Homeownership can change your life. Most people think that purchasing a home is unattainable in today's market but I'm here to tell you that all hope shouldn't be lost. There are over 2,000 federal, state, county, and city programs for DPA (Downpayment Asssitance). Becoming a homeowner comes with more pros than cons and if you think that renting is the best option, you should reconsider because you are paying your landlord's mortgage when you should be paying your own. Ownership is the quickest way to generate wealth.
We will discuss what it means to be a millennial, who's in our cohort, how we view money and student debt. There are many road blocks millennial's face when deciding to enter the housing market. It's clear that most don't know where to start and others have decided against the commitment of a mortgage in exchange for a carefree nomad life.
