I catch up with @ryancreswellproperty for a good chat on all things property.
Ryan started young in property with his first buy to let, he soon realised he needed a higher cash flowing strategy which led him into rent to rent!
Whilst working in his corporate job, he built a small portfolio of rent to rents which allowed him to leave his 9-5 and go full time into his property, his true passion.
We discuss the mistakes/lessons learned in Ryan’s journey so far.
We also touch on Ryan’s most recent project, a £100K HMO conversion!
