What if everything you've been told about menopause has it backwards?
In this episode I offer a completely different way of understanding this transition, through the lens of Ayurveda, the stages of a woman's life, and the five feminine archetypes.
What if menopause isn't about drying out, fading, or becoming less? What if it's actually about burning away, burning away every limitation, every pattern, every version of yourself you've outgrown so you can finally step into the oracle you were always meant to be?
We move through the Ayurvedic stages of a woman's life, the transition from Pitta to Vata, and how each of the five archetypes, Saraswati, Durga, Kali, Lakshmi, and Parvati maps onto this transition as a complete guide home to yourself.
We also explore the shift from external to internal validation, what true resiliency actually looks like, and why this conversation isn't just for women in menopause, it's for every woman ready to know herself more deeply.

Ever wondered what sacred coding actually looks like in practice?
In this episode I do something a little different - a live breakdown of a reading of Tuesday's collective energy, showing you exactly how the three layers of sacred coding work together in real time.
We move through Pitta season and what the fire element is asking of us right now, Tuesday's numerology and what it means collectively and personally, and how your own unique sacred coding - your Ayurvedic constitution, your ruling number, and your dominant feminine archetype changes the picture entirely.
Using a real example, I show you how these layers weave together into something specific, personal, and genuinely useful for how you move through your day, your season, and your life.
This is sacred coding off the page and into lived experience.

In this episode I introduce the concept of your energetic signature and the three layers of sacred coding that make it up, your Ayurvedic constitution, your numerology, and your dominant feminine archetype.
This isn't about labels or boxes. It's about giving you a living map, one that's built entirely around you, so you can stop overriding your signals and start choosing differently from a place of deep self-knowledge and wisdom.
Because to know thyself is to trust thyself.

Somewhere along the way, we've learned to push through, ignore the whispers, and wear our exhaustion like a badge of honour.
And then we wonder why we feel disconnected from ourselves.
What if the answer isn't another routine or another thing to do?
Self-override happens when we lose relationship with ourselves.
Ritual is how we find our way back.
In this episode, we're exploring why small, intentional moments of presence can reconnect us to our natural rhythms, restore trust in ourselves, and become a powerful remedy for the overwhelm of modern life.

Nature doesn't override herself.
She doesn't skip spring and jump straight to summer.
She doesn't ignore her signals.
She doesn't push through exhaustion and call it resilience.
Yet somehow, we've made that normal.
In this episode, I'm diving into what Ayurveda teaches about nature's intelligence, why self-override pulls us further away from our own wisdom, and how reconnecting with nature may be one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with ourselves.
Because maybe the problem isn't that you've forgotten what to do.

June is asking something of you. Not more doing. Not more pushing through.
More pausing. More listening. More choosing from a place of wisdom rather than survival.
In this episode, we break down the numerological energy of June through the lens of self-override. We explore what the numbers are actually saying about where you might be reacting instead of responding, and what becomes possible when you finally pause and listen.
Because here's the thing: the numbers are telling a story. This month's energy is part of it. And when you understand it, everything shifts.

What if healing self-override isn’t about becoming someone new, but actually remembering who you already are?
In this episode, we explore the deeper journey of returning to yourself through the lens of the 5 R’s:
🌿 Root
🌿 Rise
🌿 Release
🌿 Remember
🌿 Reclaim
This conversation is a reflection on what it means to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, your intuition, and your self-trust in a world that constantly teaches women to override themselves.
Inside this episode, we explore:
– why healing begins with rooting into the body and the present moment
– how creativity, intuition, and self-expression help us rise into a new identity
– the patterns, beliefs, and survival responses we are being asked to release
– how remembering reconnects us to our innate wisdom and wholeness
– and what it truly means to reclaim your freedom, rhythm, and nervous system steadiness
We also weave in the foundation of:
✨ Ritual - intentional moments of presence and devotion
✨ Rhythm - honouring your natural cycles and inner seasons
✨ Regulation - remembering your ability to adapt, respond, and return to steadiness
Because regulation isn’t perfection.
It’s the sacred ability to move with life without abandoning yourself in the process.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, to listen and to remember the woman underneath the survival patterns.
Not to force your way forward, but to return to yourself with intention.

