You will learn what key factors to consider when creating financial projections Be realistic about sales projections; Phil notes that it is pretty easy for entrepreneurs to be overly optimistic about the sales they can generate, especially in the initial stages. He advises being more realistic and conservative in sales projections rather than inflating the numbers.
It would help if you considered worst-case scenarios. Phil emphasizes the importance of thinking about the worst-case scenarios and how long the business can survive before reaching profitability. Entrepreneurs should plan for the possibility that it may take longer than expected to generate the anticipated sales.
During a credit crunch crisis, you must ensure adequate funding! Given the potential for slower-than-expected sales growth, Phil recommends ensuring the business has sufficient funding and cash flow to sustain operations until it becomes profitable. Underestimating the capital required to reach profitability can be a critical mistake.
Avoid overcommitting, and he suggests that entrepreneurs should be cautious about adding too many expenses or headcount based on optimistic sales projections. It is essential to maintain financial discipline and not overcommit resources until the business has proven its ability to generate the expected revenue.
Phil’s critical advice is to be realistic, plan for the worst-case scenarios, secure adequate funding and avoid over-committing resources based on overly optimistic financial projections. This approach can help entrepreneurs better navigate the initial stages of building a successful business.
Business partnerships: What should you look for when looking for a partner Regarding existing relationships and trust, Phil mentioned that his partner was someone he had previously worked with, so they knew each other well and had a good relationship. Trusting each other and having similar values were important starting points for their partnership.
What my partner can do and what my strengths are are essential. Phil emphasized that having different skills and strengths between the partners was valuable, as no single person can be good at everything. Leveraging each other’s expertise and making the best use of their combined capabilities was seen as incredibly valuable.
Is your vision aligned? It is so important to have shared goals and vision. Phil noted that partners should have common goals and a shared vision for the business, whether it is building a lifestyle business or a large enterprise.
Aligning the long-term objectives and plans for the company is crucial to avoid conflicts down the line.
Phil looked for a partner with whom he had an existing relationship and trust, complementary skills and a shared vision for the business.
He stressed the importance of having these elements in place, even if the partners had been close friends for a long time, as running a business can put significant strain on a relationship.
Business partnerships: When disagreements arise between partners, you are going to hear about the benefits of a deadlock agreementThe deadlock clause is agreed upon upfront and is part of the shareholders’ agreement, which is established when the partners are still “the best of buddies.” This ensures the resolution process is agreed upon before any conflicts arise.
You will find it avoids messy and costly disputes. Without an explicit deadlock clause, disagreements between partners could lead to expensive legal battles and a messy situation. The deadlock agreement helps avoid this by outlining the steps to be taken.
It also provides a clear path forward; the deadlock agreement typically specifies what will happen if the partners cannot reach an agreement, such as buying out the other or selling the business. This gives a defined resolution process.
Ideally, it preserves the relationship. By having the deadlock agreement in place, partners can focus on running the business rather than getting bogged down in disputes. This helps maintain the overall business relationship, even if the partnership ultimately needs to be dissolved.
In summary, the transparent processes outlined in a deadlock agreement can help partners resolve disagreements in a structured way, preventing the breakdown of the business relationship and ensuring a smoother transition if the partnership needs to end.
Partnership in business: What technologies have you seen make the biggest impact on efficiency and costs for SMEs? In Phil’s current business, he helps SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) make the most of various technologies to improve their efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness. Specifically, Phil mentions the following technologies that have made a significant impact.
Phil suggests that many SMEs still have on-premises servers in cloud computing, and moving some or all of their data and infrastructure to the cloud can be a more secure and cost-effective solution.
When a company is cloud-based, it enables remote work capabilities. Phil emphasizes the importance of helping SMEs adapt to remote work and ensure they have the necessary tools and security measures in place to work efficiently and securely.
His business provides expertise in IT and telecoms to help SMEs optimize their communication systems and infrastructure.
More than ever before, Cybersecurity is a huge must for any business; he helps SMEs have the proper cybersecurity measures in place to protect against data breaches and other security threats is a key focus area.
Overall, Phil’s approach seems to be tailored to the individual needs of each SME, helping them identify the right combination of technologies to improve their operations, reduce costs, and enhance security.
partnership in business: To RecapIn this insightful conversation, Phil shared valuable lessons and perspectives from his entrepreneurial journey, particularly the importance of partnerships in building a successful business.
Phil’s experiences starting his first company, both the successes and challenges, highlighted the need for flexibility, realistic planning, and clear communication between partners. He emphasized the importance of aligning on shared values, goals, and decision-making processes, even going as far as to recommend having a “deadlock agreement” in place to address potential disagreements.
Phil’s current work in helping SMEs leverage technology shows that he has applied these hard-won lessons to support other businesses in becoming more efficient, secure, and cost-effective.
His focus on tailoring solutions to each client’s unique needs demonstrates a nuanced understanding of the diverse challenges entrepreneurs face.
Overall, Phil’s insights underscore the value of learning from one’s mistakes, maintaining an open mindset, and prioritizing the health of the partnership when embarking on an entrepreneurial venture.

