In this episode I share my story with wellbeing, and how important it Is to take care of our physical, emotional and spiritual health so we can show up for our business the way we want to.
I talk through my own journey of life with ulcerative colitis, growing up in a family with mental health problems, addiction, narcissistic abuse, and how I spent many years in self-sabotage by binge-eating and unhealthy habits that ultimately led me to getting severely sick.
I cover how I spent much of my 20s spiritually by-passed the deeper level work by trying to “manifest” my problems away, but found the deeper inner work was the catalyst to improving not just my health, but gave me huge confidence in my business because the trauma’s that made me sick, were also the ones playing out in my business keeping me stuck.
This is why wellbeing is so important to me, and work that I believe every entrepreneur should take seriously, because without it, our businesses cannot thrive on a bigger level.