You don’t need to push harder.
You need to listen sooner.
Most women think self-override happens in the big moments. But the truth is, it’s happening in the small daily moments you barely notice
The moments where you move past what your body is asking for.
Where your routine becomes rigid instead of supportive.
Where you delay your needs and call it “being productive.”
In this episode, we explore the subtle ways self-override quietly keeps you stuck in survival mode, even when you’re doing all the “right” things.
This isn’t about creating the perfect routine. It’s about learning how to stay in relationship with yourself inside the life you already have.
Inside this conversation, we explore:
– the small daily moments where override actually happens
– how “healthy habits” can still disconnect you from yourself
– the difference between supportive structure and rigid control
– why seasonal living and nervous system awareness matter
– how delaying your needs reinforces burnout patterns
– and why joy is not a luxury, it’s regulation
Because healing self-override doesn’t happen through perfection. It happens through presence.
Through noticing.
Through listening.
Through small, real-time choices that bring you back to yourself.
This episode is to remind you don’t need a better routine. You need to stop abandoning yourself inside the one you already have.

There’s something many women don’t realize they’ve done.
Not all at once. But slowly, over time.
They’ve dimmed themselves.
Not because they’re broken.
Not because they’ve failed.
But because they’ve been giving, holding, nurturing everything and everyone around them, while quietly disconnecting from themselves.
In this episode, we explore what it really means to “turn your light back on"
Not as something you need to become, but as something you’re remembering. Inside this conversation, we move through:
– how self-override isn’t failure, but a form of forgetting
– the subtle ways women disconnect from their own needs and rhythm
– the power of your innate creativity, intuition, and adaptability
– how nurturing others often comes at the cost of nurturing yourself
– and what it actually looks like to return to self-trust and embodiment
We also weave in the wisdom of feminine archetypes, from the grounding presence of Parvati, to the fierce clarity of Kali, to the remembering of Saraswati, and the sovereignty of Durga.
Because this isn’t about doing more.
It’s about remembering who you are and choosing to meet yourself there.

There’s a different kind of energy moving through May.
Not loud.
Not rushed.
But deeply transformative.
In this episode, we explore the energetic landscape of May through numerology, seasonal rhythm, and feminine archetypal wisdom, and how it directly connects to the patterns of self-override so many women are living in.
We begin the month with powerful transformative energy, inviting you to look at the patterns you keep repeating, not from judgment, but from awareness.
Because the truth is:
"Patterns don’t persist because you don’t know better they persist because they’re tied to identity"
Inside this episode, we explore:
– how May’s energy supports identity shifts and deeper self-awareness
– the connection between self-override and who you believe you are
– the role of harmony, responsibility, and self-leadership this month
– where structure is supportive and where it becomes rigid
– how adaptability becomes the key to real transformation
– and how to begin choosing differently in real time
This is not about doing more.
It’s about becoming someone who no longer needs the pattern.

You don’t need to push harder.

Balance is something we’re constantly chasing. Whether it's:
More balance in our schedules.
More balance in our energy.
More balance in our lives.
My reflection starts with what if balance isn’t something you achieve, but it's more of
What you're participating in?
In this episode, we shift the conversation away from the idea of “perfect balance” and into a more grounded, embodied understanding of how balance actually works.
Because balance isn’t static.
And where most women get stuck is not in being “out of balance”, but in overriding the signals that tell them they are.
Inside this episode, we explore:
– why balance isn’t a fixed state
– how the nervous system naturally shifts between activation and rest
– where self-override keeps you stuck in imbalance
– how awareness becomes the doorway to regulation
– and how small, real-time adjustments rebuild self-trust
Because the goal isn’t to stay balanced.
The goal is to:
notice when you’re not… and respond differently.

You don’t need to push harder.
You need to listen sooner.
There’s a certain pull this time of year to reset.
To cleanse.
To start fresh.
And while that instinct isn’t wrong…
The way we often respond to it can be.
Because most detoxes focus on what you’re consuming, what to remove, what to add, what to restrict.
But they miss something deeper. How you’re relating to yourself while you’re doing it
In this episode, we explore:
– why not all detoxes create lasting change
– how self-override can still happen inside “healthy habits”
– the difference between forcing a reset and supporting your system
– why depletion matters more than discipline
– and what actually creates real, sustainable shifts
Because detox isn’t just about food.
It’s about patterns.
Behavior.
Presence.
And ultimately, your relationship with yourself.
This conversation invites you to move away from quick fixes and into something more grounded, more intentional, and more supportive.

