For Our Special Kids: Recent Episodes

For Our Special Kids is simply that...For Our Special Kids. When you realize you have a magic child on your hands, you do everything you can for them. So...I started a podcast to honor and highlight the magic and the mess of raising a child with special needs. What I have learned over the past 5 years is profound:1. My child is WAY smarter than me.2. She has opened me up to the incredible world of intuition, psychic abilities, mediumship, healing, telepathy, galactic travel, the angel realms, spirit guides, and a whole lot more.3. If we can learn to let go of expectations, the universe will blow your mind.4. I wouldn't want to spend another day of my existence without her in my life. 5. I am a better person because she chose me as her mom. So...while I originally intended to focus on providing tools and therapies and amazing stuff for parents/caregivers with a child with special needs...this has really morphed into a podcast for parents that are curious about new and innovative ways to better connect with their child. How can you use CranioSacral Therapy to be a better parent? How might crystals help soothe the energy within your home? How can your child's birth chart help you become a better home schooling parent? What is the best way to maneuver an IEP while celebrating the differences your magic child brings to the school? So, thanks for joining me...it's gonna be a fun ride and I promise we'll make mistakes along the way. But hell...that's parenting for ya!!!Smooches,Jen

In early January… we did an episode with Rhona x about her CBD oils and the life she has created for her children.

That episode received a lot of attention and as a result, I was approached by Ethan Pompeo. Ethan shares his story today with us. And, while we do talk about CBD, we talk about a lot more. He introduces me to PANDAS, which I had never heard of. We talk about how not having an accurate diagnosis as a 13 year old lead him down a pretty disruptive path. While he had extremely supportive parents, his journey was challenging. He shares all sorts of lessons learned with us today.

Giving thanks to all of you this week. We've had some very fun new listeners...so welcome to the community.

The card I pulled today was from the book Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams and David Carson. You can learn more at Medicine Cards – The Discovery of Power Through the Ways of Animals.

The team I connect with is called my "Spirit Ohana." They have specifically requested that I call them my family in Hawaiian. There is a short podcast covering this discovery if you have interest.

Well, it took me a while to get today’s guest on the show but I’m so happy we could finally get our schedules to coordinate. Tracy is a wonderful human being and also Teal’s primary speech therapist. I say primary because even though she lives in the LA area and we only do Zoom calls with her, she has created more movement and change within Teal in 1 year than any other speech therapist we’ve worked with. And, we’ve worked with a lot.

So, if you look back on all the hours of speech therapy your child has done and you aren’t satisfied with the results, give Tracy a call. I’m not kidding when I say she’s changed our world.

On Sept 4th, 2022, Kaydee introduced us to human design. And today, she provides a lot of details as to how the body graph from human design can give us insight on how to handle strong emotions like frustration or how to speak with our children in a way that meets their needs. Kaydee gives a ton of examples for Teal but I’m hoping you can pull some nuggets of information about yourself and your child.

The episode today is a follow up to last week's emotional "dump" from me. I had a wonderful chat with Etienne Jambou and Tania Ginsberg-Jambou…who are wonderful friends of mine. Tania has joined us in the past (April 13th of 2023 and June 26, 2022) and today her husband has joined us for a lovely conversation to pull through some new concepts like “diving into the darkness”, how to create a safe place for sharing, staying in the present vs. creating a worry filled future, and how moms and dads look at the future differently.

In this extremely raw episode, Jen opens up about how her positive vibrational energy and hope has shifted since Teal's diagnosis; something she is very much ashamed to admit. Jen openly shares the raw truths about feelings no one likes to discuss and looks at the heaviness of guilt.
However, in the end, she shares two profound truths and provides you with a 4-minute guided meditation (if you choose to join her) that will help shift those heavy emotions back to a lighter, higher vibration.

In today’s episode, Jen and Kelley talk about topics we’ve never covered here at For Our Special Kids

Kelley Coleman gets Jen to talk about some not-always talked about concepts and issues. Using the words special needs vs. disabled is just one example.

They talk about ableism and why there is a negative stigma around this entire community. They get into staring and when our children are just being themselves in public and how easy it can be to openly address the behavior and not the disability.

Kelley is really good at using phrases that highlight the positives while not making excuses. She shares quite a few examples.

This is a really good conversation that stumps Jen on a few different levels.

