Holding a grudge usually hurts you more than the person that wronged you.
This doesn’t mean putting yourself in a position to be hurt again, just not dwelling on the wrong itself.
Things you do need to meditate on...

- where your problem areas are.
- steps to take in order to do it differently.
You need to mention what you’ve learned to people you trust

- Friends

- Misbehave

- Act terribly
- If you aren’t patient with yourself, you will have a hard time being patient with a child.
- Find a person whose traits or skills you admire and wish to learn from, and ask them to help you gain those things for yourself.
