With-Drew | The Life Podcast

I have created this podcast with a view to educating listeners on how to look after their mental health in our stressful modern life. By focussing on positive mindsets, setting aside the negativity pushed on us by society, and being mindful I believe we can take control of our mental health and push ourselves into much more beneficial mindsets.

The aim of the podcast is to spread as much knowledge on living a positive life, by speaking to guests who can motivate and educate from their own personal thoughts or experiences.
