Poor Gigi is sick this week, and so it's just up to Dan to talk about the power of language, and the way language can be utilised to say far more than it needs to.

Underestimating our use of language is underestimating our capabilities to empower valuable thinking skills!

When was the last time you said "No" to something and felt bad about it? When was the last time you DIDN'T say "No" to something and wish you did?

Gigi and Dan give a little breakdown on the problems we give ourselves by failing to say "No". Everyone loves a "Yes person", except for the "Yes person".

Following a casual heart to heart over the phone, Gigi and Dan decided to bring their conversation to the airwaves, about men, men's mental health and what masculinity has become.

This is a more serious episode, so take it as such. There is a lot for us to discuss, and this is only part 1 of what we hope with be a 2 part series.

When was the last time you entered a room and went "Why did I come in here?"? That was you talking to yourself. But see, talking to yourself got you in that room in the first place.

In this episode, Gigi and Dan give you a GLIMPSE of understanding how to create more positive self talk, or at least, give their own examples of how THEY do it...!

This week, Gigi and Dan talk about  Self Confidence which, unlike Self Esteem, is something we can develop at any age, but can truly be developed later in life. How, you might ask? Listen and find out!

Also in this week's episode, we have a very special guest on! Andy Forbes, the principal and CEO of the College joins us for a chat, and it turns out he's actually more fond of prison than you might think!
