As you can see from the title, we're taking about her journey to becoming a coach for women who are new mom's or moms that just seem to not be able to get out of the everyday busy life that comes when becoming a mom brings.

Sandra is the founder of More of Me University, or MOM University. The brand was founded to show mom's a different approach to motherhood that focuses on self-love and self-growth in order to be a more present and happy mother. She created Yes2Me101, a 7 week self paced program, to teach mothers the fundamentals of this approach and she also works with moms 1:1 as a coach to help those who need extra help through the transition.
