Happy Friday! In today's episode I share my anxiety prevention tool kit. I grew up as a super anxious person, and didn't really discover ways to truly manage it until I was 21 years old. I'm 24 now and I can definitely say my anxiety has been under control for the longest period of time that I can remember! These are easy things you can do to prevent anxiety and panic attacks in the moment- write these down in your notes app to reference for the next time you're having an anxious moment!
