Being more productive is something we all strive towards. Here are my 5 rules that help keep me on track. I hope they help.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation" in Psychological Review. There is little scientific basis to the theory: Maslow himself noted this criticism. But it can be interesting to look at it as a framework for working out what is important to you.
It's important to have desires, to go after what we want in life. But this quote I heard had a very dramatic impact on the way I view desires moving forward. Think of this one as simply food for thought.