Why do you think environmental change has such a significant impact on you? Do you find yourself feeling trapped and uninspired by your environment? This can be incredibly challenging when working from home. But imagine breaking out of that routine and finding yourself in a completely different location, like beautiful Gran Canaria. Here, creativity and inspiration flow freely, sparking new thoughts and ideas.
After just one night, you may notice a difference in how you dream. It may take a few days to unwind fully, but the process has begun. So, what was your biggest takeaway from your time in Gran Canaria?
When we’ve had a really busy spell, we are like a coil of creativity.
We commonly feel wound up like a coil when we take a break, especially after a busy period. The first few days of our holiday are often spent unwinding and easing into relaxation. However, just as we feel truly relaxed, it’s time to pack up and head back home.
Two or three weeks away would be ideal to unwind and recharge fully. It’s a realization that many of us have had while sitting in our cold, rainy offices. We’ve discovered that our work can be done anywhere in the world.
So, why are we still stuck in the same dreary environment? It’s time to start thinking creatively and take the opportunity to unwind. By doing so, we’ll unlock a new level of creativity and productivity.
We agreed that when one of us is off, the other will cover for them. We book our weeks off ahead of time and ensure our mobile phones reflect our time off. This way, everyone knows we’re off and won’t expect us to be available.
Taking a real break is crucial for our mental and physical well-being, and we shouldn’t feel guilty about it. So, if you’re planning to take time off, make sure you take the necessary measures to relax and recharge.
How to deal with burnout when you’re away from your business. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you’re eagerly looking forward to a much-needed break, only to realize that you haven’t put the necessary measures in place? Simple things like changing your mobile message or leaving an emergency contact can make all the difference.
In my personal experience, I’ve had to learn the hard way. My business partner has been in business for almost ten years, and we’ve always expected each other to be available even when one of us is off.
We’d attend webinars and jump on calls despite being on holiday. It wasn’t until a recent incident that we realized the importance of taking time off completely.
How do you describe the time out you take with your wife? Is it creative time away, or is it rest? The question of whether my wife understands my business is a difficult one. It depends on her current mood and level of interest at the time.
While we have discussed my work before, her understanding of it is limited by her background as a teacher and employee. Simon’s wife is incredibly accepting and supportive of his coaching profession. As a fellow educator, she understands the demands of working with people and the need for rest and recovery. She always accepts his work schedule if he communicates his plans and gives her plenty of notice.
When you think about a working holiday, you can often describe it as a time for rest. But there’s a bit of a dichotomy there, isn’t there?
How can you relax when you’re technically still working? However, these excuses don’t change the fact that you need this time away to feed your creativity, give space, and change the environment. It’s essential for taking the business where you want it to go.
Being in a different setting allows you to come up with fresh thoughts and ideas, ultimately benefiting not just you but also the business. If the business thrives, then your partner is happy. So, in the end, there are massive benefits to being away on a working holiday.
In order to change your circumstances, you must change your environment. While listening to a Jim Rohn podcast, I had an epiphany. He touched on the idea that to change our circumstances, and we must change our environment. The environment we find ourselves in is often one we have created, and it may have served a purpose in the past, but it may not be beneficial for us now.
It’s eye-opening to consider how changing our environment could improve our effectiveness and creativity and generate fresh ideas. If you want more from your environment, I encourage you to seek out change actively. It’s no wonder you see people working from coffee shops – they’ve decided to shake things up for a few hours and see what happens.
RecapAs the winter winds down, many entrepreneurs are starting to think about taking a break. For some, that might mean going on a week-long holiday to a place like Gran Canaria to unwind and recharge their batteries. For others, it might mean stepping away from their businesses for a few days to clear their heads and refocus their thinking. Regardless of the approach, it’s important to recognize the toll that a stressful work environment can take on your mental health. Burnout is an issue that affects many people in the business world, and taking time to speak openly about your feelings and mental state can be a powerful way to combat it.
One great resource for entrepreneurs looking to improve their mental health and well-being is podcasts. Michael, the host of the popular show you can find at www.michaelcrane.live about entrepreneurship and personal growth, often speaks about the importance of taking breaks and finding ways to wind down after a busy day.
So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed and need a break, consider taking a trip to a good place like Gran Canaria or simply carving out some time to focus on your mental health and well-being.
Your business will thank you in the long run.

What inspired Chris to become a marketing professional? During his high school years, Chris sought guidance on which career path to pursue. His guidance counsellor suggested the marketing field, which piqued his interest, despite having no prior knowledge of what it entailed.
She explained that he could work in the school store, selling cookies and candy during lunch hours, which intrigued him. As someone hailing from a small town, he was fortunate enough to visit New York City and discover more about the digital marketing industry, which sparked his interest further.
This was way back in the early 2000s before social media and digital marketing had even become popular.
The problem with sales and marketing is that salespeople want to sell. One of the most common issues with sales and marketing is that salespeople focus solely on selling. While this is certainly an essential aspect of their job, it can become problematic when this focus carries over to social media and online platforms. If your primary focus is sales, people will likely tune you out.
After all, who enjoys advertisements or being sold to? The truth is, very few people do. If all you do is promote and talk about your products and services, you’ll not only fail to gain followers but also lose the ones you already have.
This is because social media is meant to be a social platform. People want to connect with you and your company, not simply be sold to. By adding value to their newsfeed, however, you’ll not only keep your followers engaged, but you’ll also attract new ones.
What would you do if you had to start from scratch? To effectively grow your business, developing a simple strategy is important. Start by setting two or three clear goals, such as increasing sales or gaining a certain number of followers. Consider building an email list as well, as it provides a valuable way to maintain top-of-mind awareness with customers who may not be active on social media.
Additionally, remarketing to existing customers is often more cost-effective than acquiring new ones.
To identify your audience, be intentional and gather data on your customers. For example, if you run a brick-and-mortar boutique, focus on ways to drive foot traffic into your store. By implementing these tactics, you can steadily grow your business and better connect with your target audience.
The email list is the foundation of any business As a new business, it’s essential to leverage social media to remind people that you have an email subscription available. But it’s not just about having an email subscription. It’s about giving people a compelling reason to subscribe. This is where exclusivity comes into play.
By offering content or promotions only available to your email subscribers, you create a sense of value and exclusivity that can help drive more sign-ups. To streamline your email marketing efforts, consider using tools like Zapier.
This free integration tool allows you to connect different platforms, such as MailChimp or Constant Contact, making it easier to manage your email list and automate certain tasks.
With so many resources available, there’s no reason why you can’t make your life as an entrepreneur easier and more efficient.
To Recap: Why Focusing Solely on Sales Could be Killing Your Marketing Efforts Chris is a well-rounded individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for both his career and personal pursuits. His success in launching businesses and publishing a book is a testament to his dedication and entrepreneurial spirit.
Despite his busy schedule, he remains committed to his family and hobbies and maintains a healthy work-life balance. Chris’s approach to marketing, focusing on building relationships rather than solely on selling, is a refreshing perspective in the industry.
As he continues to grow and evolve in his career, it is clear that he will continue to make a positive impact in the marketing world.