There are seasons where everything feels heavier. Slower. Harder to move.
And in those moments, it’s easy to believe something is wrong.
That you’re stuck.
Unmotivated.
Or falling behind.
But what if that’s not the truth?
What if you’re not stuck at all, but simply out of rhythm?
In this episode, we explore:
– Why slower seasons can feel uncomfortable in the body
– How this discomfort leads to subtle self-override
– The difference between natural slowness and true stagnation
– Why both pushing and avoiding are forms of override
– How to gently reintroduce movement without forcing yourself
We also bring in the seasonal lens of Kapha energy a time of heaviness, grounding, and potential stagnation, and how to work with this energy instead of against it.
Because this isn’t about doing more.

Not loud. But undeniably present.
This month there's a pull toward change.
Toward movement.
Toward something new.
And while that can feel exciting… It can also feel deeply unsettling.
Because change doesn’t just bring expansion it brings unsteadiness.
And for many women, this is where self-override begins.
In this episode, we explore:
– Why change can feel dysregulating to the nervous system
– How the desire for stability can lead to subtle self-override
– The difference between feeling uncomfortable and feeling unsafe
– How to stay grounded and steady while life is shifting
We also gently weave in the energetic rhythm of this month from transformation and self-worth, to structure and mental clarity and how each phase invites you to respond differently instead of override.

In this final episode of the self-override mini-series, we’re looking at one of the most impactful and often unnoticed places this pattern shows up:
Your relationships.
Self-override in relationships doesn’t always look obvious.
It can look like over-giving.
Like staying quiet when something doesn’t feel right.
Like saying “yes” when your body is asking for something else.
And over time… this creates disconnection.
Not just from others — but from yourself.
In this episode, we explore:
– How self-override shows up in relationships
– Why this pattern feels so normal
– The subtle ways you disconnect from your own needs
– How to begin rebuilding self-trust within your relationships

Because burnout isn’t the root.
Override is.

• How survival mode becomes normalized in professional spaces

Through tension.
Through subtle signals that something needs to shift.
In this episode of Igniting Shakti, we explore how self-override shows up in our relationship with health, and how repeatedly pushing past the body’s signals keeps the nervous system locked in survival mode.
This conversation is not about fear or fixing yourself.
It’s about recognizing the moment where choice becomes possible.
When you begin to listen, patterns become visible.
When patterns become visible, you can interrupt them.
And when you interrupt them, self-trust begins to rebuild.

• How self-override shows up in physical symptoms
• Why exhaustion and chronic tension are not random
• The connection between nervous system survival loops and health patterns
• How small pauses create real physiological shifts
• The difference between pushing through and choosing from steadiness

It’s activating.
With eclipse intensity, change-driven energy, and a strong current of momentum, this month may quietly tempt you into self-override.
In this episode, I break down how March’s numerology and seasonal shifts may pull you toward:
• Moving too fast
• Overcommitting
• Controlling instead of trusting
• Proving instead of pausing
We explore how activation energy (fire), structure energy (earth), and emotional flow (water) can either reinforce survival mode or build self-trust.
You’ll learn how to interrupt override in real time using:
Ritual — pause before momentum
Rhythm — recognize your patterns
Regulation — choose steadiness over intensity
This month isn’t about doing more.
It’s about noticing where you’re about to move faster than your body agrees with.
Because every surge of energy offers two paths:
Self-override
or
Self-trust.
The choice builds your nervous system.

Remember:
You don’t need to push harder.
You need to listen sooner.
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens slowly every time you override your body’s signals and normalize survival mode.
In this episode, I break down what self-override actually looks like in real life:
• Pushing through exhaustion
• Calling scrolling “rest”
• Ignoring tension, resentment, and confusion
• Wearing resilience like a badge of honour
We don’t burn out because we’re weak.
We burn out because we’ve trained ourselves to override.
I also explore something deeper, kindness.
Real kindness isn’t performance.
It’s not self-sacrifice.
It’s the recognition that what we do to ourselves, we ripple outward.
When we honour our own signals, we become more grounded, more regulated, and more capable of honouring others.
This episode isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about interrupting self-override and learning how to return to steadiness, choice, and clarity.

