I'm a registered massage therapist that has been with the CMTO since 2014. Over the years I've specialized in post operative care, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and scar tissue rehabilitation. I've feel very blessed to be a part of the rehabilitation journey with my clients, and to continuously coach and share all of the knowledge I have so far.
The misconception about massage sessions having to be "deeper" to be therapeutic or beneficial is a myth. I go into reasons why deeper isn't always better and reasons why this can actually be quite the opposite.