This week’s episode is honest, vulnerable, raw, tearful, extremely challenging, brave, heart breaking, and also hopeful.

This is Lee Tonk’s 1st time telling his story. He is a private person and for most of Remy’s life he traveled this journey of parenting a child with a disability in silence and alone. And, it is emotional. We both cry. We laugh a little too.

But, a lot of what Lee shares is brutally honest. At times, I cringed at his experiences and my heart felt the tug of sorrow and grief.

This episode might be really hard for some of you to listen to but I really encourage you to take the time needed to hear Lee, understand his journey, and know that if you’re going through a similar situation, there is hope. As Lee says towards the end of our discussion, I’d give it all up to have her back.”

Thank you for listening. I hope you know you aren’t alone. Please let me know if this episode helped you feel a little more connected to our community of parents and children.

This is a continuation of the Mom Rage conversation Jen had with Joi last week. We realized that there is the sad but true darker side of rage that can at times turn physical. This episode talks about when the verbal rage gets physical. But, it more importantly talks about what we can do as moms to take better care of ourselves and get in front of a situation.

Diane Ernst gives great tips for all of us who struggle every now and again with extreme exhaustion, isolation, and overwhelm.

We are not at all saying physical rage is an okay response to the above. Please know, we wanted to talk about it so that we all have tools in our toolbox to use BEFORE anything goes beyond the verbal.

This was the article Jen read from in the beginning of the episode: Mom Rage: What It Feels Like and How It Can Affect Kids (psychcentral.com)

Please reach out to a nurse, pediatrician, therapist, or clergy if you do feel that you are not able to control your emotions. There are many resources to support you.

In this week's episode, Jen and Kristen (returning mama) talk about how Jen can better handle the question, "What's her diagnosis?" Jen tends to sway toward anger when this question comes out of stranger's mouths and she reached out to her friend, and former therapist, for some answers.
Together they brainstorm unique ways to address this question. They also dive into the deeper meaning behind this question and why people feel they can ask it. What does it say about them? And why do people think they can just ask?
Kristen also openly shares how stares are so not-helpful. How peeing at a movie theatre is impossible. And, they both chat about different ways people could start conversations, offer help, and so much more!

Last week we spoke with Eli Harwood, the Attachment Nerd, about sexual abuse. This week we are speaking with Jayneen Sanders, an author and publisher, of books designed to help families and educators address the issue of abuse.

In today’s episode we talk about everything from body safety and the words to use when addressing our children and asking for permission. I love when Jayneen said this, “How would you like me to greet you today?” What a powerful way to give a child ownership.

We talk about respect for self and others, her amazing new book called Included, and how her daughter, Isabel’s experiences with a boy named Luca have helped to shape much of her forward motion within the special needs community.

There is a lot of hope in this world and we, as parents, set the stage for what is and what isn’t accepted in our homes and schools. I hope you take away some phrases that will help you to change our world.

I hope you enjoy and let me know what you think.

In today's episode Eli Harwood and Jen openly talk about sexual trauma and abuse occurring within our community of children with special needs. Yes, it happens. And, Eli is very honest about how we can't control everything that happens but we can prepare our children and ourselves in the very best ways possible.

Eli talks about the 3 most common areas that sexual violence/abuse can happen. How we can minimize the chances and increase the confidence within ourselves and our children. She gives us lots of usable phrases and responses to use to prepare and  ways in which we can talk about things after we suspect something may have happened.

We know this isn't an easy topic. We know it is messy. But, talking about the mess is a commitment that Jen made in the beginning of 2023. So, here we go!

As always we hope you can take something away from this conversation. And let us know what you think.

This week's episode is with Sylvia Shordike, founder of NeuroHorizons, and mentor to Jen and teacher to Teal.

Sylvia dives into why having the ability to fall down is just as important as knowing how to stand and walk.  Jen and Sylvia discuss the evolution of the brain and why children need time on their backs to map their bone structure in the brain. Just some quick thoughts on how it's ok to not want to "mom" others on Mother's Day.
Take this day, if you can, to mom yourself!! Write down the things you would do with your free day so you're ready when you get that time! I think that list is so very important...have a list of 5 things you would do for yourself whenever you have those moments of solitude.
Enjoy...and Happy Mother's Day!