Podcast host Michael Crane is so proud to have on the show someone who is demonstrating the importance of starting young to achieve success, his son, Finn!
Finn has been developing himself, learning from his mistakes, and becoming aware of his surroundings at a young age, and it has been inspiring to watch him grow and make progress each day.
As a successful young entrepreneur, Finn will be sharing share some of his thoughts about how he has stayed motivated and his plight to strive for success.
Index: How important is it for you to stay motivated? * Why have you NOT given up? * You need to be a master of so many specialities in order to be successful * How are you going to get the cash to buy the product directly? * Recap*
How important is it for you to stay motivated? Keeping the momentum going is important, like in everything you do, no one wants the same thing over and over again. To keep your customers interested, you need to find new ways to switch up what you’re doing.
To make it more profitable, he has done research and looked at ways to make the processes more efficient, so he can get more profit and for customers to be able to purchase from him. For example, he will be speaking about print-on-demand services for custom clothing, as he looks to expand his portfolio to include t-shirts and other gear like boxing pads.
By having a list of products to start producing next, he is always kept on my toes and has something new to look forward to.
Why have you NOT given up? The strength within you lies in your resilience and determination to persevere.
Why have you not given up? Finn says:
“The answer lies in the results you’ve seen and the progress you’ve made. it is like a staircase, with some steps larger than others. Every 10 steps, you get a glimpse of what you are working towards. Seeing people with similar goals as yours achieving success, or getting the money back after selling them, has kept you motivated. It is this motivation that will drive you to success”. Tweet
You need to be a master of so many specialities in order to be successful. Finn says he needs to be a master of many specialities, but out of the subjects he is studying at school, the one he most enjoys is marketing. It allows him to use the information he must create something creative.
For example, he has been looking at an idea around safety deposit boxes; he can think of ideas that would go viral and increase the business’ visibility, such as giving people a prize for cracking into a safety deposit box in London. Businesses fail due to their lack of interactivity and creative ideas that draw customers’ eyes and get them to talk about the product or service.
How are you going to get the cash to buy the product directly? He says, If you’re looking to save and grow your money, you’re in luck.
He has started to save roughly 60% of what he earns and split the amount equally into two separate accounts – his personal bank account and a business account. The thought behind his thinking is to have money in his business account that will finance future products that will be added to his portfolio and build up his cash in hand to allow him to self-financing his venture while he is still young.
This way, as he starts to get paid, his money will grow. When he has enough money invested, he will look at investing in other products and services to make more money allowing his profits and cash in hand to grow until he is able to pursue his dreams.
To RecapAs Finn embarks on his journey to build his empire, he understands that success is not an overnight phenomenon.
To achieve his goals, Finn knows that he needs to remain focused on the things that matter and align his efforts towards them. It’s important to address the question of why he hasn’t given up, as many individuals tend to lose sight of their dreams too soon. By tackling this issue head-on, Finn can stay motivated and continue to strive for success.
We also discussed the significant role of skill development in achieving success. No one possesses all the answers, and it’s crucial to gather new information and learn from peers and people in his network. Finn can benefit from the wisdom and knowledge of his teachers at school, which can help him achieve his business goals and overall outlook on life.

How much harder would the business have been if you didn’t get all the processes, systems and productivity hacks handed you on a silver plate? The working day can be hectic, and it can be hard to stay focused and on track. With all the contingencies in place, it can be hard to stay motivated and stay on track. This is where the process and contingencies that you have handed to us as a TeamEasyCrane come in. It’s like an instant reset button for your mind.
No longer do you have to worry about creating the process or getting sidetracked? With the process and contingencies, TEC provides, you can instantly reset and refocus on your roadmap to success. It’s like a mantra that gets into your mind and keeps you on track.
Even when things don’t go your way, you can count on TeamEasyCrane to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
The difference between starting your own process and jumping on board with someone who has already done it Gareth says, absolutely! It’s been a worthwhile investment to join forces with someone who has already gone through trial and error and perfected the system. That way, you benefit from their hard-earned knowledge and expertise, and you don’t have to go through the gruelling process of starting everything from scratch.
It’s like getting a head start on a business without the financial burden of a full-fledged franchise. What’s more, you can rest assured that these processes are tried and tested – so you know you’re getting the best out of them. Do you think that this was the best move for you?
How to become a jack of all trades, not a master of them all Gareth heard an inspiring expression the other day, he wants to share on the show: “When I’m with all my accountant friends, I’m the greatest cook. But when I’m with all my cooking friends, I’m the greatest accountant.” This idea of being a “Jack of all trades, Master of none” is relatable, as it shows us that we must first become proficient in all areas before we can specialize in one.
Take for example marketing – out of the five sections mentioned, he needed the most help with marketing. It’s not a skill set he had prior experience in, so he followed the team’s lead and learned the ropes. With enough knowledge and practice, he eventually became a Jack of marketing, and eventually, In the hope to become a Master.
What do you think about the email marketing that your clients have been seeing? He believes that having a strong team is important for building relationships with clients. However, it’s the technology in the background, such as email marketing, that does the real work. Email marketing allows you to create relationships with clients even when you’re not actively engaging with them.
This is especially true for inactive clients, who may not have been contacted in a while.
To Recap – Business ProductivityGareth knows that to be successful in business, one must focus on business productivity, processes and reducing risks. He has seen first-hand how a business can quickly turn around by focusing on these three areas. TeamEasyCrane helps businesses do this, by providing the tools and processes to make it easier to stay productive, stay focused and stay on top of the tasks at hand.
Gareth emphasizes the importance of having a strong team and relationships with clients, but it’s important to also have the right technology in place. Email marketing is one such technology that can help businesses stay on top of their marketing needs, allowing them to reach out to their clients and keep them in the loop.
He also believes that having a process in place can help to reduce risk and costly mistakes. This is where TeamEasyCrane comes in with their processes that help businesses stay focused and on track. This can help to reduce the amount of time spent in the office, as well as the amount of money spent on mistakes.
Gareth also believes that having a great team is something that can help businesses stay motivated and on track. The old saying, “When I’m with all my accountant friends, I’m the greatest cook. But when I’m with all my cooking friends, I’m the greatest accountant” is something that resonates with him. As an entrepreneur, you have to have an attitude to succeed. Why is the word “attitude” so important?Attitude is an incredibly important quality to possess. It is so critical because it shapes the way we approach any challenge or opportunity in life. Attitude is key to success, as it can drive you to be the best version of yourself.
We all recognize a person with a great attitude and the power it has to motivate and inspire others. He thinks back to the days of playing football in the south, and what he learned early on was that there are two things you can always control – your attitude and your effort.
With the right attitude and effort, you can navigate any situation and put yourself in the best possible position to succeed.
Attitude is so important because it is the foundation upon which we build our actions and our lives. A positive attitude can open doors for you, and it can help you to create the life you have always dreamed of. So, next time you face a challenge, remember to bring your best attitude and effort, and you’ll be well on your way to success.
How do you overcome the self-fulfilling prophecy when things aren’t working? As an entrepreneur, stepping into small business ownership can be a lonely journey. We often find ourselves needing to do a lot of convincing to those around us—spouses, family, friends, and colleagues—who may not always understand why we have taken this risk.
We have done the math, done the hard work, and are willing to do whatever it takes to make this business work.
When things don’t look good and there is no one to talk to, the loneliness can be profound. We may feel that our spouses, family and friends don’t quite understand our passion and dedication to this endeavour.
They may also not understand why we can’t just talk to them about our struggles. It may feel like we have to put on a brave face and not share our doubts and anxieties.
That being said, there are plenty of ways to find support and connection on this journey. From finding a mentor to joining a business forum or online community, there are many outlets that can provide a sense of support, understanding and camaraderie.
No matter what, remember that you don’t have to make this journey alone.
Reach out and find the support that you deserve. Stepping into a small business owner doesn’t have to be a lonely experience.
Strategy is not only telling the world what you’re going to do but also telling the world what you’re not goingStrategy is not only about telling the world what you are going to do, and how to do it – it is also about telling the world what you are NOT going to do, and when you are going to do things.
That is why clarity is so important when it comes to strategy. In Ryan’s humble opinion, and what he teaches his clients, there are a number of core components that need to be focused on, some more than others at different times.
The biggest problem he sees with entrepreneurs is that they tend to bite off more than they can chew and try to do it all at once without a clear strategy.
Having an effective strategy will help you avoid this problem and ensure that you achieve the best results.
Stress is a God-given gift to us in order to keep us aliveRyan personally believes that stress is a God-given gift to us for a very important purpose: survival. Stress is our body’s fight or flight response, a way to save us from dangerous situations like sabre-toothed tigers or bears. This kind of energy is meant to be used for short bursts of time and is not sustainable over the long term.
Leaders who use stress as a way to motivate their team may find that their employees become burned out or leave the company in search of somewhere more inspiring to work.
Whereas, those who inspire and encourage their team to do their best often find they have more success in motivating their team and creating a positive environment.
Ultimately, it is important to view stress as a tool to be used in short bursts and to remember that inspiration and encouragement are the best way to motivate a team in the long term.
ConclusionAs an entrepreneur, having an attitude of success is essential to reach your goals. It’s not just about having the right mindset; it’s about having an attitude that will inspire you and push you to take action.
The word “attitude” is important because it encapsulates all of the traits that are necessary for success – having a positive outlook, being resilient, and having an unwavering commitment to your goals.
When things aren’t going your way, it can be easy to fall into a self-fulfilling prophecy. To overcome this, it’s essential to stay focused on the end goal and remind yourself that, even if the current situation isn’t ideal, you have the power to change it.
Additionally, having an effective strategy is key; it’s not just about telling the world what you’re going to do, but also making sure that you’re clear on what you’re not going to do.
Lastly, stress is an unavoidable part of life, but it can be beneficial if used correctly. It is a God-given gift that helps us to stay alive and remain motivated. Using stress constructively and coping with it in the right way can lead to improved performance and the achievement of your goals.

