What a way to celebrate 100 episodes with Pat Flynn from Have Heart, also the longest episode I've ever had. Pat is a history teacher so I learned alot of punk and hardcore history in this one. And sorry for the yawns, it was kinda early for for me, but I assured Pat I was never bored!
