In conjunction with our winter Bible study, Pastor Mark has started a new podcast titled, "Learning To Think Like Jesus." In the next 8-weeks Pastor Mark will be using various stories, moments, or figures from Christian history to explore core Christian ideals. Through this exploration we will learn together why and how they are important to us today and highlight what we can learn to live our best Christian lives today.
As we continue to examine some of the core beliefs of our faith, let's think about what it means to proclaim that God has a plan for our lives. How does our history as the Church inform our understanding of that proclamation?
Do you ever just stand in the middle in the room and ask God, "why?" Or when something happens and you don't understand it, it sends your mind into a tailspin? That's part of being a Christian.....that is part of remembering that we do not always know the answers and will not always understand. There is a beauty in the mystery of God that we sometimes forget to find.
