This week lots of buzz was released in regards to the very popular "Mickey's NOT So Scary Halloween Party" as it will return for the Fall of 2023 with select party nights starting August 11th through November 1st. Guests/clients who already have reservations staying on property at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels , Swan and dolphin and or Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting April 27th and General Public guests can purchase tickets starting May 2nd.
PLEASE be patient as Disney's systems will be busy therefore expect long wait times and holds for a few days as this is a very popular ticketed event.
Monica, discusses what guest/clients can expect when attending and gives from very insightful advice of how the flow of the evening will go and what NOT to miss as well as how to plan your vacation with having a party night embedded into the vacation so you and your will not want to miss.
Monica and her family has countless memories attending the party as they LOVE Halloween and how her family used to dress up when attending the party. Disney has guidelines and restrictions into costumes that you can visit on Disney's website so that you and your family and view before putting together your costumes.

More Entertainment Returning Across Walt Disney World Resort This Summer:
It’s been really great this summer to once again gather in the Harambe Theatre at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for “A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King” and to feel our hearts soar with the sight of fireworks in the skies over Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT.
We’re continuing to work on bringing even more entertainment experiences back to Walt Disney World Resort, and today we’re thrilled to let you know about four other favorites returning soon.
Starting August 1, we’ll be lighting up the night at Disney’s Hollywood Studios with the return of “Wonderful World of Animation.” This cinematic nighttime experience leverages projection mapping technology to transform the park’s iconic Chinese Theater on a magical journey through more than 90 years of Disney animation.
On August 15, a tale as old as time will return to Theater of the Stars on Sunset Boulevard with “Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage.” The heartwarming tale of Belle and Beast will once again swirl to life in this lush stage performance, with colorful costumes, gorgeous scenery and the songs Guests know and love.

We also recently announced that all-new nighttime spectaculars “Disney Enchantment” and “Harmonious” would be debuting October 1 as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration. That means this summer is also the last chance to come out and catch the current fireworks shows before they sparkle into Disney history. “EPCOT Forever” will conclude its limited-time run on September 28, and Guests have until September 29 to take in the spectacle of “Happily Ever After” at Magic Kingdom Park.

Several fan favorite Disney Resort Hotels will soon be re-opening to guests as the Walt Disney Travel Co Announced The Reopening of more Disney Resort Hotels as follows:
“As we continue to take a measured and deliberate approach to reopening our Disney Resort hotels, we are happy to share we will start accepting bookings on July 8, 2021 for:
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort for arrivals beginning Sept. 16
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside for arrivals beginning Oct. 14
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter for arrivals beginning Oct. 28
Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort for arrivals beginning Dec. 9
We are excited to continue welcoming Guests to hotels that have recently opened, like Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, and are busy preparing Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for arrivals to begin on July 19 and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge on Aug. 26.
With this news, all Walt Disney World Resort hotels will be open by the end of 2021 and we look forward to welcoming more Guests to the magic over the next several months!”

UPDATE with The Walt Disney World Property and Parks June 11/2021 .
"Within our communities, we’re encouraged that COVID-19 guidelines have been adjusted and eased by public health and government officials, paving the path for many businesses and industries to take positive steps forward.
As we have done since reopening, we’ve been very intentional and gradual in our approach to our COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Based on recent trends and guidance, Walt Disney World Resort will be making more adjustments to these measures, including physical distancing and face coverings.
Beginning June 15, you will start to notice the following changes:
FACE COVERINGS
Face coverings will be optional for fully vaccinated Guests in most areas. Face coverings will still be required of all Guests on Disney transportation, including Disney buses, monorails and Disney Skyliner. While we will not require proof of vaccination, we expect Guests who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations, and upon entering and throughout all attractions and transportation. Guests must observe current policies on face coverings until June 15.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We will be relaxing physical distancing guidelines for Guests. This will be visible in places like queues, shops, restaurants, attraction boarding, transportation and our theaters. It’s important to remember that some experiences and entertainment may still be operating with limited capacity or may remain temporarily unavailable. We’re not quite ready to bring back everything yet, but we are optimistic and look forward to the day when Disney pals and princesses are able to hug once again.
CLEANING
We will continue the high standards for cleanliness and sanitation we’ve always set for ourselves. Cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer stations will still be available."

There's nothing like taking a Sunday Drive , Wait a minute , WHAT ? A Sunday Drive , you mean to tell me Monica, that families still do that? Monica's answer is yes they do and especially after a year we all endured, however Monica and her family has ALWAYS taken Sundry drives , sometimes even Saturday's.
What's so unique about Sunday drives is that whether in your local area or maybe a drive out of town into another to explore new sights, cuisine, quaint shops of small towns is great to see how History is preserved back in time and how the community of its people love their town as well.
Monica, shares with us her explorations of this quaint little town of Jim Thorpe, PA nestled in the Pocono Mountains, along the Lehigh River Valley which attracted Disney Imagineers back in the late 60's for ideas and inspiration of architectural structures & designs for their east coast version of one of many Disney's attractions their Haunted Mansion when the Disney Imagineers were building it in the Magic Kingdom for the opening of Walt Disney World in 1971.

RUN DISNEY:With the passing of Monica's youngest son Tony (02/19/2018), Monica was determined to be part of RUNDISNEY to honor Tony.
Tony received a 4 solid organ transplant back in 2016, it was Tony's dream that after he was finished with recuperation that he would honor his personal triumph by participating in a RUN DISNEY event with his mom, dad and siblings and those who are extended family.
Monica, chose the Princess Half Marathon due to the fact that it falls on the week of his passing, but also that the charity served is the Children's Miracle Network of which during Tony's life from the time he was diagnosed was a "miracle " child and the family is a "miracle" family as is all children who are diagnosed with a critical or life threatening illness served by a Children's Miracle Network.
Monica , also participates in the RUN Disney Star Wars Rival weekend which benefits the Make A Wish Charity of which Tony received his Wish in 2009 of going to Walt Disney World when he was 4 along with his family. Monica serves as a Wish Family Representative in her local Make A Wish Regional Office.
With the families MANY vacations Walt Disney World in the 9 yrs that they started visiting during Tony's life , Monica and her family couldn't think of being in a better place during that time.
In this podcast Monica expresses how she LOVES this event , why its meaningful to her, her family and extended family as they honor Tony Forte (6/19/05-02/19/18) and the aspects of how to sign up , what is RUNDisney and what to expect.
She also explains how friends like Cindy Copley of Copley Couture themes out her attire along with friends Autumn and April in their handmade apparel for the races of the week and multiple race weekends.
