Lilah and Grams: Book NookGrams Into: Welcome to Lilah and Grams: Book Nook! During 2020 my granddaughter Lilah and I decided to start a book discussion between the two of us. We would choose books together to read and to discuss. I will admit, my goal was to give her parents a break during working from home and working with virtual school and two kids. But, I think what we both found out was there are a lot of great young reader books and they were quite ripe for the discussion. Lilah Into: I think our podcast is about sharing our opinions about books. It shows people, that others think about books in different ways. It also shows that no matter your age you can have fun reading books. I think our podcast tells the listeners how fun books can really be.What you are getting is a 20-minute version of our weekly discussion. Lilah and I meet via Zoom once a week. At that time, we will discuss several chapters from questions gleaned and notes made. We are notorious for highlighting and underlining in our books. In a month we usually will complete an entire book. Maybe you are wondering how we choose a book. It is a group project. We will comb and scour websites and libraries looking for something we both may like.