Kick off of Season 3 — welcome to a new spiral of sacred remembering…and welcome to Season 3 of Igniting Shakti and what better way to begin than with the spark that lights every sacred path: ritual.
In this episode, I’m taking you by the hand - bestie-style - into the heart of what ritual really means (hint: it’s not just candles and altars).
It’s how we remember.
How we return.
How we regulate our nervous system by syncing with the rhythms of nature, of our body, of the sacred cycles that shape our lives.
We'll explore:
🌿 Why ritual is less about performance and more about presence
🌙 How ritual + rhythm weave together to support healing, embodiment, and nervous system safety
🔁 Why rhythm isn’t rigid — it’s deeply feminine, cyclical, adaptable, and alive
💫 How ancestral remembering, Ayurveda, numerology, and sacred feminine archetypes guide us home
Plus:
💡 Simple rituals you can begin today — even in the middle of chaos, even if you feel “not ready,” even if your to-do list is screaming louder than your intuition.
This is for the ones who crave a deeper way to live.
The ones who feel their soul stirring every time they light a candle, stir a pot, or step into silence.
This is your permission to make everything a ritual — brushing your teeth, boiling your tea, resting, creating, loving.
Because when ritual meets rhythm, we create the conditions for regulation… and remembering.
Ritual is the doorway.
Rhythm is the path.
Regulation is the sacred remembering.
Take a breath. Step through the veil.
Let’s begin.

Everything within your Being is speaking to you is some way. Your emotions, your body even the thoughts are an indication of where you may find yourself of your journey. Life is made up of duality that you can acknowledge to learn and grow from. The duality leads you to your light within. Your light that can never be extinguished. It's a light that does not require a wick or fuel, for it simply is within you. How you shine that light within is entirely up to you. Today's conversation I step into the emotions and what they can show you within the Ayurvedic lens of the Pitta dosha. As well I expand on that subtle essence of Tejas which is connected to the Pitta dosha. So...let's dive in and see where this conversation takes us.
Within the Sutras and more importantly living the sutras we find ourselves navigating the various roadblocks within our journey in life. One of those roadblocks is FEAR (abhinivesha). At the beginning of all roadblocks we find misconception. These roadblocks are a misperception, misunderstanding and delusion about our true nature and potential. It's when we believe we are our mind and thoughts, rather realizing we are actually using the mind to experience life. It's when this misperception and misunderstanding triggers our thoughts, words and actions and create for each of us to become out of sync with our deepest desires, passion and true Self.
Today I have a special guest - Alison Grass, the Spiritual Biz Witch, is a business coach and marketing mentor for coaches, healers, lightworkers, and service-based fempreneurs. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2020, following her second spiritual awakening, and a series of intuitive nudges led her to Spiritual Life Coaching.
Quickly after starting her online business, Alison realized she had a knack for marketing and sales. And within the first 9-months of starting her business, she hit her first 5-figure month, sold out her very first coaching program, and put in her resignation at her 9-5. In 2023 she realized that her true purpose was serving spiritual fempreneurs, which birthed the Spiritual Biz Witch brand. With her magical and practical approach to entrepreneurship, Alison helps her clients create soul-aligned, abundant businesses, while getting on the 6-figure path. Within our conversation we are diving into some of the keys it takes to keep the balancing act of the divine masculine and feminine energy within business and in life.

Rituals are a way that you can create more intention and sacredness to your day. Rituals brings your awareness of both energies and qualities of the masculine and feminine into play. As the masculine brings with it the structure of the foundation of the ritual, and the feminine the intuitiveness and the flow. Rituals and routines when done with presence and embodiment it can create even more change in your life by also creating new neural pathways, which from there can allow deeper transformation to happen. Transformation is allow yourself to embrace change and to evolve into your truth, into your Self. Rituals brings this unity of body, mind and soul, as well the unity of being and doing. It is a way that you can add more peace, ease and flow into each day.

The Shakti Goddess Chinnamasta shown in images of her head severed off, she's holding her own head in her hand, with her energy flowing into her own mouth and those of her two attendants. Yes...this image may not be something you may first think of when you think of the Divine Feminine or the goddess, but there's much more to the working with the goddess and Divine Feminine than may first meet the eye. As with all the goddess there is duality within them - there is light, dark and shadow work. There is energy to be felt into, lesson to be honoured and most of all the awareness of the duality that creates the pathway to release separateness and find liberation and freedom. It's a pathway that ask for intuition, that ask for trust and most of all ask for sacrifice. Sacrifice of letting go of the boundaries that keep you playing small. Sacrifice of standing in your power to honour your boundaries, your beliefs and where you may need to be more adaptable. All the Shakti Goddesses have their unique energy and awareness to teach you. They all have a voice to share and want you to own your power and voice. If your looking to experience more of the Divine Feminine in your life to bring more balance then I invite you to join me in the Haus of Shakti memebership. Heartbreak this experience of feeling wounded, a rawness that's not only painful, but in many cases requires this aspect of stepping into opening the heart wider and deeper. This is certainly what the Shakti Goddess Radha can show us in this life journey experience. She can guide us in power to open our hearts to it all the bliss and the pain. To see and feel into love as a gift of spirit. It's about finding this light within the darkness, to awaken to opening towards the inner divine core of ourselves. Heartbreak gives us the opportunity to reflect on your choices, to reflect on specific aspects of ourselves, to look inward to our own evolution and growth. It's a time to get curious and ask questions, to take a deeper look at our patterns, triggers, habits and attachment styles. Love at it's core is looking for the divine in all relationships, people and things.
Welcome! Today's episode to recalibrate by consciously pausing to rest and reflect. To create the space for stillness and quiet time and to also make the most of it. It can seem at times that we're driven to be doing something all the time. However, there's something to be said when we can shift our focus from doing to being. To notice where you may be out of balance and harmony, where you may be depleted or even too full. There are numerous benefits to allowing ourselves to embrace the quietness of being at times. There is a cycle, a season for all things to move, shift, transform and adapt and there are times when all each of us needs is stillness and quietness. To allow yourself those moments to wander, shapeshift or just be refreshingly empty.

