DISHQUO is an app, but it is really a technology that goes with a lifestyle change. In an effort offer a real solution to health through tailored nutrition founder & CEO Marcos Rojas created DISHQUO as the in-your-pocket app designed to bring the healthy ingredients in a chosen meal plan to your door. Marcos himself was tired of extreme 'diet' culture, and burnout around him as a result of fat-loss fads and other short-term solutions that dont take body type and forming solid habits into consideration. This innovation works a bit like a personal nutritionist that builds you a meal plan (multiple meals) and allows you to plug that right into grocery delivery with it's Instacart® integration. Instead of counting calories or points, DishQuo hacks your body’s appetite control and fat storage mechanisms, so healthy weight loss and long-term health are no longer an uphill battle.

Episode 4 of 'Career Flips' is the story of Angie Bruhn; a hard-working American Woman who brings her fascinating experience working in the corporate world to her new coaching business (Elevate Execs) that helps her clients transition, strategize, and rethink the way they approach their careers.

Angie's story is as much about her transition or 'flip' to coach (from corporate professional), as it is the American Dream.

Elevate Execs is built upon her experience working in the corporate world for large organizations, and taking both the good & not-so-good that she encountered, and extracting what she knows to be hindering today's C-level Executive from planning transition, exiting, dreaming, and re-thinking the way they approach their careers.

The story of this professional is also the story of a working mother and human being that sees the need to bring humanity back to the workplace... and we could barely fit in all the great things she had to say and is doing in her life and is passionate about at Elevate Execs!

As with the first 2 episodes, Drew's guest is no stranger.

Around the same time Drew was launching Suited (looksuited.com) Ryan decided to 'get into donuts' and the two stayed loosely connected over the past 5 years. It was difficult to cut this one short, but we simply couldn't have a 1-hour episode in our first season! Maybe ever.

Listen as Ryan tells the all-too-familiar story of a guy with a perfectly fine job who is ..unsatisfied, and has a dream. Drew & Chuck worked together for a time, and have some history, and that is evident and felt in the audio interview. In terms of the video version, it was a classic first video series & podcast kickoff! Drew fumbles through internet issues (smooths out after about 8 min), and even signs off with our previous title. We found out late that our 2-years-ago chosen name (that apparently we sat with too long)wasn't used soon enough (good call Bill Brewster!), and Drew signs on/off with 'The Business Brew' only to find that days later we would be 'The Business Chat'.

Listen as Chuck shares a story many can relate to, of disappointment in life that changed for him dramatically with a perspective shift. So much so, that his musings and encouragements on social media led him to publish, 'Chuck's Lemonade' as a book combining his biography, and life transformation tips.