How do you know when the time is right to get away from stress? If you start to feel overwhelmed or experience a feeling of unease, it may be time to take a break and get away from it. Good stress can give us energy and focus, but when we cross the line into bad stress, it can lead to a feeling of unease.
This feeling can have a negative effect on our energy levels, sleep, and even our mood. It’s important to recognize when you start to feel this way and find ways to cope with the negative emotions.
Take a break, find a healthy outlet, and make sure to take care of yourself. Doing these things can help you to regain your energy and balance in life.
The importance of listening to your body’s clues and taking actionIt’s incredible to think that our bodies can give us the clues to make smart decisions when it comes to our health and well-being. By paying attention to these signs, we can take appropriate action before it’s too late.
Take my own story – Simon started running the parkrun and felt niggles in his leg. He could have decided to ignore the signs, pushing me too hard and risking injury, but instead, he chose to listen to my body. He slowed down my pace and eventually the niggles faded, so he was able to continue his run.
It can be tempting to push through the pain and ignore the warning signs our bodies give us, but it is much better to listen to the clues and take the necessary action. Doing so can help us stay healthy and active and keep our bodies in the best possible condition.
When you can get away from it, it’s amazing how much more creative we becomeOur mind is the foundation of our physical health and state. When we escape our current environment and immerse ourselves in a new one, we become more creative and innovative.
For example, when we go to Gran Canaria, Simon is able to think more positively and constructively without becoming overwhelmed by challenges or problems.
You dream more and get great ideas that seem to come out of nowhere. When he’s away on holiday, his dreams become more vivid and is able to think of solutions and opportunities that he wouldn’t have otherwise considered.
How often do you think it’s important to get away from the office? Most companies and their employees tend to get four to five weeks of holiday each year. But in today’s busy world, that is the bare minimum. We should be aiming to take all four weeks off and go away, if possible.
We understand that with the increasing cost of living, this may not always be feasible. However, it is important to make a conscious effort to take all of our allotted time off and enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
Recap: The Benefits of Self-Care and Mindful LivingWhen life starts to feel overwhelming, and you start to experience that feeling of unease, it may be time to take a step back and get away from it all. We understand the importance of self-care and mindful living, and taking time out of your busy life to focus on your mental well-being.
Stress can be a double-edged sword; while it can give you focus and energy, when it crosses over into bad stress, it can lead to a lack of energy, difficulty sleeping, and even a negative mindset. Taking a break from your everyday routine and taking the time to focus on your own well-being can help you to feel more balanced and in control.
With michaelcrane.live, you can find tips, advice, and resources to help you take a break and give yourself the time and space to look after your mental health to get The Benefits of Self-Care and Mindful Living.