In this Meet Amazing episode, Jen and Kristin cover quite a bit of content. Kristin is very real in this episode about the tough stuff and also the moments to celebrate.  She openly talks about not wanting to be on this journey and the struggles she had after learning more about her son's condition.

But, the biggest message we hope you take away is that we need to pat ourselves on the back more. We need to celebrate the triumphs that perhaps no one else will understand. And we certainly need to keep looking for the sweetness.

In today's episode Jolena gives us great advice on how best to parent our spiritually awakened kids. We hear her set boundaries with spirit and she demonstrates how we can model this for our kids. She gives us a great "bad dream spell" so be sure to have pen and paper ready if you have a little one who is having bad dreams or nightmares.

She talks from personal experience about how it can be very hard as a child if parents don't talk about those "unseen" things like our ancestors and their energy.

She also gets into her volunteer role with a theatre company who works specifically with teenagers and young adults with special needs. And, we end with some inspiring information about spirit art!

Our episode today is with Maren, a new friend of mine and a parent to 2 amazingly spiritual children. During our chat, Maren gives us lots of tangible, easily implementable strategies if you want to raise children in a more spiritual way.  She’s honest about how she perhaps used her words without understanding the impact of them on her then 2 year olds' “imaginary friend.”

She gives lots of real life examples of how she now supports and validates her boys’ experiences and observations. And, those scenarios reall helped me with my interactions with Teal.  She shares steps we can all take with our children to encourage them, honor them, and raise them to be loving humans in our world.

We talk at the end about how when we simplify most of this journey we are on, it just comes down to love and light.

Jen interviews her neighbor, Deborah Lapkin, in this week's episode. Deborah gave birth to Haley almost 40 years ago. They did not know at the time of her delivery that Haley has Osteogenesis Imperfecta or Brittle Bone Disease.

In this episode, Deborah discusses their journey as a family within a small community and how they both helped to transform much of how our school operates today. She gives us tips on what helped her get out from under the solitude and loneliness of parenting a child with special needs.

Jen gets honest about how she doesn't ask for help because sometimes she doesn't even know what she needs. Can you relate? She has some ideas for how those that support us on this journey can offer their own solutions to take help.

We are excited to add another episode to the Meet Amazing series of For Our Special Kids. Today, Jen talks with Tiffany Goodchild about her incredible son Karter. This is a raw look into the real life of a beautiful family and their journey from a traumatic birth injury to celebration.

Tiffany is a strong advocate for her son, his inclusion in this world, and the right of every child to live their best life no matter what it takes.

Yes, we cry. We cry because our discussion is genuine and heart felt. We talk about play dates and how important they are to every child. We discuss the grief that comes with a diagnosis and the life that could have been. We explore those items that just aren't going to happen for our kids and how we can let those go to live more fully.

We dive deep into how Karter walks with his robot legs from Trexo Robotics and The Kourageous Karter Foundation. Tiffany's foundation just gave a year of walking to a child named Alex. So fun. A donation to their organization would mean another child next year gets to walk!

Thanks for listening. We hope you enjoy.

How do you have a life to thrive in?

We drop right into this great chat between Alora and Jen, who have been spiritual friends for years now after connecting over the Abraham-Hicks, Law of Attraction content. We begin chatting about how to work spirituality into your daily conversations with your children. She encourages us to keep things bite sized and don’t try to make every moment magical.

Alora has some profound mama tips to share with you.

  • How do you apologize to your children?
  • How do you talk about stress and issues that concern you as a parent?
  • What is “normal” for children? How do you make everything “normal” so children better understand how to live and grow in our world?
  • What are the values of living with a tribe?
  • How do you raise kids that know what they want, how to communicate, and how to be the best humans they can be.

This fun and spirited conversation covers lots of ground so get ready to laugh and learn about spiritual parenting.

Jen and Alora mention the “claire’s.” This is reference to the main claire’s used in intuition. These include:

  • Clairsentience: clear feeling
  • Clairaudience: clear hearing
  • Clairvoyance: clear seeing
  • Claircognizance: clear knowing

In today’s episode, Alexis McGlynn and I give you a sneak peek into our future intentional and intuitive parenting course.  We discuss the surprise and shock of having a child that didn’t initially meet our expectations and how that causes grief and anger even depression. She then goes into how acceptance doesn’t have to mean loving your situation but that it does mean that you are willing to let it be and to go on living.  Alexis gives us examples of her gratitude practice and lets us in on how it allowed her to create unconditional love and positive regard for herself. That love then rolled into and onto her family.