Within today's episode it starts with those subtle essences the gunas sattva, rajas and tamas these fundamental vibrations that weave within us and the cosmos. They operate on the most subtle levels of the universe. Understanding the gunas assists in living in more alignment and attunement to our Truth and Wholeness. This also allows each of us to experience more overflow in life. The overflow that moves through surrendering, through gratitude and through being truly present in life. This awareness of both the state of the gunas within affects how we experience overflow in our life. For if overflow is always there, always present then it's directly affected by our choices and state of being.

This month within the Haus of Shakti we are exploring the Shakti Goddess Radha, the goddess of Romantic Longing, Devotion and Sacred Love. As with all in this life experience there is the duality and this shows up within love as obsession, jealously, closed off from the emotions. The thing is the emotions are a part of who we are and differently a part of our life experience. Like our body and thoughts, the emotions are an important part of living within our wholeness. This means that keeping an open heart allows for the exploring of the emotions within their truth, but not judging and getting attached to them. This give us this opportunity to be in the moment and feel into the rawness, into the vulnerability through the seed of sacred love, the highest form of love. Sacred love flows from and through an open heart and that not only gives use clarity, but also expands and inspires the passion within ourselves.

Today's episode is leaning into desire. Desire is more than just a want, at least that is when we are talking about the authentic seed of the desire. Reaching into the seed is connecting to the depths of the WHY within the desire. As with everything within the reality of this human journey there is the exploration of the duality. The duality guides and teaches that within the desire there is commonly the duality of lack of and abundance, in essence the two sides of the same coin. When we lean in to a specific desire, which is connected to passion as well as knowledge and action and we find ourselves diving into the seed, we discover the duality. The duality gives each of us the opportunity to feel this duality and eventually reconnecting to the wisdom of our Truth. Reawakening each of us to Self and that sets us free.

Welcome to today's episode where I dive into the aspects of this healing journey we all find ourselves on. For myself my journey has involved tools pulled from Ayurveda, Yoga and of course working with the Shakti Goddesses to heal, shift and move myself more into a place of balance and unity. Healing is certainly not a one size fits all kind of approach. It's often a mixture of tools and resources that we may be drawn to heal ourselves. Each of our journey's is different, however blending those techniques, tools and modalities to not only bring more balance into life, it can also bring new awareness to ourselves in discovering and reconnecting to our truth. It's this truth that we all have access to. That we all can explore on deeper levels that not only changes our own lives, but also create more movement within the collective. It all comes down to where you are on your own journey and knowing that it is always evolving as you are to.

In today's sweet and short episode I drop into something that has truly been dropping more into my own awareness and that is the pure power and magic of words in our lives. Whether your consciously aware of this or not we are always creating, nurturing or dissolving through the energy of our words that we are speaking, reading and listening too. Every single words expressed is being received by ourselves, others, even God, the Goddess, the Universe and divinity. Words allow us to express our desires. Words allow us to shift and move through live with purpose, and maybe even create and movement is some way. The important key here is to start paying attention to our words not just the words themselves, but how we're using them.

To understand the full scope of the energy of the Triple Goddess, which is present within the Shakti Goddess and other cultures, is that this energy resides within all of us. It's a way that we can embody our true divine nature. Is a way that we can feel, see and be in this energy of the maiden, the mother and the crone working together. Is a way that we can also feel, see and be in this energy of both the divine feminine and divine masculine working and playing together. It's knowing and understanding the gifts that both and feminine and masculine energy provide for us. It allows for each of us to drop more into our hearts, more into trust, more in our own wisdom, our own divinity. It allows for us to build a deeper relationship with ourselves, our Truth and to remember the truth of who we are.