My father abandoned me when I was a baby What do you remember about your experience of being abandoned at birth?
She doesn’t remember anything about being abandoned at birth but realized it when she turned 30 years old.
Her father was living with her mother when she was born, and when she brought Railey home from the hospital, he told her to leave. He had already had another woman in the house, and her mother had nowhere to go.
Her older brother and sister created a tent in the backyard to ensure her family were safe. She cannot imagine what her mother went through, but she never told Railey about it until she was older.
As a child, all she knew was that her father wasn’t there—but she always held on to the story that he wanted and loved her, but he couldn’t find her. It’s amazing how the innocence of a child’s mind can be so powerful.
The freedom to have the choices to do what you want and live your ideal lifeRailey came into coaching later than most. Many start right after high school or college but only begin their business two years ago. Her finance background and the 10 years spent teaching entrepreneurship and Spanish gave her a strong foundation.
Her journey of self-healing, learning about relationships, and studying the science and information she now teaches began about 15 years ago. Even though the business started two years ago, she had all of this knowledge before then. So, building the business came quickly and easily.
The most important thing for Railey is serving others and providing insight to minimize their suffering. Having a business where she works for herself is a dream.
Freedom is incredibly important to her!
As a child, she felt trapped in so many ways, but now she has the freedom to create the life she wants. With the support of her amazing and loving Italian husband, they have co-created this life together. It doesn’t mean that it’s problem-free, but by using self-awareness and self-management, they are able to manage their problems in ways that propel them closer to their dream.
This journey has been an immense blessing for Railey, and she is grateful for it. Although she experienced a difficult childhood and didn’t wish it on anyone, she is also thankful for it as it has helped her to transform and share her story so that others don’t have to.
What does your business look like? Are you looking to create a thriving relationship and life with your partner?

Growing up in a busy household in Northern IrelandHer mum and dad were both working hard to provide for their family. Even though it meant they had to work long hours and do extra jobs on farms, she still managed to get by without the latest gadgets like laptops, gaming consoles, and phones.
But over time, her friends and family began to have these things, and her mum wanted to ensure she didn’t feel left out. So, she saved and bought a second-hand PS1 console from a family friend. That’s when she got her first real taste of technology.
But she was always aware of the need to make ends meet and use available resources.
How Lisa became more aware of the need to make ends meetLisa learned the need to make ends meet while studying at school. she was always one of the most studious students in the family home and was determined to attend university. she realized that typing up essays, and coursework was a requirement, and she didn’t have a laptop.
Not having a laptop until she was 21, she had to resort to internet cafes to access a computer. This experience motivated her to save up and buy a used one instead of a new one when she was older.
How did you get started in entrepreneurship?Once she made it to Queen’s University Belfast, she was exposed to entrepreneurship possibilities. This opened her eyes to technology, which she had been previously excluded from due to a lack of finances to Revolutionising the Market.
She was incredibly fortunate to have her first job at OCO Global, a firm that works with entrepreneurs in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to entrepreneurs growing and expanding their businesses in the UK.
Executive Chairman, Mark O’Connell, was a great mentor and a successful entrepreneur himself. His company is now one of the leading consultancy businesses in the UK and could one day rival the likes of PWC and EY. It was an incredible start to her career, and she eventually moved to London to workwith other entrepreneurs looking to set up shop in London.
What is the Green Ally Award, and why should you win it?The Green Alley Award is one of Europe’s most prestigious circular economy startup competitions. In 2014, Landbell Group initiated the Green Alley Award, one of Europe’s most prominent electronic recyclers. It recognizes innovators providing pragmatic, simple solutions to stimulate the circular economy.

What’s the definition of visionary success? There’s an old saying, “without vision, people are lost.” It is a powerful reminder of why we should set goals and objectives for ourselves – by having a clear vision of what we want our lives to look like. We can set achievable and measurable goals to help us get there.
Having a clear vision of where we want to be is the first step in the journey towards success. Having a clear idea of the end goal is essential, whether it’s our personal life, our businesses, or a particular project or expedition. Once we have a vision and a destination, we can set objectives and milestones to help us get there.
The process of goal setting plays an important role in helping us to stay focused and motivated. By having a clear vision of where we are going and what we want to achieve, we are more likely to stay on track and follow through with our plans. Additionally, having a timeline of when we want to achieve certain goals and objectives helps us plan and measure our progress along the way.
At the same time, it is essential to remember that our goals and objectives should be realistic and achievable. Having too many goals can be overwhelming and lead to burnout and frustration. By setting smaller, achievable goals that are realistic for our current situations, we can stay motivated and find success.
Ultimately, setting goals and objectives means having a vision for our lives and businesses. By having a clear picture of what we want to achieve, we can build a roadmap for getting there. With a clear vision, setting achievable and measurable goals, and staying focused and motivated, we can achieve our goals and live the life we have envisioned.
What is the difference between goal setting and vision? The power of goal-setting and vision can be mighty, especially when achieving our goals and dreams. While it’s essential to have specific goals, it’s also important to have a bigger vision that can help us stay motivated and inspired as we work towards our goals.
In the case of the Argentinian and French teams in the 2022 World Cup, the French Team’s vision was to win the tournament. While they couldn’t achieve their vision on the day of the final, they still had a fantastic experience and could make it to the last. This is an excellent example of how setting a big vision can help us stay motivated and inspired, even when our end goal is not achieved.
The power of vision extends beyond just our goals. It can help us to enjoy the journey and appreciate the small moments as we work towards our goals. We can also set big visions that are almost impossible, like Elon Musk’s plan to colonize Mars. These visions can help us stay inspired and motivated, even when our goals are out of reach.
Overall, having a vision that allows us to stay motivated and inspired is one of the most powerful tools for achieving our goals and dreams. Whether it’s a short-term goal or a long-term vision, having a clear goal and a vision can help us stay on track and continue to work towards our dreams.
Don’t be afraid to fail with your vision Having a clear vision and taking action to reach that vision is an exhilarating experience. There are times when the journey may be bumpy, and it may be difficult to stay focused. But having a big dream and a clear vision can be incredibly motivating and inspiring.
The French team were indeed gutted after their loss at the World Cup. But having a big vision and aiming for the stars is still a success, even if you only hit the moon. It’s important to understand that, no matter what, you should never be afraid to fail or to aim high.
Having a clear vision of your future and having the energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration to go after that vision can be a powerful and emotional experience. It can be a roller coaster ride as you face both highs and lows along the way. But no matter what, it’s essential to hold on to that vision and keep striving for it.
Life can be filled with pain and tragedy, and everyone faces difficult times. But having a vision you can strive for can help keep you motivated and inspired to keep going. I know that having my vision of my future excites me, energizes me, and inspires me to reach for the stars.
No matter what, it’s important to have a vision that you can strive for and keep going. Don’t be afraid to take risks and aim high, even if it means you might not reach your goal. And don’t shy away from the emotions of having a vision. Embrace them and use them to help you go for the stars.
The importance of bringing your vision to life regularly For the past five years, Simon has held tight to a vision of the future planted in his heart and mind. He remembers cutting out a picture of a cruise ship and sticking it on his vision board at the time and have forgotten about it until he discovered it again in the loft a couple of months ago. What’s amazing is that most of the dreams and goals he’d set out to achieve in those five years were accomplished in that period without him even realizing it. This experience speaks highly of the power of our subconscious minds and the ability to manifest positive thinking into reality.
Having a vision, whether it may be for your life, marriage, or business, is powerful. It’s a way to bring positive energy into our lives and give us something to strive for. A vision has the potential to shape our lives and motivate us to move forward.
When we set out to make our dreams and goals a reality, we should also remember that we have the power to make those dreams and goals come true. We should keep our visions close to our hearts and use them as a reminder that anything is possible. We must also remember that even if we do not achieve every goal, it’s still important to keep striving and to remain positive.
With the right attitude and effort, anything is possible.
The next five years can be filled with incredible experiences and successes, and having a strong vision will help us to make those dreams a reality.
Have you ever been to a place where you’ve achieved your vision? It’s been many years since Michael was in school, but h can still remember my passion for learning to fly. He had a vision of himself soaring in the sky and was determined to make it a reality. At 18, he started taking flying lessons, and, despite not being the sharpest student in the class, he achieved his private pilot’s license.
Many people think the only thing you need to be a pilot is good flying skills. But, in actuality, so much more goes into it. You must understand and use the different senses while flying, as they can tell you a lot about your environment. You must assess the altitude, temperature, and wind speed. You must be able to understand the navigation systems and communication protocols. You must be able to understand the various emergency procedures and know how to respond appropriately in a variety of situations.
The journey of a pilot is often long and arduous, but it was worth it for him. His ability to fly a plane confidently and accurately was an accomplishment he was very proud of. Throughout the process, he learned to trust his instincts and understand the importance of paying attention to detail.
The biggest thing he learned on the journey to becoming a pilot was the importance of having a vision. It was his vision that kept him motivated and focused while he was taking all of the necessary steps to make his dream become a reality—having a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve made it easier for him to stay motivated and work hard to complete his training and eventually receive his private pilot’s license.
From someone who wasn’t the most brilliant student in the class to achieving their private pilot’s license was an enormous feat. It is a testament to the power of having a vision, believing in yourself and the determination never to give up. Now he’s a true visionary because if he can envision flying a plane on his own, he can achieve anything.

