things that we know that we love, that can provide us with the right energy, the more we can feel prepared for being in that moment, for being in that space."

I'm Linden, and my goal is to inspire others to reach their fullest potential in love, life, and business. Today we're talking about how energy and space play a role in how your day will go. Energy is important because it affects how you interact with the world around you. If you're feeling good, you're more likely to have a positive impact on those around you. But if you're feeling stressed or down, that can rub off on others too. So how can you make sure you're bringing good energy into the space around you? Music is a great way to get yourself into the right state of mind. Choose songs that make you feel good and put together a playlist that you can listen to whenever you need a pick-me-up.

In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. How energy plays a role in how your day will go, how each moment will go, and how you can make the most out of your life and each moment that compiles the entirety of your life.
2. What is the right time of day or the right day of the week or the right time of the month to do something important?
3. Who do you have in your life that is really inspiring or always full of excitement, or who just knows exactly what you need, when you need it?

Just like anyone else, I've struggled with imposter syndrome, self-worthiness, self-esteem, body image, and the like.

When it comes to creating a business and being a good partner and mom, lacking the above qualities makes it hard to enjoy life and show p as your best self.

A few years ago, I learned something that completely changed the way I viewed myself and handled everything I encountered. The shift was life-altering and I have looked back since.

Tune in to find out what changed and who I'm forever grateful for to have helped me understand what I do now to live my best life. 💙

The life you're living today, is it exactly what you envisioned? Is it close? Are you constantly thinking about how you could have done things differently or how the future will be so much better?

Today, I get to enjoy a life I didn't think I could have or deserve...and I know one of the reasons why.

Thinking all of the time is NOT a good thing.

WHAT we think about is what matters. In today's episode, I reference what I have learned in listening to Eckhart Tolle's book, "The Power of Now" and how a specific moment in my life while washing the dishes with a new puppy changed my life.

I also dive into how a TedTalk by Human Behavior expert, Peter Sage reminds us that as humans, we are programmable by design and how we can choose the programs we are programmed by. You can check out the talk here: https://youtu.be/v1ojZKWfShQ

In response to recent events, I wanted to take a moment to share where I think we can start to make a change, as humans, as mothers, business owners, and neighbors.  My heart goes out to everyone affected by the Uvalde tragedy. 💙
