It's one of the most difficult things to do, but something that a lot of us actually need to do, and it all starts with the decision that we choose to make.
A lot of the people I've spoke to over the past few years have one thing in common: they are all broken, and I can certainly relate. It's incredible just how many of us are like this, and this is what I talk about today.
