Bear with me - Lost the thread with a little too much background on this one, but I come back around to it. Powering through after averaging 3 hours of sleep last week, so bear with me it picks up toward the middle.
The circus continues and distractions abound, but we have no one to blame but ourselves.
On May 11, the public camping ban goes back into effect in Austin. Here I provide a brief history and my still forming thoughts on the subject.
