🦩What are my delusions? 🦩What toxic people should I distance myself from? Compassion fatigue and ultimately removing yourself from codependent patterns that make you feel awful. Good riddance to those who take you for granted in gimme gimme frenemieships, abusive connections, and the hostage situations that keep us stuck in unloving cycles. Released with humility and boundaries in blunt conversation regarding mentoring or codependency; elections or white-supremacy and the futility of podcasts.
