Hello, my name is John Sweet, and I am here to help you awaken your heart and spirit. I have been ecstatically sober for almost two decades and getting to where I am in life required a considerable amount of self-reflection and introspection, seriously this has been some hard work. While doing this work, I chopped forests full of wood and carried so many buckets of water. Personal recovery can be a very lonely space, reflecting upon one’s life can feel like a daunting task, and many people choose to go it alone. When a person is on the road to any type of recovery and they find that they have had to walk away from old friends, places, and behaviors, that can be very isolating. If we remain in the old places that were not conducive to growth, stagnation occurs and even regression. John will share his own experiences of life; getting sober and spiritually recovered, to assist you with becoming the best version of yourself. Shining a light for conversations that are open, intentional, and honest. Allow John to advocate for you and walk with you on an authentic discovery of self. John will share his experience, strength, and hope with you to learn from one another and better survive in this amazing, multi-dimensional world. John has a master’s degree in theology and has studied the major philosophies of the ancients and modern teachings; to afford a greater understanding of our soul, mind, heart, and spirit as we learn to navigate our lives in this temporal human condition.
