Yes I was a manifestation girly that was all about positive affirmations, law of assumption, following coaches, scripting…only to realize that God had a higher purpose for me.
Our body can have a negative reaction to something in order for it to protect us from potential danger. However, we may not always listen to it. We brush it off and label it as just “anxiety” or “overthinking”. Let’s stop gaslighting ourselves and actually listen to what our body is trying to tell us.
