Had a conversation with a friend some time ago and I told him just how not great my relationship with God was at the moment and he said "that's the thing with Christians: they always talk about the good side of Christianity but never this (not so great) side of it". And we all know that my aim with this podcast is not to be perfect but to be real. I'm still 20 something and I'm still navigating life. Hope this helps someone in some way.

As someone who has been in and out of therapy for 4 years and seeing as there are many assumptions, misunderstandings and general curiosity around the topic, I thought I should share my own experience with counselling and hopefully it helps you make a better, more informed decision for yourself. Mental health is important. Even if counselling is not for you, please seek some form of help if you recognising that you need it.