You’ll have access to all the processes and methods you need to get your business up and running. You won’t be left in the dark – you’ll be able to start quickly and confidently.
How often should you send emails to prospects? There’s no one-size-fits-all rule for how often you should send marketing materials to potential clients, but the key is to make sure the material you send is relevant, interesting and hits a topic of interest.
With email, you can tailor the content to fit each recipient’s needs, interests and expectations, making it even more effective. You can also track the success of your campaigns and learn from the data what works and what doesn’t. This allows you to adjust your strategy on the fly so you can reach your prospects in the most effective way possible.
Email also allows you to build relationships with your prospects over time.
You can send newsletters with tips and advice, invitations to webinars and other events, or even special offers and discounts. All of these can help to build trust and familiarity between you and your prospects.
Finally, email allows you to target very specific audiences. You can segment your list by location, job title, company size, and other demographic data to ensure your messages are seen by the right people. This way, you can be sure you’re reaching the right audience and that your marketing materials are having the greatest impact.
How has the postal strike affected your marketing strategy? The success of any business hinges on effective marketing.
As an entrepreneur, it’s essential to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and the recent postal strikes in the UK have been no exception. We understand the need for effective and reliable marketing strategies, and we have recently seen first-hand the effects of postal strikes on business.
Despite these disruptions, Gareth was determined to ensure his message reached his target audience. To ensure his success and to save money on the next round of post-outs, Michael shared a useful tip with Gareth.

To Recap – Unlock the Secrets to Finding ClientsWhen I was first considering taking the plunge into entrepreneurship, I was so daunted. It felt like I was being invited to a party where I knew one person and no one else. All of the apprehensions, nervousness, and doubts raced through my mind: Will I look the part? Will I sound the part? Will I write the part?
But very quickly after I started, I realised that I was welcomed and felt at ease. After years of experience in the industry, I knew I could do it.
The Quick Start Guide was so useful to me. It was like reading a good book. I could read it quickly and then go back and reread parts I needed to understand in more detail. Even though some parts of the guide are beyond me right now, it’s still important to know where the journey is going.