As we approach Thanksgiving, I wanted to spend a little time talking with Teal's dad, Alex, about gratitude.  This journey we are on can be challenging.  And pausing for a moment to remember what we have to be thankful for is simple and extremely rewarding.

This Thursday, regardless of where you're from or what country you're in, take a pause and tell those around you why they are important, why you love them, and how their presence in your life has made a difference.

I hope you enjoy!

In this easy and light-hearted discussion with Sharon M. Draper, we talk about how much of an impact Melody has had on the world.  As she writes her 3rd book in the Out of My Mind series, she knows how important it is to continue to tell the powerful story of this beautiful and intelligent girl with CP.

What a treat to get to interview my Spanish daughter! Candela joined us in August of 2021 and she brought so much joy and light to our family. She also connected really well with our family and especially with Teal. She shares her perspective with us today and openly discusses how adults and teens as questions about Teal's diagnosis.  I love how she gets into details with us all about how Teal has impacted her life and her views.

It was an honor to have her in our home for a year (we miss you...come visit) and it was a true pleasure to learn from your perspective and wisdom.

Kate Trotter, of Akashic Elements, reveals to us what the Akashic Records are, how she accesses them, and what the records can teach us.

The Akashic Records can uncover how to enhance your relationship with your child, what foods are best and most comforting, what past lives are impacting your current life, and so much more.

We talk about how to use the Akashic Records to determine when you might schedule a surgery or medical procedure for your child.  I referenced our 1st episode with Jenifer Edwards in which we discuss birth charts.  If you want to listen to that episode, go to www.forourspecialkids.com/birth-charts-with-jenifer-edwards.

While Kelly and I had an extremely hard time connecting, mercury is in retrograde, I think you'll love this interview.  His poor puppy, Bruce Wayne, was having seizures and pooping all over the floor, he lost phone and computer connection 3 times, his son, Cade, was stimming just as we started the interview, and well...as he said, just another day in his home.

What an amazing father, husband, advocate, and champion.  We discuss the grief we have as parents and also the joys each of us experiences daily.  He hates BINGO and believes that everyone wants to be included.  His amazing fashion show, which is all about inclusion, exposes the judgments we all have towards one another.

Let him open your eyes and give you new hope for our future.  Everyone is beautiful on the inside and out!!

I hope you enjoy.  And, let me know what you think.

In today's episode, we dive deep into Human Design with Kaydee Desjarlais.  She introduces what human design is, how it was discovered, and how we can access it.  While it is a pretty detailed chart that she discusses for both Teal and me, there are a ton of tangible nuggets that I walked away with that will immediately impact my and Teal's world.

  • Did you know you can use a Human Design Bodygraph to tell when your child may want to eat or what they may want to eat?
  • How can the messages in the chart help you understand how your child learns best or what their stressors are?
  • Why is it not a priority for certain children to give you eye contact?
  • Did you know that a defined emotional solar plexus may mean you make decisions over time? And an undefined solar plexus may mean you make decisions instantly?
  • Is it good or bad to have a defined or undefined authority?

This is just the start of the questions Kaydee answers.

I hope you enjoy.  And, let me know what you think.

The reason behind the series, "What's It Like?" is to highlight the experiences other people have with our children.  I think very often we are so entrenched in our daily lives on this journey that we forget this journey has a village.  And our child’s village has to watch as we struggle or process or grieve or rejoice but  we forget that the amazing people in our village also have their own joys and struggles and challenges and…….. magic.

In today’s episode…Diane and I get into some pretty heavy, but honest conversations.

  • What was It Like when she heard the diagnosis?
  • What was It Like when she feels envy and anger for Teal?
  • What was It Like when she gets honest kid questions at the playground?
  • What was It Like being Teal's Grandma?

I hope you enjoy!

In this episode, we really look at how something as simple as how we breathe can impact the life we live, the freedom we experience, and the relationship we have with our children.

We explore:

  • How breathwork can positively effect the nervous system
  • How  we can use breathwork to be better parents while helping our children better cope.
  • How we can use breathwork to help our children be more present within themselves, feel less anxiety, and focus more on the tasks at hand.

