NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Club is a group of students at St. John Fisher College who advocate for mental health awareness. We are a community who seeks to spread a message of being open about mental health and working towards breaking the stigma around mental health. As college students, we understand that life is stressful, and we try to provide support for everyone, including other students, professors, coaches, etc. We attempt to do this in a variety of ways including support group meetings, allowing a confidential space for students. We hope you enjoy our podcast!