Index: Why did you decide to build your first product? * How did you find your supplier in the UK? * What type of person will be buying my product? * What’s the plan for 2023? * Recap*
Why did you decide to build your first product? At michaelcrane.live, we’re all about helping entrepreneurs reach their dreams, so when we heard about Finn’s journey, we had to share it. Finn is an inspiring entrepreneur who has built a product from the ground up, and it all started when he discovered a gap in the market at the Muay Thai training gym he attended.
Finn’s love for Muay Thai Boxing and his enthusiasm for starting his own business gave him the drive to build his first product. He knew there was an opportunity to fill the gap in the market, and he seized it. Through careful research and sourcing, Finn was able to create a product that was tailored to the specific needs of his Muay Thai gym.
His passion for Muay Thai and his business savvy enabled him to spot an opportunity in the market, and he was able to use his knowledge of the industry to create a product that fulfilled the needs of his customers. With his eye for detail and his ability to source quality materials, Finn was able to create a product that was both high quality and affordable.
Finn’s story is an inspiring one for any entrepreneur looking to break into the market and create something from scratch. It’s a reminder that success often starts with an idea and that passion, determination and hard work can turn an idea into a market-leading product.
We celebrate those who take the plunge and create something from nothing. Finn’s story proves that with the right idea and enough hard work, anyone can make their dreams a reality. We’re so proud of Finn and his success, and we can’t wait to see what he does next.
How did you find your supplier in the UK? His goal was to identify the best suppliers and figure out who could provide the highest quality products and services.
After a few phone calls and emails, he had gathered a shortlist of four potential suppliers. he understands the importance of selecting a reliable and trustworthy supplier, especially when language barriers exist.
That’s why I took the initiative to research and establish contact with the suppliers on my list. I asked the suppliers questions about their products and services and had detailed conversations about their capabilities and prices to ensure I made the right decision.
After considering all the information I gathered, I decided to go with the supplier that best fit my needs, as well as my budget.
I also took into account their reputation and customer reviews, to make sure they were the right choice. In the end, it was a great experience and I was glad I did my research and put in the time and effort to find the right supplier.
It was only through networking and communication that I was able to connect with the perfect supplier and make sure I was getting the highest quality products and services.
What type of person will be buying my product? Understanding your market is key to success, we understand this, and that’s why we decided to start our journey with a product that was sure to please our target customer.
At the gym where we train, we noticed a lack of branded quality Muay Thai shorts. Everyone was wearing the same basic style, and there wasn’t a brand associated with the gym. We knew we could do better.
So, we decided to make our first product: branded Muay Thai shorts. We focused on what our ideal customer wanted. We wanted to create something that was stylish, comfortable, and durable. We wanted to create something that was perfect for Muay Thai training and for in the ring at amateur bouts.
We carefully crafted the perfect design for our shorts, then we sourced the best materials for the job. We paid attention to details like fit, fabric, and stitching. We chose materials that would stand up to the toughest workouts and daily wear. We tested the shorts on ourselves and on our friends.
We made sure they were perfect before we went into full production.
We also chose the right colours and fabrics to match the personalities of our customers. We wanted our shorts to be a symbol of confidence, passion, and commitment. We wanted our shorts to be an expression of the individual wearing them.
And the result? Our branded Muay Thai shorts have been a hit at the gym, we’re so proud of our first product, and we can’t wait to bring more quality products to our customers.
I’m passionate about creating products that reflect the values, interests, and personalities of our customers.
Our passion for quality and customer satisfaction drives us to continue creating products that our customers will love.
What’s the plan for 2023? I understand that becoming successful takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
The first step to reaching success is to stay focused and dedicated to your studies. You should always prioritize your education and learning. Whether you’re in school or not, make sure to take the initiative and invest in yourself.
The second step to success is to read various books on business. From business guides to autobiographies, there’s something for everyone. Reading about successful entrepreneurs will give you the insight and motivation to reach your own goals.
Finally, you should learn to invest in the stock market. Investing can be a great way to make your money work for you, so you don’t have to be stuck in a 9 to 5 job for the rest of your life.
A good place to start is to read up on investing, speak to financial advisors, and open a brokerage account.

On today’s M&S Podcast show, we are speaking about business decisions. Decisions can be from a business perspective or a personal reflection. Every day, we make decisions, good or bad or damn right ugly. At first glance, it may seem like an easy topic for a podcast episode, but it’s the driving force behind all that we do. You know it’s true – the decisions you make and the paths you choose can profoundly impact your future. So take the time to explore this concept more deeply – you never know what you might discover.
Index: 8 Step decision-making process * What did we learn from the mistake of a previous decision? * How do we learn for next time? * Seek wise Council and ask for help along the way * When was the last time someone patted you on the back * Conclusion*
8 Step decision – Business Decisions making process1. Lessons from before 2. Reflection 3. Does the outcome move me forward 4. Seek wise Council before 5. Make the decision 6. Take action to implement 7. Review 8. Champion the success or learn from the lessons
What did we learn from the mistake of a previous decision? It is all too easy to make a great decision, and the outcome is exactly what was wanted; however, it only sometimes works out in the way we intended, and sometimes the business decision is disastrous. If you have made many terrible decisions in business, let me tell you, you are definitely not alone. One way we learn from our mistakes is by deciding after the event what worked, because more times than not, a poor decision was not all bad; there would be some of the events that were all right, but the end result was not the intended success.
How do we learn for next time? One of the best ways to learn from a previous poor decision is to make notes and decide what didn’t work before, so you can do less and, on the other, what did work and do more. We are often away in the moment of triumph or defeat and forget the good and the bad when a similar event comes our way next time.
It’s essential to take the time to reflect and think about your overall outcome. It’s vital to be conscious and analyse yourself at the moment. Sitting on your hands and taking the time to consider the consequences of your decisions is invaluable. Taking this time to evaluate yourself and your choices is an essential step in ensuring you reach your desired outcome.
Seek wise Council and ask for help along the way Who do you have in your network of people that you value their opinion and trust? It must be part of your process to go and seek advice and guidance from someone who is not financially or personally associated with the circumstances of the decision, and this may help to get an impartial perspective on what you are trying to achieve or not in the outcome of your decision.
When was the last time someone patted you on the backHave time to be a champion, get a pat on the back for making a robust and thoughtful decision and outcome that was well planned, and well executed with the right people guiding you throughout, ensuring the work was the intended one with the correct result.
All too often, this is one vital part of the process that needs to be integrated into the process, and one may say it is one of the most important. It creates a sense of success and well-being, and all the trouble and time that was taken to make the decision was worthwhile.
Business decisions: ConclusionNever rely on your memory. Always write it down. It is one of the critical lessons in life, I know we cannot write everything down in life, and you probably wouldn’t want to write every thought and decision in your journal. However, it is good to have a reminder of what you think and reflect on the things that have worked or not.
So, go back to the 8-step process of business decisions making and, work out what works for you and what doesn’t work for you and add items into your decision-making process to make it work. There are no right or wrong decisions, and I would even go as far as to say as NOT making a decision is just as bad as making a wrong decision because, typically, we only grow and build confidence in our own ability by moving ourselves forward. And doing nothing is not doing either.
It is vital to make decisions, learn from the lessons and make sure you capture the lessons so that when you have to make the next conclusion, you are more equipped to ensure the outcome is well intended.

Are entrepreneurs born or bred? We have heard this saying many times about leaders. Are leaders born or bred is a more familiar statement to hear. Entrepreneurs fall into the same category of questions. In the United Kingdom, can you name an entrepreneur?
Yes, most people go to Sir Richard Branson or Sir Alan Sugar, leaders in their field, no doubt, in the United States of America, we sometimes hear many more people named as remarkable entrepreneurs. For example, the likes of Elon Mush, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos.

