Financial Wellbeing That Delivers ROI for Individuals and Workplaces

Financial wellbeing isn’t just about retirement savings, it’s about reducing stress, improving decision-making, and creating long-term security for individuals while boosting productivity and engagement for workplaces. Yet for many, pensions and financial planning are confusing, overwhelming, or pushed to the bottom of the list.

In this episode, I am joined by Ross Williamson, Financial Planner at PM+M, to demystify financial wellbeing and explain how better planning benefits both employees and employers.

In this conversation, you’ll discover:

  • Why so many people delay pensions and financial planning and the cost of waiting.
  • What pensions really are (explained in plain English), the main types, and who they suit best.
  • How salary sacrifice/ salary exchange works, why it isn’t scary, and how it actually saves money for both individuals and organisations.
  • Practical examples of pension contributions for long-term stability.
  • The link between financial wellbeing, employee engagement, and workplace performance.
  • Three simple, actionable tips anyone can apply to improve financial wellbeing today.
  • Why financial planning is not just numbers but also it’s about people, choices, and quality of life.

Whether you’re an individual wanting to feel more in control of your money, or a business leader aiming to strengthen your financial wellbeing strategy and deliver ROI, this episode will give you clarity, confidence, and practical steps to move forward.
