Career Exploration is a largely neglected topic in schools. As a result the US has 43 Millions Americans oweing $1.5 Trillion in college debt, two thirds of college graduates doubting that they have the skills needed to be successful in the workforce and a whole lot of employers who agree. This podcast will host educators and industry professionals to bring awareness to program gaps, make connections for program improvement, and inform the community about "college and career readiness" initiatives in local schools.