Today's episode as most of us prepare for the holidays, I wanted to touch on this inner most spiritual centre, this field of bliss and joy. This light of bliss shines through through our unbounded awareness of our experience of Self - sometimes called Soul or Source. Joy for me is a choice! It's a way of showing up. It's a way of BEing. We are given the choice to choose love and compassion over anger and fear. We can experience joy as a state of mind. We can choose to release and dissolve old beliefs and limitations to lean more into the light of pure consciousness, so that light can shine through. There's the duality wrapped up in all this, which allow us the opportunity to not only choose our path, but to always adapt and grow from. I hope this holiday season finds you choosing joy and bliss and surrounding yourself with people, situations and choices that allow more of your inner light, of your Self to shine through. Happy Holidays!

Today's episode includes a meditation with the Shakti of Bhuvaneshwari. The Goddess Bhuvaneshwari is the goddess we are working with in the Haus of Shakti this month. She has many names Great Enchantress, Mistress of All. She is the creatix, the mother of worlds. We can invoke Bhuvaneshwari for this experience of full embodiment, to feel into the sense of our own body as sacred. She is thee Shakti who manifests all life from within herself, she is also the Shakti who can contain and transform the inevitable suffering of being alive. Within today's meditation we are dropping into expansiveness within the heart, bringing our awareness to the great heart that is capable of holding this expansion of love, healing, transformation and all possibilities.

With the holiday season quickly approaching it's a time that busyness can disrupt for many of us within the Northern Hemisphere this time of rest, self-inquiry reflection and renewal. A time that stillness can bring the deeper work of building that deeper relationship with Self. It's a time to lean into seeing and acknowledging our pure potential with our selves and within others. It's a time to build our Self-knowledge. Why? Self-knowledge is power! With this power comes with it the understanding of the ways you can support and heal yourself and definitely be able to support others in your life. When we take this time to just BE we will be given clues from not just our body, but from our mind and emotions. This will allow us the space to tap into our own personal compass that assist each of us in our evolution, in our transformative journey.

Welcome to today's episode! This entire month the Shakti Goddess we have been exploring and embracing is the Shakti Goddess Sita. Within the embodiment practices and work within the Haus, the clarity on the importance of the cycles in life and through the work of the goddesses has been the key to unlocking the transformation that working with the Shakti goddesses brings to life. It's these cycles of creation, sustainability and dissolving that leads to expansion, to living life more with this energy of embracing our Truth - our TRUE NATURE. This all leads to the liberation of building a deeper connection to Self. The more I work with the Shakti Goddesses, the more I discover and remember my true potential, my true essence of BEing. I want to help you to discover and remember that for your self too. Sita emanates this devotion and unconditional love from every pore of her golden body. Sita's love appears in the spaces between people, the spaces between nature and ourselves. It's the energy within relationship, it's the love that life has for every animal, plant, insect and within the earth itself. Sita brings forth this devotional love that transcends hardship and suffering. She shows us the light within ourselves, the light and pathway to Self. Within today's episode we will also go through a quick meditation and inquiry of finding Sita's love with ourselves. Today's episode we continue on this pathway of the Shakti Goddess Sita. Sita reminds us that we have this ability to always anchor in through the essence of love. That even through harsh treatment and suffering we can still attune to the love within and through the divine forces. When we are attuning to the Goddess Sita we are connecting with the compassionate feminine, to the heart of the compassionate feminine. There is great power in love and devotion. Sita supports us in the remembrance of devotion to unconditional love, to nurturing - to ourselves, others and all living being. Sita reminds us of the values to the foundational earthiness within and in the Wholeness of all.

Welcome to a new month and it's time to invoke and work with a new Shakti Goddess. This month it's the young maiden goddess - Sita. She is an earth goddess her name actually means "furrow." She is discovered in a furrow as a glowing, golden child. Sita holds this essence of loyal and unconditional love and her ability to love through suffering. When we attune to Sita we are identifying with this heart of the compassionate feminine. In this power strength of love and loyal to oneself and others. In the Haus of Shakti we are devoting this entire month to the Goddess Sita.

