Here we go, man. The big push before the epic battle at Minas Tirith. The last stand of the power of mankind against the forces of Mordor. Who will be victorious and who will be the newest most eligible bachelor in Middle Earth? Stay tuned to find out.
The aftermath of the battle of Helms Deep leaves the company in good spirits but they all know that the worst is yet to come. Saruman has been defeated but the real danger still lives and gains power in the east. Theoden and his men of Rohan must align their forces with those of Gondor and even then, it is a fool's hope. Forsaken in these lands.
In the final episode for the Two Towers, we catch up with our dear Mr. Frodo and his loyal servant Samwise. Now separated from the rest of the fellowship the two must find their own way to Mordor but they quickly end up lost. Until an unlikely companionship is formed.
For the conclusion of book 1 of the Two Towers we slowly follow our heroes as they prepare for the inevitability of war. Joining with the men of Rohan the begin to bunker down for the siege of Sauron's mighty legion 10,000 Uruk-hai on the most well-fortified stronghold known to mankind.
On we go following the now broken fellowship as Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas track the group of evil Uruk-hai that have captured Merry and Pippin and run into a new kingdom of men that will shape the rest of the Two Towers: The Rohirim. A strong Viking like society that lies directly in the crosshairs of Saruman the White. New friends are made, old friends miraculously return, and things are just ramping up for our heroes.
The Fellowship is formed and has begun its quest to help Frodo destroy the One Ring in the bowels of Mordor. The true task is at hand, but many evil forces oppose our heroes and shit stars getting fucked up real quick. From the tops of the Misty Mountains to the depths of Moria Saruman and his minions are tracking the party's movement across Middle Earth and bringing destruction and chaos to their world. Shit is just starting to get rowdy.
Part 2 in the series but part 1 of The Fellowship of the Ring. We follow our unlikely hero Frodo and his fellow hobbit companions on the first leg of their journey out of the Shire up until the formation of the fellowship. Chased by the cursed Nazgul (the Black Riders), haunted by barrowwights, almost swallowed by trees, the four hobbits narrowly make it to Rivindel with the help of a few unlikely friends.
Fill your mugs with ale and spark up a pipe full of longbottom leaf and get ready for this extended series on JRR Tolkien's mythical universe of Middle Earth. We're going through the Lord of The Rings saga one by one starting with the first of the originally published books; The Hobbit. Setting up the world and the immediate circumstances that lead into the famous trilogy, The Hobbit changed the world of literary fantasy and still stand as one of the most published and loved books of all time and opened the door to a new way of thinking about what this genre could encapsulate.
Here we go again. A tale as old as time; white Europeans invading lands, pillaging and plundering all for some rich landowners and religious oligarchs to flex their political power and military might. However, things don't really go as planned (or not so well planned) as the might of the Muslim army doesn't go down quite as easly in their fight for the Holy Land known as Jerusalem.
Continuing the discussion on how we became the modern humans we are today, joined once again by David Attenborough, we dive into the physical adaptations we evolved over time to make us the most dominant species on planet Earth.

Hey! Charlie's back everyone! This week we get personal as hell, because we're talking about mental health awareness. Not gonna lie, we each get a touch vulnerable as we speak openly about our own personal struggles in mental health what that really means in general. Hopefully us being honest and open can help others along their own journey to the summit.

Sucker! This week we're talking all about psychics and their ability to mess with your mind. Is it really psychic abilities, or just subtle suggestion, leading questions, and people reading? You'll just have to decide for yourself.

If you're a demon sitting next the the likes of Beelzebub, Moloch, and Satan in the bowels of hell and your name is Leonard you know for sure you're the one taking coffee orders for the office and really hoping you don't get those orders wrong. This weeks episode is all about angels and demons. And Leonard. Sigh.
The ancestors are speaking through you, my child. The genetic history of your being has been shaped for millennia, you must only follow the branches of your particular tree down to it's very roots to see that all living things are connected by the dispersion of seed through out the universe. Basically whoever in your bloodline banged ten thousand years ago could be affecting who you are today, so that's pretty neat!!! Also maybe just weird to think about.
After the initial recording was absolutely botched by an incompetent producer, who has since been fired, we pulled ourselves up by our bootstraps and pressed on into the abyss and recorded another episode. Free will vs. determinism, epi-genetics, and ancestral memory are big topics but not too big for us to make fools of ourselves trying to figure out the mysteries of the universe we live in.
A quick little transitional episode about cryptids, bigfoot, and I guess the pyramids? Apologies for the audio quality but this was the best we could make happen while Danny moves to New York but here it is. Next week we will be back to our usual technical prowess.

Skinwalker Ranch and the Uinta basin in Utah has a very storied and mysterious past filled with myths, legends, curses, cryptid sightings, paranormal activities, UFO encounters, and other generally weird encounters; but nothing ever seen or reported can match the truly awe inspiring being that is... The Spooky Dookie. The true savior of all humanity. Not the hero we needed but undoubtedly the one we honestly deserve.

After a grueling interview I said hey, I guess we'll see how this goes, but I think it goes just fine.
How old is civilization really? The truth is nobody knows for certain but isn't that really the underlying issue? The ancient history of our past is shrouded in mystery and chances are there will likely never be a definitive answer to many of the questions surrounding the origins of our modern society. The foundation of civilization may not be as linear as we were taught.

Suicide is a topic of conversation that seems pretty taboo in our culture but it is a real thing that affects so many people around the world so we decided to do a podcast focused on our personal experience. If we can have a real conversation about it, so can America and hopefully we can help some people out there who are left in a similar circumstance.