What would you do differently? Without a doubt, our guest today, Gareth, states one of his all-time grand statements, “Don’t take advice from someone who you wouldn’t take criticism”.
And the second biggest lesson would be associated with time management, no matter how much money you have or how large or small your home is, it doesn’t matter. What does matter is how we use our time to be efficient and purposeful in what we are going to be doing in our career or otherwise.
Working hard is not always working smart and one thing Gareth would change is to choose a career with fewer hours and have the use of technology at his disposal to be time efficient. And therefore, allows him to enjoy life instead of working long hours like so many other business people in his network.
Being there growing up with his familyHe was blessed to have the time to create memories that would last a lifetime. Now that his daughter has moved away from London, he wants to continue to be able to see her no matter where she should be. Thanks to the latest technology, he no longer has to spend all his time working long hours – it does the work for him so that he can spend more time with his family. With this confidence and assurance, he can now proudly look forward to many more years of making memories with the family.
He mentions he didn’t go into business to work 15 hrs a day. He went into business to work for a company that didn’t need him as much as it did in recent years. Therefore, giving him time to spend with family doing more important things.
Health impact when working in the business and not on the businessLife is short, and we need to use our time wisely, ensuring we can meet our financial responsibilities without needing to head to the A&E department with anxiety or even worse. As a confident businessman, he believes there is more than one way to improve efficiency within a business.
Technology should be the first step in the process, but don’t forget the power of people. We all have limited hours in the day, so it’s important to make sure that we use them wisely. With the right strategy, we can make the most of our time and achieve our goals.
A franchise-type business – one large upfront paymentA franchise typically is a type of business where you pay one large upfront payment. In return, you receive a set of processes and branding and so much more to implement and build your business efficiently in the shortest time possible. The key reason a franchise is a good bet versus a new start-up is that you get the tried and tested processes of the things you need to do that work straight out of the gate.
A distributor-type business – A monthly paymentA distributor-type business is not a franchise in that you pay one large upfront payment. This is the type of business whereby you get all the efficient processes associated with a company for a tiny monthly fee. This type of business offers a less risky opportunity than shelling out a large upfront payment.
There is usually no lengthy sign-in period, and you should get all the systems required to get up and started immediately to grow your business opportunity.
Are Entrepreneurs Born or Bred: conclusionWhen you start a business, you should do your due diligence on the venture before spending lots of time and money. Secondly, think about the target market and if there is enough scope to build a successful business. If it is a product-based business, the products must be in everyday demand and supply must be available to avoid delivery delays.
Ideally, you must ensure you have sufficient inventory of your products without breaking your operational cash flow.
Risk management is key to your business’s success.

Business Referrals, on today’s podcast, we’re going to be talking about business referrals and why so many people don’t ask for a referral when they’ve done a good job. A referral can be asked of a friend, a relative, or even a customer. If you have been doing a good job, why would a friend or relative NOT give you a glowing recommendation?
Both Michael and Simon think that referrals are the best type of new business acquisition you could ever dream of. Another way of asking for a referral is indirect, asking a client to give feedback on your service. If the feedback is strong, then it would bolster your chances of winning the referral.
They are passionate about business and go the extra mile when it comes to delivering great service.
Index:* Testimonials * Referrals * Recommendations * Rewards and Prizes * Conclusion
TestimonialsWhen you’re trying to sell a product or service, it’s important to get testimonials from people who have used your product or service. Testimonials can help build trust with potential customers and show that your product or service is valuable.
However, once you have a testimonial, it’s important to follow up with the person who gave it to you. This shows that you’re interested in their experience and that you’re grateful for their feedback.
One way to follow up with a testimonial-giver is to ask them if they know anyone else who could benefit from your product or service. This shows that you’re interested in helping others, and it may also lead to new customers.
business ReferralsSo, once we have the testimonial, it makes complete sense to either ask for the referral. Or even better to ask something like this, “whom do you know in your network who would be able to use our services? I think you will be surprised at how many referrals you would receive.
RecommendationsIs a recommendation different to a referral and if not why not?
Simon on the podcast, speaks about the difference between a recommendation and a referral. He refers to a recommendation as a passive scattergun approach to gaining business. All too often he believes people are not afraid to ask for a recommendation but they are afraid to ask openly for a referral. Interesting perspective no doubt.
Reward and prizesI know a lot of corporate clients do not allow gifts of any nature, especially if they have a non-bribery policy which is ever so more popular nowadays than it used to be. So, we need to be creative in rewarding clients and friends for passing a referral to transact business. One of the ways we can give a reward is by agreeing to donate to a charity either linked to the client or friend and therefore benefiting the well-being of your community and supporter network

Building a Business: In today’s episode – Michael talks with the young entrepreneurs as they research and explore ideas and thoughts about what they want to start selling as they build their businesses.
The One to a Million project is back after a couple of months with the news: meet Alfie Young the new member of the team.
For those unfamiliar with the project, “One to a million” aims to guide and support young entrepreneurs in their early journey as they build a business from the bottom to a million by the age of 20.
Index:* The Big Why * Building a Business * Support Network
The big whyIn this first part of the episode, Alfie & Finn talk about their big “why” and what makes them want to try their hand at a business venture. According to Alfie, the main reason is making money, but he also wants to have a job that he enjoys and is passionate about.
The conversation moves swiftly on to the subject of success and for him living life to its fullest surrounded by the people he enjoys spending time with and doing the things he likes would be the definition of success.
Michael asks the young entrepreneurs where they get these images associated with successful people, and both boys agree that social media is a place where you can get this kind of motivation due to all those images where people are living really luxurious lives and enjoying themselves.
building a businessIn the second part of the episode, the young entrepreneurs share with us their views on business and talk about the sort of business they are thinking about starting. They both agree they don’t want to work average jobs or 50 hours a week; they don’t want to follow the crowd. They want to put the effort in to be unique.
For now, as both entrepreneurs are still at school, the business they should start should not be interfering with their schoolwork, so Finn believes drop shipping is a good option due to the effectiveness of its cost.
In this business, the seller accepts customer orders but does not keep goods sold in stock. Instead, it transfers the orders and their shipment details to either the manufacturer, a wholesaler, another retailer, or a fulfilment house, which then ships the goods directly to the customer. As such, the retailer is responsible for marketing and selling a product but has little or no control over product quality, storage, inventory management, or shipping. This eliminates the costs of maintaining a warehouse. As in any other form of retail, the seller makes their profit on the difference between an item’s wholesale and retail price, less any pertinent selling, merchant, or shipping fees accruing to them.
support networkWhen asked if they think it’s hard to make their first business Finn’s answer was simple. Whatever you do for the first time will be difficult but having a support network around you will help you overcome the challenges in your business journey.
And that’s why “One to a Million” is a good program for young adults who might not have any experience with business because the show is a support network to help them do business if they want to do business.
