Who should grow up? When a message like this comes up we tend to think of someone else who may need to GROW UP! And the truth is we all do at our own level of light that God has given us.

When we hear a message on growing up we must ready ourselves for ourselves — He who loves wisdom loves his own soul.

In What should we grow up? OURSELVES: Light and love and looking outside ourselves that allows God to use you for the best interest of ANOTHER.

Where do we need to grow up? In every area of our life— A good body builder will see a weak area and say every area must get bigger not just the weak area. The gift of righteousness, healing and fitness, debt free and fat reserves— abounding in good works. Healing in every area of our life, relationships and aspects— and on and on. In fact there will never a time in our life where we have arrived— especially in this fallen age.

When is it time to grow up? There is a time as in a new born baby we need to be attended to. Feed, changed, comforted, nurtured and it doesn't matter the biological age or military training— one could be twenty years younger and light years ahead in Jesus. But in everyone's life it comes to the point when we need to wipe our own butt and brush our own teeth, make a mess and clean it up.

Why do we need to grow up? Intimacy with God: Fellowship requires a common denominator— and with God holiness is required. He said to Abraham be perfect— mature complete— other words "be all out for me— I'm all out for you".

God is love and love is a constant concern for another's best in the light of Jesus. This what our heart cry must be: "Let Christ Jesus be formed in me!" Why because I want a closer walk with Jesus— I want intimacy with The Father.

To sustain this intimacy we need to be like God— develop His characteristics to share the most important divine connection —EVER.

THIS IS THE SECRET TO PERSONAL FULFILLMENT AND HAPPINESS!

Usefulness: Being useful to God in ministry — serving His love to others. It takes looking outside ourselves to love others— ministry is service— ministry is love. And when we use ministry for selfish gain or merchandising the Anointing for our own angles and agenda we violate the very Spirit of God. It's fine for a minister to receive offerings; in fact it's biblical. However, the the agenda is to love & honor God and love people with His love.

The money will come! The need will be met. The favor will secure a position and God can endorse us when we grow up in all things.

Giving the Gospel to the poor and teaching them Jesus is their source. Humanism disappoints because it's eyes are on people not Jesus.
