Kat’s interests are as broad as her expertise and in our wide ranging and freewheeling conversation Kat took us on her journey from teacher and journalist to therapist.

In all her work Kat is focussed on helping people improve their health, well-being and fitness. But the reasons people seek Kat’s help are as varied as the individual focus she gives to all the support she offers for all the conditions people seek help with from lymphoedema to osteoporosis to diabetes.

As with many therapists Kat’s curiosity has influenced her studies and teaching as well as her own personal health journey - Kat is a cancer survivor. Her interest in helping people with insomnia comes from her own struggles with sleep as a result of her treatment.