Let's jump into Goddess Dhumavati's origin story and myth. Looking at Shakti through this lens of the triple goddess the maiden, mother and crone. Dhumavati the crone goddess is the ancestral guide and stands behind the other goddessess. She is the Grandmother Spirit a great teacher who bestows her lessons and gifts. Are you ready for story and myth. Let's go!
Dhumavati the crone goddess of disappointment and letting go. She reminds us that throughout life we are faced with challenges that the only way through is through surrendering and letting go. Behind her eyes of disappointment, loss and sadness is the great teacher of letting go, of non-attachment, of getting raw and vulnerable. She is the crone goddess of wisdom that leads us to deep peace and freedom.
Join me as we explore the Shakti - crone goddess Dhumavati.
Welcome back y'all. It's great to be back after the summer break. In today's episode we jump back into the sacred divine feminine and how she manifests, the power that she is. The word Shakti literally means POWER. Within this episode I took a look at the five faces of Shakti, the five powers. How these powers come into play in the cosmic act of creativity and how divine intelligence initiates, inspires and evolves within and all around us. Let's take a look at the dance that forms when there's this balance between the feminine and masculine. How they are interwoven and finding our own truth within this dance.

Hey Y'all welcome back. Today's episode is a solo one and I wanted to lean into connecting more with this simplicity that is available to us all. A simplicity in our day to day activities, in our evolving and taking this approach that simplicity is actually running within the underlying connectedness of everything. To the actions we take, to the duality in life, to the hows and whys. To bring this unity to how we show up day to day, to our practices and to who we are. As much as there is this complex web within all there is also a subtle simplicity running along side it as well and it always can come down to choice in our understanding and how we approach life in how we each can bring more simplicity to our life and everything around us.

Today we dive into a meditation that allows us to jump in to the embodiment of Shakti, the goddess as our own body. This meditation takes us through this awareness and recognition that Shakti, the Goddess is living within and all around. The essence of Shakti, the Goddess, the divine Feminine is within all, whether the inner universe of Self or the outer universe of everything all around us. Allness is this blend of both the masculine and feminine energetics and for good reason too. As the Allness requires both to bring unity and ease into the Living Force of Allness. The more I learn, the more awareness I bring to life within understanding duality, wholeness and Allness, it becomes more apparent that there is no separateness in the Living Force of Allness , it is this unity of "what is" and "what will be". Within this meditation from Sally Kempton "Awakening Shakti" it's time to recognize Shakti within and all around through embodiment. Enjoy!

In this solo episode I delve into embodiment. Why do we need more embodiment into our daily life. How can embodiment bring more bliss and vitality to our day. What can more embodiment bring to our lives that can boost our clarity, health and well-being. Well I take a leap into what embodiment means to me and how bringing more embodiment into our daily practices can offer more healing, peace and a deeper sense of wholeness. Being more present each day, brings with it more awareness and that brings with it clarity within our choices, which then can offer the potential for so much more.

Welcome to today's episode which I talk about the differences of the divine masculine and feminine. As well take a look the qualities of when both the feminine and masculine are in a balanced, harmonious state and when these are in a state of imbalance or you could say in excess or depletion. The key here is to have awareness of both of these qualities or aspect in life, and with that awareness being able to notice when imbalances occur and to make those subtle shifts to create more of this dual balance in our life, business and the way we create. It's about bringing this flux of both the masculine and feminine into life with ease, courage and harmony.

Today's topic the inner detoxing that can bring us closer to embracing our wholeness. Yes there's this duality within and all around, however to move things through we need to take responsibility in honouring all those aspects that make us who we are and yes that includes the shadow, dark parts. Now with all that being said there's needs to be time that we set aside to detoxify the inner being from thoughts, emotions as this decluttering will move these qualities through so they don't become stagnant within, which let's face it, will show up eventually in our external world. An inner detox is about living consciously and releasing, so we can than move forward to create, transform and evolve and that creates impact and service within the external world.

Sitting perfectly still with eyes closed is not a prerequisite for being mindful. The fact is a little movement can bring you back into the moment. When we make this daily connection to being present through out the day it gives back to us by creating the space and the intention for healing and creating better health. The more we bring in practices that integrate mind-body, the more we experience embodiment. It's through these moments of truly being present that opens the door to listening to the body and reawakening to our inner wisdom and intuition. Mindfulness leads to understanding, dealing with and resolving unwanted habits to bring in more balance and harmony in life. Nourishing your skin is more than just putting products on the external, this certainly can feel like it is doing the trick in the moment. However going deeper to really create nourishment for your skin is yes, an internal practice as well. Skin care is a strategy that incorporates both the internal and external and by doing this you bring in long lasting nourishment for the skin and your whole self. It's through connecting to deeper knowledge of your wholeness that the creation of whole-body vitality and radiance shines through.

