Today I will also like to pray for the families who have lost their children in the Ulvade Texas area and the families who has lost their loved ones in Buffalo. We are living in a tough time and we all need to stay steadfast in prayer and ask the almighty God for his blessings and to change the evil that plaques us. When I lived in New York as a kid I remember hearing the ice cream truck coming down the street. The day would be seriously hot and we would all wait to hear that ice cream truck ringing bell coming down our block. Back then Icey's were only .25 and you could get a really nice sized Icey that would almost quench your thirst after you were finished with it. Always thinking of my hometown New York I remember when I lived in Brooklyn. Brooklyn was a place where you knew who to talk to and when to talk. I lived on a street where there was constant activity in the front of my building with card playing drinking and gambling via cards. I would look out my window and see the side of the building via the alleyway. The only time I could see out of the window into a direct street was when I was in my living room. I was a young man back then and I did everything I thought a grown man should do to survive and take care of himself. Yes the struggling wasn't easy but I was determined to make it out of the living condition I was in by using my God given talent music. Eventually I was able to break through and meet so very extraordinary people in the music business. I will never forget you Brooklyn .. you were the place that taught me how to go hard and survive. Many corporations are looking for talent to work on their jobs with the pay of 15.00 -20.00 per hour. What we don't know is that many of these jobs are recruiting to over work the employees. The job description starts off where the employee will be doing one job at a certain pay rate, but when the employee is placed on the production floor things start to fluctuate which appears to be more job responsibilities for the employee. Many of these jobs especially in customer service jobs are high stressed level jobs that require lots of skill and patience in order to deal with the consumer. The job description somehow turns into other responsibilities outside of the job duties giving the employee more to do throughout the day. When I become a winner at what I do don't hate me root for me. Be excited that another successful person with a heart has made it into the world of being successful. Hating on someone because they are successful is not an attribute of God himself. God did not create you to become hateful but to become a loving individual that loves and to see another man or woman become great.
