Ryan is one of the top Performance and Fitness coaches in the game right now. From training Super Bowl Champions, Super Bowl MVPs, NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Major League Baseball MVPs, NBA athletes, award-winning movie stars, and probably his most high-profile client, me.

Ryan has a great story as he was a highly sought-after football star and played football at Arizona State. However, while there he ran into some unfortunate injuries that required 2 ACL surgeries that lead him down an unexpected path. After going from roughly 330 pounds down to 220, Ryan has turned setbacks into comebacks and he is a sought-after leader in the health and fitness space.
