It's one of the most difficult things to do, but something that a lot of us actually need to do, and it all starts with the decision that we choose to make.
A lot of the people I've spoke to over the past few years have one thing in common: they are all broken, and I can certainly relate. It's incredible just how many of us are like this, and this is what I talk about today.
It's not nice to eat on your own, but it is amazing to have good flame grilled, fried, baked or whatever style of cooking you like with your friends.
I don't think I really made my point with the last couple of episodes, so here we are again.
It can be very heart wrenching when we get that text or that call to sit down because we would have to "talk". We all know what it means, and that's what I'm talking about today.
Our Childhoods are going to be remembered so much better than that of Generation Alpha, the generation born after 2010.