Mary provides easily accessible tools to implement immediately with our children and, perhaps more importantly, within ourselves.

I hope you enjoy!  And, let me know what you think.

Noelle Deane talks in a positive way about the ego and how we can get more support in our life through connecting more fully with our ego.

She changes my perspective from the very beginning as she openly discusses the difference between how we were previously introduced to the ego and how she uses her ego positively today.  She established a relationship with her ego and says that we too can establish a relationship with our ego to help us better parent.

·        How can you talk with your ego to strengthen your relationship?

·        How can you connect with your ego and when do you ask for help?

·        How can you use your ego to better connect with your child?

·        How can you work with your ego to better understand your actions and how they are affecting your child?

Noelle teaches us some easy ways to connect with our ego to lesson our burdens and feel more supported on this journey.

This is a pretty “woo-woo” episode. But, I hope it opens your eyes to how our children truly are here to share their magic and change our world.

Lila Lotus has an extremely diverse background.  Her journey to spirituality started at age 11 when she was enrolled in a mystery school.  After 10 years of training, however, she takes a turn in the corporate world where she finds immediate success but loses the essence of herself along the way.

Everything flipped when, as she describes, a beautiful being brings her a message. It was a message from Archangel Gabriel. This message changed the trajectory of her life forever and helped her to return to her true self.

We then speak about an Instagram post she made that sparked our episode today. She wrote about the Rainbow children and their divine purpose on this planet. Lila describes star seeds, indigos, crystals, rainbows, diamonds, and golden children.  Yes, each of these children are here to expand our consciousness, support our transition, and to teach us unconditional love while helping to heal our planet. She introduces us to how these children are our lighthouses to help shine the light on our path of healing.

Towards the end of our chat we discuss how we can best support our kiddos to best shine their light.

I hope you enjoy and let me know what you think.

Even if you aren’t a rare disease medical mama, YOU NEED TO LISTEN.  In this episode, whoa, wow, what??  Susan is the podcast hostess of When Autumn Comes.  She is also the medical mama of 2 children with the extremely rare form of mitochondrial disease.  In our discussion today, she gives voice to the struggles and the joy of raising children with a life expectancy of 2-5 years.  I am so honored to talk with her.  We get into issues like:

·        How long does it take to get to a place of “okay-ness” with everything you hear and have to deal with after a diagnosis?

·        Pumping, breast feeding, and the things we can “somewhat” control when there is so much we can’t control.

·        How do we deal with the things that separate our children from the perceived “typical/normal” child?

·        How do we live!!!???  How do we all continue to live with children that are in the process of closing this chapter?

·        What would you really want for your child and your life as a family? What type of your journey would you change?

We cover this and so much more!

Enjoy!

Samantha Fey joins us today to talk everything crystals.  I would highly recommend getting a paper and pen out or taking notes into your phone today because she covers a lot of solutions in a really short amount of time.  I definitely re-listened and took plenty of notes for Teal and our entire family.

Samantha talks about the “higher ups” in the beginning of our conversation and I interpret that as god and the angels.  We get a little bit into the science of crystals and why their vibration influences our’s and she gives wonderful examples of why certain types of crystals will positively balance your home or your child’s room, what crystals to put in backpacks for learning and so much more.

We're back to the science and therapy discussions!!

In this episode, Rebecca gives us insight into how important the oral health of our children truly is for their overall development. I had no idea that breathing through our nose helps the organs function best. Did you know that a tongue-tie can negatively impact a woman's milk production? These are just two of the lessons I learned on today's show.

In this "not-so-woo-woo" episode, Rebecca discusses how she meets a child where they're at to create a long lasting change in how the tongue and facial muscles work together to produce speech.

If years of regular speech therapy just hasn't been working for your child, perhaps it's time to work with an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist?

I had a profound take-away at the end of the episode. I hope it helps you in your interactions with your child too. I'd love to hear your thoughts...so, let me know what you think.

How can finding a hawk feather lead you to a better understanding of your desire for freedom?   Can you be mindful while washing the dishes?

In this episode, Kristen and I talk about meditation and mindfulness and how it positively impacts our soul and our ability to parent.  The 1st step to increase your mindfulness is to have a practice that calms your mind and your nervous system. Next, pay attention to your breath and have a deep awareness of your body and your consciousness in the present moment.

