I started my healing journey over a year ago and I want to share with you my healing process. I decided to take charge of my life and improve areas that I was lacking. It's been a happy, crying, sad and frustrated challenging year but it was worth it. I decided to put a million percent into healing my mind, body, and soul. My purpose for this podcast is to share my deepest rawest and real-life healing and hopes to inspire others to start their healing journey.
