A big tip is to start tracking your calories. This starts to scare some people, but trust me, you are going to learn so much about your body and how your body reacts to certain foods.

Lastly, we outline my greatest source of motivation, sometimes it is best to just sit down and think, take a step back and think about how you got to where you are, and how you want to make yourself look.