Kristen acknowledges that her 1st attempt to sit and meditate…”sucked.”  Being present in her body, to be grounded, opened her up to the struggles and healing she needed to experience.

She gives us great ideas on how to introduce mindfulness to our children.  She recommends making it enjoyable.   Be more childlike in everything you do and see the world through different eyes. Really, being present should bring joy.

And notice, every time Kristen says the word “breathe”…see if you take a breath!!  I did.  It’s good for you.

I hope you enjoy. And, let me know what you think.

Lexi Weinberg and I talk about the shock of the “diagnosis” and how both of us were quite dumbfounded when we got the news from the doctors.  It certainly rocked both our worlds.  She gives us insight as to how she was using her intuition, without even knowing it, to understand and then communicate with her son which is partly why she didn’t really see her son’s early signs.

We celebrate the amazing “honesty without judgment” her son shows in every moment of his life be it with his words or how he gazes into your soul. She says it’s like looking into an ocean when she peers into his eyes.  I just adore that and imagine many of you have the same experiences with your little humans.

I so appreciate Lexi’s raw answers to the big questions of “Why did I receive this child? Why did Spirit decide that this is the child for me?” Her son is her greatest teacher.  As is Teal!

Towards the end of our discussion, we pose some questions for which we don’t have answers. We’d both appreciate your feedback to those thought-provoking questions if you’d take a moment to send in your ideas or experiences.

I hope you enjoy. And let me know what you think.

Today, I highlight an incredible organization that has changed the life for our daughter, Teal, and I know for so many other families in the California area.

Achieve Tahoe provides Skiing and Snowboarding during the winter months and Archery, Climbing, Equestrian, Hiking, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Sailing, Waterskiing and some Sea-Doo rides on special water sports day in Lake Tahoe, California.

Achieve Tahoe’s mission is to “Build Health, Confidence, and Independence” with people with disabilities through outdoor recreation and sports.

Haakon defines “Adaptive Sports” and says, after the 1st interaction the focus for Achieve, and all of the instructors, is on the abilities of the participant, what they can do, and what they want to do.  He said, “A lot of times, I forget what people’s disabilities are  because that’s not really what their story is.”

Kristen O'Meara will open your eyes to the world of channeling. Is it possible to "talk" with your child's higher self? Or anyone's higher self for that matter? YES IT IS!!

In this episode, Kristen and Jen have a deep conversation about her journey from depression thru healing and finally to acceptance of her son, Austin's, autism diagnosis.

They address how to openly discuss the "differences" that a child with special needs has and how preconceived notions actually limit the amazing abilities of these children.

Jen gets quite emotional as she reads snippets of the channeling that Kristen did of Teal's higher self. The messages Teal shares is both inspiring and practical. Remembering that our true purpose in life is to love...and to learn to love in unique ways.

Kimberly Painter introduces us to how Cranial Sacral Therapy can positively impact every part of your body and every part of your child.

What is Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) and why haven’t you heard of it? Is it a “real science” or “quackery?” How does all this anatomy talk actually relate to real people? And what did you say about an orange, snags in your sweater, belief patterns, pregnancy and babies?

Kim covers how CST helps to release strain patterns which frees up tissues in a child and thus allows him or her to reach their growth potential and possibly be less prone to injury in the future. She says CST can have a positive impact structurally, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

How could falling out a tree when you’re 7, give you an earache when you’re 8? And can CST really help your child POOP? Yeap, she’ll get into this too.

What is “Inner Wisdom?” How can you teach your child to connect with their “Inner Wisdom” to better understand their bodies, emotions, and environment?

While CST is not going to provide a cure, this therapy is another tool and another possibility for you and your family. We discuss how this gentle touch can enhance and support the quality of life for your child and your family.

All of this helps a child more fully understand who they are as a growing, loving, curious human being.

In order to make a difference for a child when they don’t develop as easily as a typical child, we must connect with the child through movement and be full embody so the child can make the changes in her or his brain. Nobody else can do it but the child.

She stresses how important it is to see your child as a whole person and not arms, legs, brain, etc. Her techniques teach everyone in the family how to interact, touch, move, and relate differently…in a more connected and child focused way.

I have learned so much watching Sylvia work with Teal. She empowers us all to be more present and more joyful.

“If you learn again to move like a child, you will grow older very differently.” – Sylvia Shordike
