Expats who live overseas as non-tax residents, are still liable for IHT on death, even if they have lived abroad for many years unless they have taken a new Domicile of choice, which is very difficult to do. 

In this episode, I discuss with Jordan Donald what IHT is, when it's due and how people with foreign spouses have potentially a higher IHT bill and how to reduce this death tax burden.
