This podcast started on a whim but with urgency to talk about the intense unfolding of current events and what our take is on the situations at hand. Our conversations are based off of our own opinions that we formed based off of general information, personal journeys, as well as independent sources that are being silenced. We bring forth our perspectives and thoughts and welcome differing opinions. We are just two women, two differing generations, and TOO opinionated.
Alrighty, we went in a little more on relationships.
This topic is so broad and complex... maybe we will take some questions whenever we touch on this topic again !
Hey y'all.
We are back this week with something a little off topic... We are talking relationships. In this Pod cast we literally just brush the surface, relationships are just so complex that we will have to cover the a few times. Not sure if we will stay on this topic next week or jump to something else, then come back to it.. but we will see. I hope y'all can relate or even get something out of this. Guys and Girls. I'm hoping you hear something that you thought you were alone in, but realize you're not... or even maybe something put a certain way that you never thought of before.
Alright y'all, I know it's been super crazy the last few weeks with the hurricane and then I was gone for a week so we skipped another week.. BUT we are back to normal ( what is normal ) lol but in this episode we basically give a refresher on the current events and our thoughts on the progression of things...annddd basically ranting about how we really just don't understand how we got where we are.
BUT we are going to take a break on this topic next week and jump into something a little more personal (relationships, the struggles, misconceptions, etc.) It will definitely have to be a series just because the Devil is alive and there is so much to unpack when It comes to having a successful relationship into todays day and age.. SO stay tuned for that next Thursday !
So much has happened since we last got on, we really weren't sure where to start, and I'm sure we barley scratched the surface. First off, whose the leader of this country.. Biden.. Or bush?! Why didn't our president speak at any of the 9/11 tributes? Why did George bush speak and them call people who don't comply with their unconstitutional mandates "terrorist." Don't you just love It here??? **eyeroll
We get into some new things and then touch on some things we've discussed before.

- Hey y'all. Sorry for the delay.
We live in SE Louisiana and just took on a CAT 4 hurricane head-on. We did without power for a while, and without internet even longer. But we hopped back to the podcast as soon as we possibly could while trying to catch up on our overflow of work in our day to day lives. I will be out next week so we will probably either do an early podcast the week I get back OR just fall back into normal routine on Thursdays.
Man, I feel it heavy this past week and as this week continues.. just a heaviness. It definitely has a lot to do with the intense events unfolding all around us, but I feel spiritually exhausted. I'm currently trying to focus on making time to sit.. nothing on.. not thinking about anything, just in the word.. I need that rest. I need those words of assurance from our father in heaven.
I feel as things progress.. I just feel compelled to say;
If you have not given your life to the Lord yet. If you have not repented of your sins.. I encourage you to do so today.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Romans 10:9
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Pray this Prayer:
Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. I believe that you died and rose from the grave to save me from my sins. I want to be with you in Heaven forever. Jesus, forgive me of all my sins that I have committed against you. I open my heart to you now and ask you to come into my heart as my personal Lord and savior. Transform me Lord, Make me new.

This Podcast, we touched on Doors that we knowingly or unknowingly open to the spiritual evils.. inviting them in to manifest themselves in our lives, our children's lives and so-on. As believers in Christ we are persecuted daily by this world that expects you to surrender your beliefs and conform to the world. We want to really push on the fact that we are Christians, which means that we believe that the Bible is the Living word, we believe God sent his only son to die on the cross to forgive us for our sins.. so that we may know grace. We know we are sinners and make a conscious choice everyday and choose God..and do our best to uphold his word to the fullest extent because his word is never changing ! This is a podcast that is very controversial, but that is why we love the USA, because thank God that right now, we are able to speak on, preach, teach, the WORD OF GOD f r e e l y.
We do not expect everyone to agree with every word, I for one am still what I like to call myself a "baby Christian", because I'm still walking things out, learning, being convicted, in constant repentance... but I'm super pumped to be sitting and talking to someone with so much spiritual maturity and have a real conversation about current events/struggles.
Alrighty, So we finally uploaded our podcast, Now that we know how all this works and exactly what we are doing, we are hoping every episode on gets easier and easier with less ramble, but then again podcast do just ramble at times ! We are calling this, sort of, our test run... Talking about Mandates 2.0 .
