As pregnancy can be glamorous with maternity photoshoots, baby showers and much pampering by all, postpartum phase is where the new mom deals with the reality of healing and recovery. During the postpartum phase, the mom can often feel alone and insignificant as the attention completely shifts to taking care of the baby. Neelufer is on a mission to create awareness about the postpartum plan or the "fourth trimester" and demystify what really happens after giving birth. We cover many postpartum challenges for new moms like leaking urine, trouble breastfeeding and feeling ‘touched out’ and how to manage these changes. The New Mother program teaches women how to find their own version of strength and confidence from the inside out through body-positive, evidence-based, and sustainable information on Nutrition, Lactation, Hair and Skincare, Fitness, Physical Recovery, Mindfulness and Relationships after childbirth.