It's through the simplicity of daily rituals and practices that with the right intention can bring in the space to witness your thoughts and impulses. Loving this episode on Mothering, especially after this recent Mother's Day. Mothering is this multidimensional nurturing journey that is joyful, but also overwhelming and exhausting at times. We are raising our children, ourselves as well be there for countless others. Mothering is a journey of nurturing and being a 'caregiver', a journey of caring, no matter how or when it starts. A common essence of mothering whether you have children or not is this ability to move mountains, to let go, to create and to be transformed. Mothering and nurturing changes you and enhances your capacity to love. There is this vulnerability and strength within mothering and nurturing others and simply put, power in growing up happy, heathy and social. In today's episode I take a stroll through this place we all call home and the magick that resides here around us and within. So, let's go and explore this magickal world today through the elements.
When you touch your innermost spiritual centre, you are connecting to your field of bliss and joy. It is through awareness of your experience of Self and all that makes you - YOU. The subtle essence of Prana is described in many cultural traditions as the bringer and sustainer of life. Many traditions say the soul enters the body with that first rush of air in the lungs. Within Ayurveda and Yoga, prana is the most subtle and enlivening unit of energy. It is the field that underlies your physical/mental structure and functioning. Breath is the vehicle for pranic life force. There is a cycle which includes breath that we can create joy, bliss and happiness. I thank you for listening and look forward to sharing again soon.

It is a great honour to have Dr. Sherry Price on todays episode to share her story and how she is helping women with their relationship with alcohol. Like the hundreds of women Sherry has helped, she realized that she had an overdrinking habit that she just couldn't break. She would try all the common tactics (Dry Januarys, making rules like not having it during the week, or not allowing it in the house), but she found she would still revert back to her old habits. After years of struggling, she develop a science-based solution that breaks the overdrinking habit without requiring you to give up alcohol completely. By changing your desire to drink, you no longer crave alcohol or look forward to it at the end of the day. Its going into the root of the symptom of overdrinking. Sherry has a program called Drink Less Lifestyle which helps women change their relationship with alcohol. Through the program women learn that alcohol is no longer important for your happiness or to get through the day. Dr. Sherry Price is "Helping women pursue what matters most in life." Her website is www.sherryprice.com. You can grab her free resource "Quick Start Guide to Effectively Break Your Overdrinking Habit". You can also follow her on instagram @drsherryprice. Thank you so much for listening. With so much gratitude to my guest Dr, Sherry Price and to you for listening.
What is emotional intelligence? I go into this wisdom of the heart that looks to the emotions as a way to build a stronger relationship with ourselves and to bring more self-awareness to who we are. It is through emotional intelligence that we become better leaders, become more interconnected with our whole self, as well more connected with family, friends, co-workers and loved ones where we give respect and space for the experience of emotions. Emotional intelligence understands that building a relationship with our emotions gives us the opportunity to better handle stress, conflict, challenges and of course change. I really love this research into emotional intelligence and I hope you enjoy this episode. You can always check out my website at www.ayurvedicwellnessbynatasha.com. Thank you again for your support and listening.

Today's episode is all around Food and our intention to preparing, to eating, as well as the herbs and spices we add to enhance flavor and healing. To incorporate the innate wisdom of the body to guide us to those foods, herbs and spices that will bring the most nourishment, healing and overall feeling good in our whole being. This intuitive wisdom often guides us to what we truly need to nurture ourselves and bring balance into the mind, body and emotion, if we listen and come from a place of observation and awareness.
Self-care is a practice of self-study, of self love and GIVES to our health and well-being. Self-care from a place of intuitiveness requires us to witness in ourselves what is needed in the moment and having the courage to follow through with that practice that is going nurture us fully. Self-care is related to how we take everything in our world or you could say how we digest everything and to base our practices around nature, the seasonal changes, times of day and cycles of life.
In this episode the conversation is around the one question I get asked most "what is Ayurveda and more importantly feminine from Ayurveda?" For me Ayurveda is more than the doshas, or a healing system or doing daily routines. Yes, these are all part of what makes Ayurveda this "knowledge of life". However, to delve more into Ayurveda, as this inner wisdom of understanding self on a deeper level of awareness, of our connection with nature and the choices that we make that can create either more balance or imbalance within us.
